Wunderschöne Seesicht, genossen das Rauschen des Wassers und waren positiv überrascht, dass wir nicht von Mücken geplagt wurden und dankbar über die feinen Sachen im Kühlschrank! Würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen

We spent a week in this beautiful villa. The view from the pool is incredible, there’s a covered seating area next to the pool too, and we spent lots of time there! There’s also a lower lawn perfect for yoga or meditation if you’re that way inclined. Every room has its own en suite, plus there is a poolside shower and toilet facilities downstairs. In general the villa is very well equipped. It was very hot while we were there, but then it was August! You definitely need cars and also to be a confident driver - roads are in good condition, mostly, but with lots of hairpin bends and steep inclines, driving is not for the faint hearted! There is an easier and a harder way into the village so choose your route wisely and stick to the bigger roads if you can. We had thoughtful welcome and leaving gifts from the host, which was lovely, and when we couldn’t get the grill to work they came straight away. The hosts couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful. The area is stunning, local wine is delicious and if you like truffles you are in for a treat at practically every restaurant you visit. Even though the village itself feels quite remote, you can get to the coast and various big towns and supermarkets within about half an hour. We visited various towns and istralandia water park which we all loved, especially the kids. So you can choose to have a complete retreat in a beautiful quiet and peaceful location, or to use the villa as a base for seeing more of Istria. We had a great time.

There are no words to describe the beauty of this place or the hospitality of the family taking care of the house. We stayed here for a month and had the most wonderful time. The house has everything you need, the terrace is a great place where to hide from the sun and the garden with the pool is just amazing. BTW, the pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The family working for the host are the most welcoming & kind people. They threw an incredible welcoming party for all the guests - dozens of self-made pizzas, local wines, prosciutto.. Moreover, they even organized a wine tasting in a local vineyard in Villa il Pozzo. I could continue forever with this review, but the most important thing is that we felt welcomed, loved & still had our privacy & we made friends for a lifetime here. As per the location, it is in a lovely small town with a little shop, 1 bar and 2 restaurants. The town is located near Florence and many other small & incredibly beautiful towns & villages (that are definitely worth visiting!)

Ds Rustico ist genau, wie beschrieben. Es ist alles da, was man braucht - finden wir. Das OG mit dem Blick ins Dachgeschoss ist großartig. Marta ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und persönlich. Wir sind dankbar, dass wir Marta kennenlernen und in ihrem Rustico wohnen durften. Für unseren Hund war die Umzäunung (die Mauer) nicht hoch genug. Das konnte aber niemand ahnen ;-) Hinter dem Haus hat uns an einem Tag ein Reh besucht. Wunderschön. Ebenso schön: Der Sonnenaufgang aus dem Schlafzimmer beobachtet.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 4 giorni in 5 persone più un bimbo di 3 anni. Casa molto bella, spazi definiti e accessibili, giardino molto grande e accogliente. Posizione sopraelevata con vista diurna e notturna splendida. Alberto e Vania molto gentili e disponibili. Consiglio!!

Appartamentino da sogno in grande giardino tranquillo e curato. Ideale per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno all’insegna della tranquillità. In appartamento è presente tutto il necessario per cucinare e rilassarsi. Ambiente molto pulito e arredato con buon gusto. Tornerò sicuramente se ricapito da queste parti

Soggiorno perfetto nella baita con vista sul lago, tutto come me lo aspettavo. Andrea è stato molto gentile e disponibile e mi ha dato ottimi consigli su passeggiate da dare nei dintorni.

Amazing airbnb. We stayed with a group of 7 and had a great time. The location is beautiful with nice walks and towns nearby. Mauro prepared pizza dough for us and helped us light the pizza oven so we could bake our own pizza. They also have a shop with lovely self-grown products. The sauna and fireplace are the finishing touches. We were really happy to have found this place!

We had a great time in this beautiful mansion! The view and the nature surrounding the property are just breathtaking. The terrace is perfect for a big group of people, it's very spacious. The communication with Maurizio was also very good! We had some minor problems, for example with the coffee machine or the electricity in the house, but Maurizio was really quick to reply, I could text or call him and would always get a fast answer. He was always friendly, caring and helpful! To get to or away from the house, you need to take some time, as the gravel road is a challenge, especially for small cars.

