Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

I know Harpenden as it was my home town for over 10 years. This place was very central, very close to the station and town centre and amenities. Every detail was looked after from toiletries through snacks and sweets to family games. Dahlia was always available for questions and offered a warm welcome. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back when I am in town.

We had the most amazing stay at Hayley’s lovely home. Right from the start Hayley had been friendly, super responsive, helpful and always ready to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We very quickly felt at home, comfortable and relaxed. We’d all stay again without hesitation and would highly recommend. To anyone visiting the area.

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 2 weeks September 2024. Ali's place was comfortable and warm and presented just as shown in the photos. She kindly provided a box of goodies to get us up and running on our first day. Great location for seeing Leicestershire and all its attractions. Great shopping options in nearby rugby, and some good nearby pubs. We can happily recommend a stay at Ali's

Perfect location for visiting the Silverstone Circuit. Really comfortable cosy family home which is well presented. Hosts really friendly and attentive throughout the stay too. Really nice touch to have bits in the fridge on arrival too! Had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Sally-Anne's home is beautiful. She was such a lovely host and looked after us well, cooking breakfast each morning. She made us feel very welcome.

I can't thank Georgia enough. Her place was exactly as described- clean, walkable to town center. I had to stay for a few days and then had to extend due to uncontrollable circumstances. Georgia responsive communications were always appreciated. She also made sure that I was checked / settled into the flat well. I would recommend Georia's flat if you need to be close to Aylesbury Town center/ Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

An ideal spot for night before the wedding at Warwick house. The Sonos surround speakers were the highlight, blasting out tunes while getting ready for the big day! Breakfast goodies were much appreciated and saved us having to go out and get bits in. Great for kids too, the tv and games kept them entertained!

Nice flat, great place to stay. Very easy to get in and out of Oxford with bus stop right outside! Barry was very helpful with local recommendations, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

This is my second stay with Victoria but my first in the School Room. I have no hesitation in recommending both Victoria's properties and am truly grateful for the kindness and understanding she has shown me when dealing with both bookings. Thank you!

We had the loveliest stay at Castle Folly in Warwick, made even more special by our amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every little detail had been thoughtfully planned. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—a delicious cake for a birthday celebration, leaving a bottle of prosecco, and even our initials in wood on the windowsill! The breakfast was just as thoughtful—fresh bread, two perfectly placed eggs, and many sweet little treats. Every part of the stay was sprinkled with kindness, from the handwritten notes to the charming knights. We just couldn’t have asked for a better or more generous host. The warmth and hospitality made this one of the most memorable Airbnb experiences we've ever had. If you're looking for a truly magical and unique getaway, this is the place to be!

Had a really lovely stay at Miranda's house. She was friendly, welcoming and pleasant to talk to. The house was beautiful and the room spotlessly clean/divine, the bed linen was fresh and the room itself had everything you might need for a long, or short stay. It was the little touches that clearly showed she cared about her guests, and I really couldn't fault our stay there. If all AirBnB's were like Miranda's the world would be a better place.

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊

Beautiful place with all the basics plus lovely extras like nespresso and self serve breakfast items you would expect at that price range. Peaceful, easy access and private with beautiful garden view. Perfect place for me when in the area for work or as a base to explore from.

We have stayed before as it is only 10 mins away from family. Great breakfast too. Beautiful countryside. You can see for miles in all directions. It is a working farm so take wax ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Will defo go again.

Excellent Stay, Delicious continental breakfast, Adjusted to our late arrival/ checkin request very quickly. Both were great and your suggestions for parking in Cambridge was really worth for us and saved lot of time.
