It's safe to say that this is one of the best 3 bhk properties for bnb in guwahati city area with a reasonable rate. The rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished. You won't find anything different than what's shown in the photos. They also have free parking available and the owner was gracious enough to give parking for 3 cars and 2 bikes of our group. The owner is very sweet and caretaker is always available for any kind of help. Highly recommended for family tours and sudden get together plans. Based on what I feel, 9-10 people can stay here easily.

We had booked this place as we were expecting a baby and my wife was admitted in Akanksha Hospital. We were looking for an accomodation where my extended family members could stay and cook food for ourselves. The place served our purpose perfectly. It is at a walking distance from the hospital. There was also a market nearby where we could do our grocery shopping. This place really felt like home. The host Samudra have also been very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

A lovely and peaceful location with a beautifully maintained space. The place was spotless, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with essentials, making our stay very comfortable. Although the host, Manesa, was not present, her father was incredibly kind and helpful. We faced a few minor issues, including the gas running out at night, but he went out of his way to assist us, even generously giving us his own gas supply. His hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. Overall, a well-kept and serene stay, made even better by the warmth and kindness of the people. Highly recommended!

Beyond question, my stay at Sourav's was one of my finest and appreciated homestays in India. While the place was clean, comfortable and had the amenities I preferred, it was the connection I felt with the host himself and the caretaker who were both highly available and eager to do whatever was necessary to ensure that I was a happy person in their space. Host Sourav actually lived in the building where the apartment was that I occupied, so he was quick to respond if I had a question or concern. He ALWAYS had a solution or suggestion that satisfied my interest or query, and I was truly grateful for his reliable responsiveness and his intention in being sure that I had and knew/understood what was needed at the time. Essentially all of my needs and interests were met just fine, and I would have been pleased to extend my stay if I had more time available. I offer Sourav's "Cozy Mist" apartment my highest recommendation for a rewarding homestay experience in a remarkable part of India.

Diana being a superhost makes sure that we feel at home at her place. Very peaceful place to stay. Surely recommended to stay if travelling to itanagar. Diana is super proactive and recommends whatever best is there nearby. Surely gonna stay here again if coming to Itanagar.

We had an extremely comfortable stay. We reached a bit late but Sarbari was present to welcome us along with people to help us with our luggage, she also went out of the way to suggest us options to order dinner. The house is very cosy with a beautiful view of a nursery with blooming flowers. The kitchen is well equipped, washrooms are clean and so is the entire house. We would definitely recommend this house for family travellers, for us, we are definitely coming back whenever we visit Siliguri next.

I along with my family stayed at this wonderful property. There are a lot of such properties in Guwahati but the thing that stands out with this property is the responsive and accomodating hosts. The caretaker of the property was also very responsive and attentive. We really enjoyed this amazing property tucked pristinely within the heart of the city. Highly recommended.👌.
