The exclusive space features a secure key-pad for self check-in entry, a fully appointed kitchen with ample pots, pans, cookware, dishes, glasses so you can cook while staying, re-pointed original brick walls, neutral tones with touches of color, an exclusive back patio, and an open-plan living area with separate dining table plus spa-like bath and private queen size bedroom retreat. The apartment features two high definition televisions with cable tv plus high-speed Internet. Enjoy this entire space to yourself. Close to all that DC has to offer yet in a quiet residential neighborhood, this large, private one bedroom apartment is your perfect home away from home. With nearly 900 square feet this apartment is fully furnished with your needs in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware and utensils and your own personal Nespresso maker (espresso and coffee pods provided). And includes full-size appliances: refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, stove and microwave. A full-size washer and dryer with included laundry detergent and fabric softener is included in this apartment, as well as an iron and ironing board. The bathroom includes a full-size bathtub with a spa-like shower head and Aveda bathing products. We've also included cotton balls and cotton swabs along with plenty of towels and towel bars/hooks. The private bedroom includes a queen size bed with upgraded mattress, a wall-mounted Internet-connected television, large custom-designed closet with two luggage racks, alarm clock, USB charging stations and sound machine to lull you to sleep. A queen-size air mattress is available if additional guests will be joining you. We've also provided a separate desk with lamp, clock and USB charging station for those times when you need to work. The living room includes comfortable seating, a large LCD television with expanded HD cable line-up. The dining alcove seats four comfortably and can be expanded if needed. The apartment offers a private outdoor patio with a bistro table and chairs as well as a welcoming bench at the front door. High-Speed WiFI Internet is available throughout the apartment. Easy, keyless entry with your personal four digit code to unlock the front door of this private apartment during the length of your stay. Although the apartment is connected to our home, we will respect your privacy.
