Very clean,close to lots of eats.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was my husband, our 2 boys, and myself. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Could use the living room for 1 more person, if needed. We walked almost everywhere we could with 2 small-ish children. The pool was great and my husband loved being able to work out. Next time we come up to Cleveland, we will look into staying here again!

Our stay was delightful! This place has so many nice touches and very thoughtful details. It is refreshing the way you have everything you need right there, and more. We would for sure come back and highly recommend!

Apartment was in a great location. Super close to arena and bars. Clean, quiet and private. Water pressure and temperature were great. The only thing I would recommend is tightening up the entrance door. Even when it was dead bolted, it had a lot of give and could be a concern for some.

Plenty of great things to say! There was a mistake with scheduling and Bill was out of town. He found a way to keep my booking alive, no idea what phone calls he needed to make but he worked it out quickly. The place was clean, amenities were all available, love the location and view. And again, Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will be returning very soon!

Everything was great. There was a slight issue with the parking just because the garage was a little tricky to find and it is extremely tight once inside. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using the included parking if you have a larger car. Eric was very helpful though and helped us make accommodations to safely park the rental car we were using! Greatly appreciated! Overall the experience was 5 star. The location is great, the apartment is secure and felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks Eric!

Convenient arrival with secure gated parking and elevator up to the penthouse. Gorgeous interior, well appointed. Beautiful views of the skyline and local artistic murals. Fully stocked kitchen with high end finish and everything you would need to cook a meal. Plenty of closet space with hangers provided, dresser, washer/dryer and consumables. Amazing jet tub and showers, bonus steam sauna. Absolutely luxe- would not hesitate to book again, hoping to be back in the area for another stay.

We loved our stay here! Everything was very clean and the place was easy to find! It was wonderful to be able to see the river from the windows. Karter Ann was quick to answer any questions we had!

Beautiful condo with lake theme. My grandson asked if we could come back next week. Great furnishing and we felt right at home with everything we needed. Neighbors were all very friendly too! Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay. Very close to the jet express & just a few minutes from grocery & restaurants. Lovely views from balcony of the lake & the docks. 20-30 min drive from Cedar Point & Kelley’s Island ferry. Such a nice place & plan to return again. All amenities were well thought out. Even a hair dyer which I was grateful because I forgot mine.

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The place worked out great for the weekend trip up to the area. It was a quiet neighborhood with no issues. The hot tub was nice to have as we were in the area for a bowling tournament.

Stayed here several times so far and they are great host. We are from out of town working in Columbus and this is our go to anytime it’s available. Feels like home from amenities to quality beds to sleep on. Can’t say enough good things about this place !

We had a wonderful stay at Chelsea’s guest house. Very comfy, and clean. And the views from her patio are just lovely. We would definitely book her home again.

Our stay at this place was truly excellent. The house was beautiful, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, which made us relaxing and enjoyable. Suzanne was very responsible and easy to communicate with. The hot tub worked perfectly, and we especially appreciated the sauna on the cold days. We would love to come back again!

We had a nice stay at Baypoint, The golf cart was key to have to go over to Bay Point amenities. The parking is tight when you have a truck, but we made it worked. The workout room and sauna was very nice.
