My husband and I—and our dog—could not have been happier with our stay at Rice Farm Hideaway. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was well-appointed, which was great as we cooked Thanksgiving dinner while there. The house is set back far enough from the road (which isn't very busy) to feel very private. Nancy was quick to respond to all inquiries and also very nice! It snowed a bit more than we were expecting, so some of our plans for hiking were reconsidered; however, we did do the beautiful 4-mile Bait Hole Loop, which was one of Nancy's suggestions. Really great place!

Dragonwood was an excellent property for a large group! The kitchen was well-stocked, rooms were outfitted with plenty of sheets/blankets/towels, and the location was beautiful. The host was very responsive and was even able to help us with a car that was stuck in the snow as we were checking out. Would highly recommend for large groups looking for a very unique place to stay in the woods of Mine!

We have rented this house before, it does not disappoint. The description is accurate, very comfortable for 8 - 12 people. Kitchen has all the pots, pans, utensils and everything else you could need. We really like this house for snowmobile trips. Trail is across the street, plenty of parking, could not ask for more.

We were just two, but the place would be perfect for a large family group because of the multiple beds, large table and dishes for plenty of place settings. The laundry machines in the basement were a great convenience.

Power went out during a big wind storm and Jesse was helpful in finding out when we might expect to get power back. Stove was incredible! Beautiful home with a neat story

Our party of 8 had an amazing time! The lake is beautiful. The house is walking distance to town. I would definitely rent again if our travels bring us back to that part of the country.

It was the perfect little cozy place to stay while we were snowmobiling. Could not beat the price for the space we had! We will definitely stay again!

This cabin was very well kept, cleaned and comfortable. There were many accommodations there that were helpful for a week long stay. The owners were great to deal with and check in/check out were very smooth. If you’re looking for a place to stay in northern Maine this is it!

It's a perfect home, perfect deck, huge kitchen and beautiful yard. My friends and families go through a perfect time for leaves hunting. We will come back again!

This was our best trip so far! Bradley sent us amazing directions to find the location that was spot on. The place was designed and built beautifully! William was a nice thing to have being out in the unorganized territory. He was so friendly and there if we needed.

Out of all the rentals I have stayed at this one takes the cake. The area is so beautiful and peaceful.....magical! If you love camping and the outdoors don't hesitate to book this cabin. You are right on the lake where you can kayak, canoe, fish, etc. (The only ones on the lake). The view of the mountains are incredible from the lake. If you have a snowmobile or ATV you are in heaven with the cabin right off of the Katahdin Region Multi Use Trail road. Close to hiking at Baxter State Park, exploring on the Golden Road and other hiking trails near the Mt. Katahdin area. This cabin is an outdoor enthusiasts dream. We enjoyed the woodstove at night, the firepit outside, the propane lights and stove were just enough needed to cook and spend quality family time around the table playing games. It was nice to unplug from reality for a few days. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us! We had an amazing time! You had everything we needed in the cabin!

Scott has been my favorite AirBnB host I have had! He proactively messaged us, answered all of our questions, and he greeted us upon arrival to explain everything. The stay itself was so comfortable and he has built out a cute walking path and area to enjoy common outdoor spaces. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

This home was conveniently located for my purposes and was a perfect space for the number of guests I had. The space was beautiful, as was the location. We were comfortable and satisfied with all parts of the home. There was a small problem with a frozen pipe when we arrived, due to the frigid outside temperatures, and our hosts immediately took care of the issue. We would definitely stay again if needed in the future!

Beautiful and very clean glamping tents. Outdoor showers and bathrooms were very clean and stocked with everything you need. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful the entire stay, and offered many recommendations for food and activities!

This is our second year staying at Cam‘s Lakehouse. We always come up for Moose Stomper weekend. It’s always a great time and we always enjoy your stay. Nice big hot tub lakefront ice fishing big driveway to park all our trailers with four wheelers and snowmobiles Harley. The next-door dog is amazing very friendly like to come in and visit. Would recommend anybody.

Our stay at the Great Pond Airbnb was incredible! The house was beautiful, cozy, and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the paddle boat—it was magical to take it out on the lake early in the morning and watch the sunrise. Truly a dream! Finding the place initially was a bit tricky (we missed some details in the instructions), and cell service in the area is spotty, so definitely screenshot directions beforehand. Once settled, though, it was perfect. Being just over an hour from Acadia National Park was a huge bonus! We had a blast hiking, especially on Precipice Trail (challenging but amazing!) and Beehive Trail for a slightly easier, but still fun option. This spot offered the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway!

Had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin it’s a great location right on the water felt private and peaceful. We had so much fun loved the hot tub and gorgeous kitchen, everything looked just like the pictures. The host Sun, was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

We went up for a long weekend of snowmobiling. the house easily fit 3 families. love the pool table, darts, and hot tub for the kids and adults. best part besides the view was trail access right from the property. loved it and we'll be back in the fall for atv season :)

Second time here to celebrate my birthday. The place is the perfect spot to relax with friends because of the incredible views, warm fire and perfect layout of the common area. I’m sure I’ll be back again! Thank you Matthew for another great weekend.

We had an awesome stay. The hot tub made for a perfect conclusion to a big ski day. The proximity to the x-country ski trails was also a real perk. Comfortable living space and bedrooms. We hope to be back!

Nice cabin on a beautiful property. Cabin seems to be part of a lodge and not individually owned. There are several cabins and the one next to us used our parking space so we weren’t able to park as close as we would have liked. We arrived after dark and the property in general is not well lit so that made it difficult to find the cabin. The bar on the property seemed to be a happening place at night. Breakfast can be purchased in the lodge but service is extremely slow. Overall it was a nice clean place and it’s nice that the cabins are so close to the water just as pictured.
