The close-up view of farm animals and cooking farm fresh eggs were most pleasant and enjoyable for our 3 nights in the country. We were there during an April cold spell and enjoyed the warm and cozy nights indoors. Very comfortable bed linens were especially pleasing for a great night's sleep.

We always love returning to Kait's place. It's special in every way and so relaxing and comfortable. It's also in a central location, close to restaurants, parks and shops. Kait is a wonderful host and goes out of her way to ensure an enjoyable stay. Josh and I look forward to our next visit!

I had a wonderful stay while visiting Brattleboro for work. The house is just lovely and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. I’m hoping to stay again in the future when working in the area.

Niki and Adam’s place was wonderful! Space for everyone, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Communication responses were quick and clear. All 3 generations of my family thoroughly enjoyed their home and its surroundings. Highly recommend!

Our group of friends loved staying in this comfortable, very convenient spot for a weekend of relaxing and visiting MassMoCA. The street is quiet and still very close to center of North Adams. We visited during a snowy weekend but would be nice to return in warmer weather to take advantage of nice backyard and fire pit.

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

Absolutely fantastic stay! (this is our third time staying here) Rob and Julia are excellent hosts—welcoming, responsive, and incredibly flexible. The house is impeccably maintained, clean, and looks great. We loved our walks and runs around Sherwood Forest and swimming in the lake. This is our third time staying here, and we can’t wait to return!

Eric is very kind. The house is exactly like the pictures and very clean. I highly recommend it.

Another great weekend at Ed’s! It was our group’s second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first, which is to say—a lot! Ed is very considerate and responsive, and there’s plenty to do for everyone. We are already looking forward to next year!

Beautiful location with a thoughtful and helpful host! She tailored the set up not just for our kids, but also our dog - very accommodating and comfortable. The bedside chargers and apple cider donuts were a great surprise too :)

Creation station is a very unique, warm, and inviting space. My partner and I are both musicians and appreciated that there was a stage and instruments right there in the space. We also went for the enchanted forest walk behind the guest house when we returned back from seeing some live music at night – with the lights twinkling and the moon shining above, it was very magical. Apple the dog greeted us and played with my dog (which was great since he gets anxious when we’re away from home and does much better when he’s worn out). As a creative person, I really appreciate meeting other kindred folks, so meeting John was a real treat. Furthermore, I messaged John after I returned home and realized I’d left my cell phone charger, and I received it in the mail just a couple of days later. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in a very convenient location for a visit to Mount Holyoke College. The top floor was perfect for my 2 kids and I. We had a great movie night in the living room and then slept well in the 2 comfortable beds. If my daughter goes to MHC, we will definitely be back!

The house was amazing and perfect for my whole family! Kathleen was an awesome host and if we had any questions-always got back to us. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the grounds perfect to play outdoor games--screened in porch perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening--I truly could go on and on about her amazing home! My family and I needed to unplug and get away. For me, that means floating in a pool. I searched for houses with pools in NY, CT, PA and MA, when I found this one. We drove up in the pouring rain, but when we woke up the next day there wasn’t a cloud in the sky. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices and flour ( I baked bread as soon as we arrived). Once we bought groceries, we never left the house again. Used the grill, at outside, floated in the pool and even got to watch a meteor shower. Susan was incredibly responsive. We had a great time.

Gorgeous place. My family loved staying here over the weekend while attending a wedding at Mass MoCA. The house is beautiful inside, very clean, and very homey. I hope to stay again one day!

From pre-check-in to check out everything in between Sheila was extremely responsive and proactive the apartment is absolutely fantastic and felt like home close to many restaurants as well as the bike walk path. I walked my dogs multiple times through a very charming neighborhood to reach the trail. I highly recommend. Sheila’s flat you will not be disappointed a gem and a very quaint and charming town thank you Sheila. I hope to stay with you again.

Maria's place was so nice and cozy, very easy to check in, and everything was well organized, clean, and makes you feel like home! Had a winter storm on the day we went there so we had to stay inside and spend our time there. She and her team were there the next morning to clear up the snow from the driveway so we could leave and gave us 2 extra hours to check out free of charge!

This was our 2nd time staying at Brian's place, the home is perfect for a larger group and has so many toys for the kids, they LOVED it! Everything is very clean, and the kitchen has all the pots/pans needed for cooking. In Feb there was so much snow we got to go sledding in the front yard, and a few from our group made the trip to Stratton for the day. We love going to Wilmington for coffee/lunch. Planning to be back again in 2026!

Robyn's place is tucked behind an art store in downtown Northampton. It ends up being very quiet despite being so near downtown. You can walk everywhere in town. I was worried about the parking, but there was parking less than 60 seconds from her place.

We had a fantastic stay at Anna’s property. The spaces are large, clean and private. The decor is artistic, updated and relaxing. The entire space was thoughtfully renovated with great attention to detail. The art on the walls is beautiful and the property is just around the corner from the MASS MOCA. The beds were large and comfortable. Nothing was lacking. We visit the area a couple of times a year and we will hopefully be staying at the Gregory Street property again.

Excellent layout, especially as we were travelling with dogs. The yard is securely fenced (check the gates!) and is accessible from the kitchen. Bedrooms comfortable and spacious. Quiet, interesting residential area; good for walks.

We loved staying here! It was very well-decorated, and the location was perfect: walkable to shops in Northampton but close to the road that leads out to South Hadley and Amherst. Colin was very communicative. Super comfy cozy place to spend the night!
