Great house, very spacious and well equipped. The garden is lovely, big and ideal for barbecues in the summer. Set in a quiet village with a pub serving great food just over the road.

We had a wonderful stay with Marilyn and Meredith. They were kind and gracious hosts, and were very accommodating of our large family and two young children. The house is beautiful and very historic—they have a booklet with the history of the house/area and more is available if you search online. The cats are friendly and a definite bonus. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing!! What a beautiful place to spend a weekend. Visited with my partner and it was exceptional from start to finish - we were greeted by Phoebe who was friendly and welcoming. The outdoors is perfectly set up with stunning views, plenty of seating and a giant hot hot tub. Indoors has everything you need and is beautifully decorated. Phoebe and Chris have thought of everything and all the tiny details and nice touches make this place just perfect. I would absolutely recommend and we’ll definitely be booking to stay again soon.

Beautiful home in Charlbury. More than space for our family of 5. Garden was also beautiful and spacious. Walking distance to the co-op and pubs.

Miranda was an amazing host! The place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and looked after. She made us feel right at home. It was a lovely location with horses you could visit. She definitely went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing! She also accepted a hen party which many places don’t. Thank you so much Miranda x

Stayed at Sally’s place with my school friends. It was perfect. Lots of nice pubs in a walkable distance, and a great space to cook food and relax with friends. The living room is lovely with lots of sofa space and the kitchen has everything you need. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Wonderful stay. Great amenities and child friendly. Thank you for the milk, biscuits and Prosecco. Andy was a fab host who checked in and took our feedback on the heating. We will 100% stay here again when visiting family in Leicestershire.

The Garden Annex was a lovely place to stay for a few days whilst visiting friends and family. Clean and tidy, located in a great area for me and my dog to go on some walks. Rebecca was a fantastic host with great communication. A very enjoyable stay, thank you to Rebecca!

Ideal for a short stay whilst working in the area. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation had all that was needed and felt homely and well equipped.

One word for this place “charming”. It is a perfectly proportioned place in a lovely country garden. Hosts were brilliant and a lovely welcome pack awaited us. Village was gorgeous and our dogs enjoyed the garden and local walk. We had a great evening in playing the well stocked games available whilst enjoying a nice takeaway from nearby Uppingham We can’t wait to return..

I enjoyed my stay at Lola's. It was a nice, clean, wonderful stay. Lola was a great host. I will definitely return on my next visit to Leicester.

I honestly can’t praise both hosts Amelia and Yogi, the cabin, and location highly enough. Genuinely fabulous hosts, really welcoming, flexible and knowledgeable. Lovely cabin, really well thought out and excellent little touches which are often forgotten, but not here. Perfect location for both walking into Stamford itself, or a short drive from all the area has to offer. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again very soon

We had a superb weekend at Victoria’s little cabin. The place is so relaxing and beautiful, you really feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Fresh farm goodies and absolutely everything you need. We visited the hills too and got some farm meat from the local nearby shop for the bbq. Absolutely perfect! Thank you!!

Me and my partner had such a lovely stay at the Little Doe Cabin. We found Emily to be really welcoming and was always available if we needed her which was lovely to know. Emily was really kind in offering to take us up the muddy track and gave us a lift back down the field when we were checking out. The facilities were great - we loved the bath and the available bubble bath Emily provided. The log burner was great to use and knowing we had enough logs for the cold weather was reassuring. The added extras that were left in the cabin were also really sweet and made the stay extra wholesome. We are already recommending the cabin to our families with some already looking to book soon. We came to Jocelyn’s with our toddler and dog and had an amazing time. Beautiful sunset from the house and the walks from the doorstep was lovely. Great location very near hook Norton and surrounding small cotswold villages. Very thoughtful and holly came to set up an extra bed for us at last minute so our toddler could climb in with us. She also set up a toddler bath and high chair. The underfloor heating was lovely and kitchen was well equipped with toddler cutlery and everything we could possibly need. Thanks so much!

It's exactly as the pictures are - lovely and quiet. Will was a really good host, very responsive and was super helpful when setting up the hot tub etc. The Airbnb is really well located for what we wanted, we spent the day at Bletchley Park which was great. If you're staying for more than a couple of nights and have the capacity to I would pack some extra pillows and cushions. The bed is pretty good considering that it's the table too. The perfect place for a short stay away!

Great accommodation, clean and spotless. Perfect for an easy stay, faultless. Kate was fabulous with communication and patient with checking in.

I booked this as a gaming retreat for my friend and I as a mini-stag and it was so much more than we had hoped. Super peaceful, the Alpacas and Sheep were lovely to pet and we were given carrots to feed them which was a great treat. The golf cart was a lovely novelty too. We were really well looked after before and upon arrival. The cabin is located in a private and secluded area with it's own grounds, lake and outdoor areas with a large firepit. It is very well appointed and clean with more than enough space for just us two. I'd love to bring the family here but dogs aren't welcome, other than this, the place is a perfect little retreat and I 100% recommend. Thank you, Mel!
