Lovely self contained accommodation, with separate bathroom and kitchen. Clean and tidy, with all key appliances and equipment, to make it homely. Off road parking and cul de sac location ideal.

Great location so close to the centre. Very spacious. Easy check in. Good communication. Parking Permit is a big bonus.

Lovely place down to the small details, was equipped with everything you’d need or want will definitely be booking again :)

We booked this last minute as we are working in MK. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we did not end up staying here, however Badarinath was very accommodating and totally understood the situation.

An absolutely amazing tiny home to stay in for work. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and having the two levels really helped separate cooking and relaxing from sleeping. The house was very clean on arrival, with a lovely selection of cakes/chocolates left on the table for me. The provided coffee machine had a nice selection of coffee pods as well as a hot chocolate. All cleaning products and an electric handheld vacuum cleaner were also provided. Having the toilet in the shower was an adjustment for me but actually works quite well, And the bed was lovely and comfortable for a nice relaxing sleep at night. The only thing to be conscious of, is if you are anything like me (6' or above) the bedroom and bathroom are a bit of a squeeze in the vertical axis and you may hit your head a couple times, but you eventually learn! Definitely not the fault of the home or the host though, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy tiny home to stay in.

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

We had a lovely week in the Cotswolds. Fairford is in a good location with a great coffee shop and easy walks nearby. The Bank House was fun with our pre-teen son as he loved the Vault. Oliver was really helpful and responsive when we needed to alter our booking

Beautiful house & responsive host. A few imperfections were noticeable in the house which made us concern for our deposit however we ensured to take before & after images of the property.

The house was the perfect spot for our family to spend Christmas. It was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults, 2 children and a dog. There was plenty of room to spread out in multiple living areas, yet most of our time was spent together in the kitchen/dining area in front of the large fireplace. It was a bonus that the house was tastefully decorated for Christmas. The beds were very comfortable and it was so convenient for most bedrooms to have en-suite baths. We loved the peacefulness of being situated in the middle of a sheep farm. The house was extremely clean and Vicky was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely come back to this house.

Great place, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glebe Cottage! There was plenty of space for the four of us. It was so nice to be able to have a proper breakfast before we went out for the day. There was plenty of space at the table and everything you needed in the kitchen for cooking. What I found particularly refreshing was just how clean it was. I have stayed at some airbnbs which have a lot of clutter and this was spotless. The bed, pillows and linens were all really nice quality. I can tell this accomodation is run personally with a lot of care. Highly recommended!

My friends and I had a fabulous getaway at this country retreat. It had everything you can possibly need and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The house was exactly as described and allowed us to have the cozy and peaceful experience we were looking for to ring in the new year. The wood burning stove was an especially lovely addition. Violet was an amazing host made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this cottage and hope to be back soon!

We chanced upon Rebecca and Lee’s place at the very last minute but what a lovely find it turned out to be. They were both really kind and welcoming, and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was a delightful one, even though we booked at extremely short notice. We had such an enjoyable time in the house, and especially loved the living room with its dreamy fairy lights and little extras that make the place feel like a home away from home. It’s even more charming than pictured and we’re really glad to have been able to spend New Year’s in such a tranquil and meditative space. Thanks for having us, Lee and Rebecca :)

We had a lovely few days away. The cottage is a stones throw from the high street, with all its amenities and pubs and restaurants. A great location to go walking in the Cotswolds and Blenheim palace is only a few miles away. Everything feels new and high spec and very tastefully designed. The cottage has an amazing shower with big fluffy towels, a huge bed and cute outdoor area. Parking felt safe. I missed the fact that it’s a studio apartment, but the kitchen is very separate from the bedroom. The only issue we had was we’d brought our dog and couldn’t keep her in the kitchen at night. Thank you for a great stay!

Naz was the perfect host. He was very prompt and helpful at answering my questions. His home was lovely and clean and exactly as his photos show. The home was very safe and secure and there was no noise from the neighbours. We enjoyed our stay as it was a short walk to New Street Station and China Town too. I would book again if I was coming to Birmingham.

This was a great apartment and location. The apartment was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers and the location was fantastic.

I loved my week in this central flat. Its location right next to the bus station made it super convenient, but it's not noisy and the view from the third floor is splendid -- all brick cupolas and spires and crenelations. I could walk to everything, including restaurants, sights, the nearby Marks & Spencer grocery store, and my personal favorite, the Oxford canal walking path. Claudia was extremely responsive, welcoming, and flexible. I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.
