Northern Cyprus : chambres d'hôtel

Hôtel vraiment propre ! Il y’a tout ce qu’il faut à disposition, la piscine c’est un plus aussi ! Ali est très gentil et accueillant !

Ozge and the lady at the apartment was extremely friendly and kind. We had to modify our reservation only for one night and Ozge was super helpful with everything! The breakfast was amazing, fresh fruits and vegetables, marmalade, tasty bread and eggs. 5 star+!:)

not exactly as listed because photos were different but we still had a very clean functional one bed apartment. Had a little kitchen but still possible to prepare a meal as was OK equipped. Had a small table and couple of chairs both in the kitchen and on the little balcony which unfortunately had no shade which was difficult to use when the sun was blazing!!. There was a sofa and TV all ok. The bedroom was the highlight as it had a lovely comfortable bed but couldn't fit the small fitted wardrobe which was outside the room. Very nice shower room with a great shower!! Very useful underground car park we didn't have a problem entering because we had a moped.The location was great for us, right in the middle of town near lots of bars and fantastic restaurants and supermarkets, but just far away from it so the noise wasn't a problem. The beach was about 20 mins walk through the town center. So lots to see on the way down.Friendly host and friendly cleaner👍,thank you🙏

Beautiful property, very convenient to everything, a warm and accommodating host, who goes above and beyond. The property is surrounded by a garden, nice breeze, rooms are spacious, everything you need. It’s basic, but well thought through and clean. It was perfect for me. There are many families, so there are kids but there is enough space to feel peaceful if you’re an adult only party. A supermarket, a beach, a dive shop, a nice cafe are right nearby. Dolmus, the local public transport is right outside, very frequent service. The wifi is not strong and reliable, but I heard its an island problem. Very hard to get a good wifi. Even the local SIM card with data only worked in a low data mode. As long as you don’t plan to work it’s enough. It felt safe on the property, because I saw that staff was staying out late into the night. Ali, the host, as well as his team, were 100 million percent accommodating- my flight was delayed and I showed up just before midnight. They were waiting for me with the keys. Everything I needed, an adapter, coffee, taxi, suggestions was instantly done with a smile and a kind word. Great people. I noticed that other travelers felt at home too. One gentleman mentioned that he’s been coming for 20 years, always here. So, whatever you don’t get in luxury you get in care. Thank you very much Ali for making me feel so welcome, safe, and comfortable.

Прожили с ребенком ровно месяц, квартира неплохая, удобно, что первый этаж, рядом бассейн, ресторан, до моря идти близко. минус: рядом стройка-долбят, колоть, сверлят. Муравьи и тараканы неимоверных размеров, вроде как столкнулась с ними еще в прошлом году пребывания на Кипре,но все равно жутко и неприятно, особенно тараканы )) очень близко друг к другу расположены жилые строения/жилые блоки, слышимость 100%, если сидишь на Терассе.. но это кому как,можно сразу зато познакомиться с соседями не выходя с балкона. пляж и море-соглашусь с предыдущим отзывом.то чистое то грязь , что в воду зайти мерзко,и волны,обычно после обеда. Однако Я брала машину в аренду на длительный срок, поэтому на этот пляж мы ходили раза четыре максимум. В целом все неплохо, есть недочеты по чистоте ,но это если совсем придираться. единственное пожелание -это поменять сушилку ,потому что она была ржавая и очень много светлых вещей подпортила,обидно. Электричество и воду выключали максимум на 30 минут первую неделю, потом я не заметила ,так как мы уезжали до вечера на пляж обычно и вечером Снова в ресторан в Фамагусту. коммунальные услуги за месяц у меня вышли в сумме 135 евро ,я немного Была удивлена, потому что кондиционерами мы практически не пользовались, в спальне стоял вентилятор Я на ночь его включала потому что кондиционер для ребенка не есть хорошо ,а в гостиной комнате он работал редко так как я любила сидеть на террасе вечером и смысла в нём не было, стирали мало тоже, готовить практически не готовила, весь отпуск мы ходили в кафе и ресторан. Ну и в номере с утра до вечера не находились... моя проблема возможно в том, что не списала показания при заселении сразу...чтоб и самой все проверить. про посредника Александра- Юлию, ничего писать не буду, Я к ним не обращалась ни по какому поводу, поэтому взаимоотношения у нас сложились нейтральные. Надеюсь отзыв будет полезен) ещё было немало детей, которые страдали отитом после купания в бассейне, мы сами обращались в частный госпиталь с отитом ,поголовно всем прописывают антибиотики. Всем хорошего отдыха!!!

Osman Bey gerçekten harika bir ev sahibiydi. Her adımda yardımcı oldu. Ev gerçekten çok güzel bir yerdeydi. İçerisi çok temiz ve huzurluydu. Check-in’den Check-out’a kadar Osman Bey çok ilgiliydi. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Ulaşım açısından çok avantajlı bir konumda. Grand saphire casinonun dibinde. Denize yürüyerek 6-7 dk mesafede. Ev çok yeni ve rezidans olanakları çok iyi. Çok memnun kaldım

Очень понравилось жилье и вид на море! Отличная кухня, супер завтрак, включен в стоимость. Удобная мебель, красивый декор, Уютный камин в ресторане и дружелюбные песики прилагаются.
