Maison familiale avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. La chambre pour deux enfants est vraiment un gros point fort si vous venez avec des enfants ; plein de jouets et de quoi les occuper. L'emplacement est très paisible dans un petit quartier pavillonnaire en périphérie de la ville. Quelques balades à faire dans le coin à pieds, mais Il est fortement conseillé d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer plus facilement en ville ou plus loin dans les alentours. Le sauna dans la maison est aussi très sympa après une journée épuisante. Pour résumer, on a passé un très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable pour petits et grands.

We thoroughly enjoyed coming ‘home’ after a day of activities to the house. The sauna warms you up immediately. Evenings are too short when watching your favourite show on the home cinema. The kitchen is super equipped. Everything is available. Great place for relaxing.

This was a great place to stay for groups! Good amount of living space to hang out and spend time. The Sauna was lovely to use each night, especially as we came in winter when it was still snowing and cold! It’s a bit of a walk into town, so as long as you’re ok with that or have a car or use taxis. But the walk is easy and you get to see some of the scenery. Would absolutely recommend as a place to stay and Daria was lovely!

Another wonderful stay at Meeri and Paula’s beautiful villa. The location is magical and the villa itself is perfect. We’ve stayed in some fantastic places through Airbnb over the years but this is really something exceptional. Paula and Meeri are great hosts and we were made to feel very much at home. We were very sad to leave and hope to return again soon!

Abbiamo passato una splendida settimana, la casa era accogliente e con tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare, posizione ottima a 10 minuti di macchina dall’ aeroporto, 15 dal villaggio di babbo natale e dal centro di Rovaniemi . Zona molto tranquilla con un bel panorama sul lago ghiacciato. Se devo fare una critica ma è solo un mio gusto personale toglierei un po’ di fotografia appese sui muri. Per il resto ringrazio l host per l’accoglienza. La sauna è la veranda sono state la ciliegina sulla torta.

De Villa is perfect gelegen, op wandelafstand van Ruka en midden in de natuur. De accommodatie is goed uitgerust en we konden met een groep van 10 personen makkelijk onze plek vinden. De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig, het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer adembenemend en op een kleine afstand kan je prachtig wandelen (kleine en grote lus + kotta). Jussi reageert snel en zelfs bij kleine issues (wij wisten niet zo goed hoe de sauna werkt) was hij beschikbaar.

Extremely nice modern house with direct access to a peaceful lake. Conveniently located close to the town but quiet and private. Johanna was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended to spend a few days.

Ein magischer Aufenthalt in Lappland! Wir danken euch von ganzem Herzen für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Schon beim Betreten des Hauses haben wir gespürt, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt ihr in jedes Detail gesteckt habt, ohne diese wäre es nur halb so schön gewesen. Das Haus ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch perfekt ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen, ein wahres Wintermärchen. Und ein Highlight waren die Polarlichter. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: verschneite Landschaften, absolute Ruhe und dennoch perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Natur oder nach Rovaniemi. Wir konnten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen, um Lappland zu erleben. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 💝✨

Annukka's house is just perfect, perfect location, beautiful surroundings, it had everything we could ever need to enjoy our stay plus more. we felt so at home and had a perfect family Christmas here. could not wish for anything more. Annukka also went above and beyond if we needed any help or advice.

Eine meiner besten Erfahrungen bei Airbnb! Das Haus war modern, neuwertig und sehr sauber. Die Sauna war das Herzstück des Hauses und wirklich Gold wert, wenn man abends aus der Kälte nach Hause gekommen ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist schön ruhig in der Natur, mit dem Auto ist man aber innerhalb von 7 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Rovaniemi. Zum Flughafen braucht man auch nur 15 Minuten. Das Haus ist liebevoll ausgestattet, so dass man von Kaffee, über Haferflocken bis hin zu Gesellschaftsspielen alles findet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!

we stayed at Tea's house just before Christmas and it was amazing. the atmosphere was so cosy, we didn't want to leave! Tea was super attentive and she was so kind to leave a hot chocolate station for the kids, which they loved! the house was warm and welcoming with everything you need.

This home is .5km from the city center, very walkable even in the dead of winter. The home had heated floors and a sauna which were amenities that stood out the most in the frigid temperature of Rovaniemi. If you want a cozy nearby place to stay that’s accessible to the city center, this is the spot.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. an einem schönen Ort. In der Stadt trotzdem im Grünnen und am Fluss. Der Aussenbereich mit der tollen Aussicht könnte man noch gemütlicher gestaltet. Der Grill war für mich nicht genügend (klein und zuwenig Hitze). Trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Jari’s home is amazing, and Jari himself is genuinely the best host we’ve ever had. We were two families staying over NYE. 3 kids under 5 and four adults. The space was perfect for us - everyone had their own space, and there were even tons of toys that the kids could play with during our stay (which they loved!). The home is modern with everything you need, and the views over the lake are incredible. We thought we would be traveling into town a lot, but ended up loving the home so much that we spent all of our time there. Jari also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Was super responsive with recommendations and answers to questions, and really helped us feel at home during our stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning new log villa on the shores of Lake Rukajärvi, and it was an experience beyond compare. Downstairs features two spacious bedrooms, a separate toilet, a utility room, and a well-appointed bathroom with two showers and a sauna. The highlight of the downstairs area is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, which is crowned by an impressive 6-meter room height and a full glass end wall offering panoramic lake views. House is nice , very clean , many dishes for cooking . Also nice jacuzzi and sauna you can use any time . Appo was very helpful all our stay . He answer very quickly and help with all activities what we choose . Highly recomend to stay in Appo place .

Disfrutar una navidad y año nuevo en un ambiente de nieve siempre fué un deseo. Más aún cuando vivimos encerrados por el Covid mucho tiempo. Por eso nos lanzamos a la aventura, viajar desde Chile a Finlandia, y tuvimos la suerte de encontrar esta pequeña casa, super acogedora, en la cual durante 30 días disfrutamos el invierno al norte de Finlandia. Anduvimos en trineo guiado por renos, caminamos kilometros (con cuidado) sobre el hielo y nieve sobre el mar, disfrutamos de noches de luna que iluminaban todo el paisaje de noche, los amaneceres de diferentes colores, nos insertamos en la vida cotidiana y disfrutamos de las comidas locales. También tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar las auroras boreales (no podíamos regresar si no las veíamos). Los espacios de dormir no son grandes pero suficientes. La cocina me encantó, tiene todo lo que se necesita así como el estar. No puedo dejar de lado el Hot-Tub que lo disfrutamos mucho, especialmente mientras estabamos a -21°C. Superó con creces las expectativas nuestras y Satu fué más que una excelente anfitriona. Realmente es un lugar maravilloso para disfrutar en familia.
