Nous avons passé une paisible nuit chez Guilaine. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour un accueil et un séjour agréable. Guilaine est disponible et les échanges ont été très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement ce petit coin de paradis authentique et chaleureux.

This place is completely magical. We felt so privileged to be able to find something so remote and unique to spend a few days. The garden was beautiful, we were invited to pick veggies from the garden which were delicious. The kids had a great time running around the garden up and back from the river. It is a peaceful beautiful paradise. We were very sad to leave, and hope to come back!

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Le lieu est isolé, calme au bout d'une longue piste qui donne l'impression d'arriver au bout du monde. C'est ce que l'on cherchait. Thomas et sa fille nous ont accueilli chaleureusement au milieu des animaux qui constituent l'animation de ce domaine. Le logement est bien équipé et on a pu y faire une flambée en cette mi-saison. A recommander si vous voulez être tranquilles et bien dormir. Bon vent à Thomas et ses bêtes!

Wir haben an diesem magischen Ort mit der Familie Urlaub gemacht.Haben zu Fuß die Umgebung erkundet,eine Kajaktour gemacht und einen Ausflug nach Warschau.Alles ein absoluter Traum.Urszula lebt in der Nähe und ist jeder Zeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.Sie hat uns ein Traumhaftes Haus inmitten der Natur zur Verfügung gestellt - außergewöhnlich schön und besonders.Ein wundervolles Erlebnis!

Das Haus verfügt über ein sehr großes und vollständig abgeschlossenes Grundstück. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch. Von der in der Nähe liegenden Autobahn hört man ein Rauschen, das uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. Serena und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und haben uns bei allen Fragen gut weitergeholfen. Bei etwas kühleren Tagen lies sich das Haus mit der Klimaanlage problemlos angenehm temperieren. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank so gut bestückt, dass wir davon problemlos unsere Abendessen bestreiten konnten.

Unfortunately, we only had a one night stay here on this beautiful farm, but it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! The dogs were amazing tour guides leading us to visit with the animals, haha! Puppies were a bonus as well. What an amazing place to wake up to in the morning and get your day started! Hosts were very responsive to all questions and any needs as well. I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the Golden Circle area. So much room! Would love to go back and stay longer.

Our stay at The Dairy was perfect. The accommodation was peaceful and a great base for our trip. The lounge was a lovely light, sociable space for us all to chill in. The log burner was fab. There was plenty of room for the four of us in The Dairy and at no time did we feel cramped for space. The garden was ideal for our two labs and well fenced so no concerns about possible escapees!! The outside seating area was great for an afternoon sit and a drink. The pub just up the road (The Springer) looked lovely but I would recommend booking if you want to eat there as we didn’t book and then couldn’t get a table….. We would definitely stay again 😎

The Strawbale Bothy made for a perfect cozy, relaxing getaway. The location is peaceful, quiet, but close to everything you need. Waking up to the beautiful water/mountain views was incredible! Nicola was an excellent host, from homemade treats on the table when we arrived to her very detailed and responsive communication. 10/10 recommend!

les hôtes ont été flexibles sur les heures d'arrivée et départ et compréhensifs. Ils ont compris notre besoin et se sont adaptés à nous, c'était parfait. Logement propre et bien équipé, places de parking devant le logement. Tout s'est très bien passé !

I had a fantastic stay at Dan’s place! Everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Dan was an exceptional host: super helpful and responsive. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay!

Très joli petit gîte refait avec amour. Accueil très sympa de Nicole. On avait un peu de difficulté de trouver le gîte mais avec l’aide de Nicole ça s’est vite arrangé. On a passé une semaine très reposante dans un environnement magnifique.

We had an amazing time staying in the hobbit house, our daughter loved it so much and would love to visit again! The children also loved making friends with the dog!

Hemos estado muy cómodas y nos hemos sentido como en casa, nos ha encantado el alojamiento, seguro que repetiremos. Joaquin ha sido muy atento. Pasamos unos días de 10 ☺️

I had a wonderful relaxing stay at Burnbrae byre, it was peaceful, relaxing, very luxurious I loved the rolltop bath. Comfy bed, peaceful sleep. Beautiful surroundings, I was lucky to have lovely weather with clear night skies for stargazing Alison and Andrew were friendly and responsive hosts and I can’t thank them enough for a lovely break away.

This was our second stay, and we loved it again. Great location, perfect for the towans and beaches, and the property was lovely, cozy, and nice and clean. Hosts are friendly, helpful and responsive. As others have noted, there is no signal, but we liked being "off the grid", and the sleeping area is on the smaller side - but I (5ft9) slept perfectly and was nice and comfy the whole time so cannot fault it! Would stay again, thank you!

It was a great stay. Beautiful, restorative, simple and relaxed. It is a great little place to stop and check out. We enjoyed the home, the land and all the people we met. The cats were very friendly and the family was as well. It is very peaceful and beautiful!

Das Hobbit Haus ist eine sehr süße Unterkunft und Adriana und ihr Mann sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Adriana hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist tatsächlich ziemlich groß und man hat genug Platz, um alles unter zu bringen. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Gerade der Außenbereich mit der kleinen Küchenzeile mit einer Grundausstattung für zwei Personen und den Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Aussicht sind ein Hingucker. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

We had a fantastic stay at Pheasant’s Roost! The view is beautiful and the house is very private - sitting in the hot tub on a sunny day was glorious :) It is surprisingly spacious inside with a well provisioned kitchen. Communication was very responsive and Hannah met us on arrival to explain how everything worked.

Beautiful accommodation. Stunning views. High-end products used throughout. Lovely touches like bathrobes, slippers and dry robes. Was definitely luxury. Well appointed kitchen. We ate in as you would need to drive if you went out. We liked that though because we made good use of the facilities and hot tub. Would highly recommend.

Estadia maravilhosa, quinta muito calma e casa extremamente acolhedora. De destacar os pomares de fruta fresca, os cavalos amigáveis, as comodidades dos diferentes espaços da propriedade e a companhia das duas cadelas Guadiana e Mimosa. Anfitriã muito disponível e atenciosa. Nascer-do-sol memorável por entre as árvores de fruto.

Excellent séjour et très original ! Les hôtes sont réactifs et soucieux de notre confort, idéal pour se détendre grâce au sauna et au jacuzzi, je recommande à 100%

We can really recommend spending some time in Hobbiton! Our little hobbit hole was so cute and cosy, it felt like being in one of the LOTR-movies! The hot tub was a big plus, even when it took many hours to heat up, we enjoyed spending a lot of time in it. Especially in the morning or after the sunset, when it was colder outside. Inside we had everything we needed for two nights and it was all clean and the interior done with lots of love for the details. The hobbiton is still in growing and we would be interested to see how it develops. The area outside of it is not much to see, but the hobbit cave has enough to offer just to enjoy your time there. Marija was all the time very fast in answering if we had questions. Would recommend if you want to experience some LOTR in real life!

1. The host: Mauro has been an incredible host, always available, friendly, and he sure knows the place, always giving the best recommendations for food and free time. 2. The place 2.1. The apartment: clean, beautiful, with amenities inside, everything worked. 2.2. Molfetta: breathtaking place, the food is outstanding and good price-quality relation. People are very friendly and make an effort regardless the language barrier (most of them speak English anyway!).
