Check-in was a breeze, and Josh’s place was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a highlight, and I loved seeing the wildlife around the property.

Everything was very nice. The host was welcoming and respectful. We saw the tortoise, which was a novel treat. The view up in the forrested mountains is beautiful, and the accomodations were lovely. A very comfy couch and cozy kitchen area for breakfasts goes well wish the gracious sleeping area. We had a little bit of trouble finding a way to immerse ourselves in total darkness for sleeping, but everything felt so homey that was hardly an issue. Overall, a great place to stay with a very kind host and plenty of room to enjoy your time there.

3 couples stayed and we had a great time. Each had our own bedroom and bath. Very cool decorated space. Beautiful view of lake off the deck. Very easy check in and instructions. I would highly recommend the space and area for anyone looking to have a Pocono get away. Kim was also very responsive and helpful.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The place matched the description and was near all the activities we had planned in the Poconos. Host made sure we were well accommodated. Would definitely recommend 5/5.

Stunning location! We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the cottage is beautiful and Ann was very responsive to any problems or questions we had. I hope to return to this cottage.

This house was so cozy, my children loved it!! Mary & Chris was available if we needed anything. We will definitely be using their home again!!

What a lovely home! It’s in the residential neighborhood above Great Barrington, which means it’s walkable to Lake Mansfield and the trails there and also either a short drive or a nice walk to everything downtown GB has to offer. The house is squeaky clean with nice kitchen amenities, a yard, and a beautiful detached screen porch for warmer months. Perfect size for a small family and very cozy. We will be back!

My partner, my parents, and I were looking for a much-needed getaway from the stress of daily life, and this home provided the perfect retreat. The space was incredibly quiet and serene, allowing us to fully unwind. The hot tub was a fantastic touch, perfect for soaking away tension and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. Every detail in the home contributed to a sense of calm, making it easy to settle in and feel at ease. Audrey and Seb were excellent hosts—attentive, welcoming, and ensuring that everything was just right for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape!
