Spacious waterfront home in a peaceful setting

Teresa’s home was a wonderful option for our family as a homecoming port for my mom’s 90th birthday. The5 bedrooms allowed us a comfortable place to settle down at night. The kitchen, living room and outside deck provided the space to welcome local family who dropped by to visit; and the perfect place for us to eat, relax or enjoy the beautiful lake view. We look forward to returning for another stay. I highly recommend Teresa’s home for others.

*Private Beach* Comfy A-frame on Lake Gaston

Our stay at the A frame was lovely. The house is in a quiet location and access to the lake was awesome. We brought our own boat and being able to dock it at their place was wonderful. We appreciated that it was dog friendly as well! Would definitely recommend!

Great location and views! We spend most of our time on the water so having the boathouse so close and hardly any steps was a huge plus! I like a lot of places in Lake Gaston. Very easy to go back and forth to the house (we are always forgetting things.) Huge bonus having a refrigerator on the dock. The house was beautiful, comfortable beds and linens, very large kitchen with plenty of room to cook. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the large deck. Great long weekend all around.

NEW, Lakefront, Peaceful, Fully Stocked, Flat Yard

Eduardo, We sincerely enjoyed your beautiful home. It was so peaceful, very relaxing and full of everything that anyone would need. The kitchen was fully stocked and we didn’t want for anything. We home cooked all of our meals and didn’t want to leave the house. The views of the lake are outstanding and so peaceful. Watching the morning steam rising off of the lake was mesmerizing and the sunrising were just as beautiful. Having a morning coffee on the porch watching the fish popping and rippling the water was just like a movie. We really enjoyed your beautifully decorated home. The beds were very comfortable and the ceiling fans made it great to sleep in. We will be back for Thanksgiving in less than a month!! As well as next June and we can’t wait to be back again. Thanks again. Jeff & Laurie.

Great place to stay. Beautiful recently renovated home that was clean, fresh, and comfortable. Right on the water with beautiful views and access to water equipment. Will definitely be back!

Great place - would definitely stay here again. No complaints. The property and host were both top notch. This is a wonderful airbnb find for sure. Regarding lake access, just keep in mind it's somewhat limited. They have a jet ski lift (we did not use), but unless you have a small boat, like maybe a bass boat, you really can't plan to dock anything at the property. Or at least you should inquire as to the exact dimensions of the space and the depth, to be sure your boat will get in. We didn't have a problem since we only had a boat rented for a few hours, but I'm not sure if overnight boat docking needs would be met. The water is super shallow at the dock, so swimming is also limited unless you head out a ways.

Moon Smoke: 2BR/2BA Haven, Sleeps 10! Rental Boat!

Our trip was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door. Very quick to respond to us. We took my 90ish year old parents and they were very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of the house. Marc was very accommodating with a mobility request for them! The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean and there was toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap when we arrived, which isn’t always the case with rentals! Linens smelled great and extras were readily available! The kitchen…wow…. Nice appliances, and everything you could possible need and what a great view! The fishing was great from the dock!! We enjoyed every minute and will be booking from Marc again this summer!

Absolutely loved this Airbnb! So peaceful and exactly what I needed for an impromptu getaway. Katie was VERY accommodating and very understanding of my last minute booking. couldn't recommend this place enough!

Luxe, lake-front open living for the whole family

This house was perfect for our college girls reunion! We loved that there were so many full bathrooms for 11 of us to utilize. The view from the porch could not have been better, we enjoyed breakfast and coffee every morning on the swing and chairs. The kayaks were perfect for a little adventure on the water. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and we loved sitting down at the large dining room table together. Rebecca was so easy to communicate with and check in /out was a breeze. We would definitely return!

We loved our stay in Lake Gaston. The house was beautiful and we loved the covered dock - since we had several periods of rain. Joseph was very responsive with any questions. It was a perfect house for two families. We would definitely stay there again!

This site made a perfect location for our family to gather. There was plenty of space for gathering and private time. There were plenty of activities indoors and outside. I imagine summer would be amazing for activities. The neighborhood was quiet. The lake was gorgeous. The kitchen was well appointed with supplies. Seating was flexible for all needs. The place was nicely decorated with a homey feel. It's big so bring your people and enjoy each other.

This was the first time my family rented a home in Lake Gaston. We rented five houses. We are planning a family reunion in August 2026, and I hope Sarah can help us rent 10 houses.
