Nihal is a very accommodating and friendly host. Though we did not meet, he made sure that I was comfortable. He also arranged for his staff to cook for me when I was sick, which was so helpful for me given how out of it I was. The apartment is nice, extremely clean (the sheets smelled wonderful), and comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Oak Cottage was a lovely stay! Clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot yet close to the main attractions. The hosts were helpful, and the place felt warm and inviting — perfect for a relaxing getaway in Shillong.

Good place to stay away from city hustle. Nabajyoti and family are very dear and respectful. Good spacious home with a lawn and lemon tree which my kid enjoyed. Support staff is very helpful. Evening market is just few steps away and police station being the next building, extremely easy to find the place. Overall we spent fantastic 3 days here. Thanks Nabajyoti for being super host!

Das Bad könnte eine Modernisierung gebrauchen, ist aber OK. Gäste müssen wissen, dass alle Zimmer miteinander verbunden sind. Für Familien und gute Freunde kein Problem. Honest Review I was initially worried about parking and Kitchen utensils as mentioned in one of the previous review. But don't worry there is enough space to park two big SUVs The place is Spacious, clean, and has all the things required for a peaceful stay. I got the below 1. Smooth self checkin process 2. Spacious and clean rooms. Hall has big sofa bed room has premium quality bedding and blankets 3. Kitchen is well equipped with all amenities required for cooking and eating. Aquaguad for clean and safe water is also available 4. Washrooms have basic toiletries and qeaser 5. Covered Parking 6. Smart TV All in all great experience for the price I paid. it's located just opposite to Radisson Blu Ghy Hope this review helps other travellers for their upcoming bookings. I recently visited Guwahati for Kamakhya Devi darshan and had a wonderful stay at Riverside Palm Homestay, hosted by Mr. Ahmed and Aziza ji. The place is beautiful, artistic, and homely, but the warmth and hospitality of the hosts made it even more special. They were always just a call away, helping with directions, food recommendations, and amenities. As a pure vegetarian, I appreciated Aziza ji’s food suggestions. She even personally checked a TV issue I faced, which speaks volumes of their attentiveness. Their caretaker, Sandy, was also very kind, ensuring I had great tea and breakfast every day. A unique touch I loved was the creative way house rules were displayed—beautifully written and engaging rather than just instructions. It added a personal, artistic charm to the space. The location is perfect, and the stay was comfortable, affordable, and beyond expectations. Would love to stay here again!

Debdut is an awesome host and has gone above and beyond just being a host. The location is quaint and peaceful - and we were able to enjoy clear views of the Ganges right from our bedroom. I had a great stay at this Airbnb near the airport. The location was perfect for my trip, just a short drive away, The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness. They were quick to answer any questions and made sure my check-in and stay were smooth. The communication was excellent.. The only thing is the security guard of the gate is little annoying I mentioned +1 guest in this stay but everytime I entered through the gate they asked me and her there is no extra guest allowed or i didn't mentioned extra guest. Overall, my stay was excellent. The place was hassle-free, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host’s responsiveness and smooth communication made the experience even better.

Introducing more flexibility in this policy would greatly enhance the overall experience and providng some what amnities like washng machine and cloths stand. Overall, this place has tremendous potential, and with a bit of tweaking, it can become an even more attractive option for travelers.

Simply WOW Experience! What a place, felt like a palace room, superb furniture, bed, sofas, best part was the balcony which was a nature retreat. My wife and I loved the place and have booked it again for our wedding anniversary. This is by far the best Airbnb in Kolkata.

Nice Place for home stay

The room felt like home. It had all the things that I would need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking, bathroom had all the amenities with extra towel and bathrobe. The property surroundings were clean and I had direct access to roof for drying my clothes. The host even had placed various spices, which i really appreciate. Overall I had a great stay. I would surely consider it again, whenever I visit Guwahati.