We enjoyed our stay every day. The house is so incredibly well integrated into the beautiful surroundings, a true architectural achievement. The whole area up on the mountain is also exciting for children to explore. After a few days, you really take the three donkeys to your heart and they run towards you happily when you pass by with carrots and apples. The house is beautifully furnished, using only natural materials and furniture with patina and history. Nothing is missing and there is nothing superfluous. You feel very, very comfortable. And the view from the terrace is even more beautiful than in the photos. If you're looking for peace and seclusion on holiday, this is the place for you. There are many hiking trails and you can virtually start right from the house. The service provided by the hosts also leaves nothing to be desired. Very friendly, always available and every wish is taken into account. You feel really welcome. Many thanks again for that!

Montefegatesi è un paese molto curato. La casa di Alessia è tenuta davvero molto bene e il panorama circostante è incantevole. È un alloggio ideale per un ritiro nella pace della natura. Da Montefegatesi partono vari percorsi ben segnalati anche per non esperti. Ci torneremo!

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer tollen Umgebung. Die Einrichtung war sehr persönlich und geschmackvoll gewählt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Bei Fragen waren James und Philippa schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an die beiden für einen schönen Urlaub.

The pictures certainly do not do the location the justice it deserves. The home is so cool, and so amazing. The design is great. The huge kitchen and dining room table or used every single day. somehow, even know you are encased in concrete and rock, lol, the home did not feel sterile. It felt lived in and comfortable. The town of Vals is quiet but friendly. The drive up and down the mountain is quite an adventure - fun at times - terrifying at times, as you pass enormous trucks on a blind corner with no railing. But once at the top, the views are stunning. We literally felt like we woke up in a postcard every day. once in a lifetime trip, with a once in a lifetime location. Would come back tomorrow and stay much longer if we could. ♥️💛 TK

Siamo molto amanti della montagna e desideravamo una casa nel bosco e questo maso ha superato le nostre aspettative. È bellissimo, esattamente come ti aspetti un vero maso di montagna, circondato da prati e boschi, immerso nella pace e nella tranquillità, appartato ma allo stesso tempo a soli 800 metri da Castello Tesino raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. L'interno è arredato in modo essenziale ma molto accogliente. Violante è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile e anche Marco, che ci ha accolti, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. A Violante un grazie speciale per la tua generosa offerta, ci rivediamo sicuramente, speriamo il più presto possibile.

Una splendida casetta in pietra inserita nel contesto di un agriturismo in località molto tranquilla nel cuore delle colline del Chianti Classico. Gli spazi erano splendidi, tutto molto pulito e l'alloggio era ben attrezzato. Alice e Bianca sono state molto gentili, disponibili e accoglienti, la comunicazione impeccabile. Consigliatissimo!!

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis hier zu sein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Das Frühstück war traumhaft, und nur für uns sehr viel Angebot auch extra einmal vegan auf Nachfrage. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Auch die Tiere waren toll und die Kids sind direkt in den Pool gesprungen.

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich und der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und es wurden uns sogar Kuchen, Gemüse und Getränke bereitgestellt. Der hausgemachte Limoncello war besonders lecker. Luca war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt, ein sehr freundlicher und außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber!

Struttura splendida e unica nel suo genere. Claudia e suo marito sono coerenti in tutto quello che fanno e propongono. La loro passione e la loro idea di sostenibilità si traduce splendidamente nella loro proposta, come ad esempio la colazione con prodotti a km zero (uova dell loro galline magnifiche) e l’utilizzo di energia rinnovabile. Lokacija smještaja je predivna, pogled na dvorac Badia a Passignano i vinograde. Djeca su nam uživala u dvorištu, tu su i životinje. Kuća ima svoju taracu sa stolom, roštilj, predivna priroda. Pozicija je isto odlična za posjet Firenci, San Gimignano Siena, Piza. Preporučam za posjete bolje obilaziti mala mjesta u blizini nego odlazak u Firencu ili Pizu. Bianca i Alice su nam uvijek bile na raspolaganju i dostupne na Whats up. Čak je i bazen bio otvoren iako se baš i nije mogao ugrijat na suncu. Odličan izbor za obiteljski odmor. Hvala još jednom na gostoprimstvu.
