My friends and I had a FABULOUS stay. The house was welcoming, clean and comfortable. All the beds were so comfortable! There was plenty of extra blankets for snuggling. The house furnishings were good quality and very clean. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We loved the local beer! The bathroom welcome baskets and bathrooms were fantastic. Finally, the communication was great! We had a few questions leading up To the trip and while we were there and had fast, friendly and helpful responses. And the guide that is provided is outstanding-so much information! Also, the location is quiet and a bit secluded yet convenient to stores and such. It worked really well for our needs. I definitely would stay again and recommend it!!

Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

Set upon the eastern bluffs of the Berkshire hills, Highfields farm is a stunningly beautiful property with great vistas. The autumn leaves were changing and the crisp clear mornings gave way to comfortably warm days.! The night sky was spectacular without light pollution. We will be back

The house was amazing and perfect for my whole family! Kathleen was an awesome host and if we had any questions-always got back to us. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the grounds perfect to play outdoor games--screened in porch perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening--I truly could go on and on about her amazing home! The coziness of a mountain cabin married with the fun of your relative’s basement game and exercise equipment room. It’s a fun and quirky place that fires our kids’ imagination. The caretakers are right downstairs and ready to help with anything including plowing out the parking in the morning so we can go skiing! Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I needed to unplug and get away. For me, that means floating in a pool. I searched for houses with pools in NY, CT, PA and MA, when I found this one. We drove up in the pouring rain, but when we woke up the next day there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices and flour ( I baked bread as soon as we arrived). Once we bought groceries, we never left the house again. Used the grill, at outside, floated in the pool and even got to watch a meteor shower. Susan was incredibly responsive. We had a great time.

Katie's house was perfect for our get together. It was clean, cozy, and we especially loved the backyard with pool and hot tubs. Katie was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at this lakeside cottage! Quick 12 minute drive to Otis Ridge for skiing. Elle was super responsive. The house fit all our needs for two families with young kids - great space for hanging out, lots of perks for the kids, the ping pong table was a hit. We’d love to stay here again in warmer weather.

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

The place was incredibly beautiful. The photos did not do it justice. It is in the middle of nowhere. Tina was very detailed in her instruction and one of them was that you must bring groceries because the closest grocery store is 30 minutes away. If you decide to book this place, read her detailed instructions. They are very helpful. The home offered a full kitchen which made it so easy for us to prepared our family's meals without struggling. The hot tub was such a treat. The basement had lots of games, a couch to launch and another TV. Perfect if you come with children. We were seven adults and we did not feel that we where on top of each other. The high ceiling truly made one of our boys (the giant) feel at home. Even the basement had a high ceiling. Pretty cool. Tina was incredibly nice and flexible. Check in is at 4 pm and we arrived earlier. We decided to contact her to see if it would be okay to check in earlier and she accommodated us. Thank you soooo much.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was spotless, cozy & had all the comforts of home. We hope to go back.

We booked Hannah’s place last year for Christmas but due to employment obligations had to change our dates, she was very understanding and flexible with this. The house was nice, a boho chic vibe on the mountain in Ashfield. She has a working business on the property and her store is nice and I was able to purchase several great products. I found it odd that people were working in the basement at least 3 days a week . On the 5th night of our stay, she informed us that she would be there cleaning the grounds and working , she had a monthly meeting in the basement, while we left that day when we arrived back at the house it was very loud. I found this to be a bit odd as we paid a lot to stay here and privacy is what one expects when they rent an Airbnb. We also did not like that there was no curtain on the front door and the beds were not particularly comfortable. While our stay was fine, the overall experience and lack of privacy was off putting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were exactly as stated, comfortable, roomy, very clean and convenient to amenities. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and the beds were comfortable even for older adults and children. The surroundings were incredibly picturesque, beautiful yard for outdoor activities and lovely mountainous views. The host was very accommodating to our needs and for that we are very thankful. We would definitely stay again.

We didn’t spend much time in the home as we were in town to visit family for the holidays but the home was just as pictured and Carolyn and Evan were very friendly. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Carolyn was great about letting us know when someone was over to check on the furnace or to remind us to take care as there was freezing rain and the walkways were slick. But she and Evan were also over early in the mornings laying down salt to make the walkways less icy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean comfortable home with friendly, responsive hosts. I am from the area and the location is very central to other small towns as well as walkable to coffee shops and the downtown area. She even put up a Christmas tree for the holidays!

Aung is a very helpful gentleman, after I left my personal stuff in the house he’s still very helpful to get everything back for me!

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

Place rules, hot tub is nice. Water pressure in shower could be a bit better but overall a great stay

Yina’s place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and surrounded by lovely scenery—truly worth the stay. From the coffee she chose to the shampoo and body wash, I enjoyed every little detail. Yina is a very responsive and responsible host. I really appreciated her quick replies and thoughtful touches. Would love to come back again!

Exactly as described. Agree with the other reviews - not recommended for anyone with mobility issues and the shower pressure was very low. Overall, easy location, close to Mount snow, beautiful home. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was extremely clean! There were basic necessities provided. It also had a cute, fashionable interior design. The shower and bedrooms were nice. We liked the layout of this property. Our only issue was that either the heater in the master bedroom wasn't working, or we couldn't figure out how to use it.
