Lorraine's place in Mesaverte is the BEST furnished studio unit that we have stayed at. As soon as you enter you feel right at home. We especially love how the place is a fusion: the minimalist colors jived well with the modern furnishing. It is welcoming and you will easily settle it. Lotraine as a host is one of the best, very responsive and the guide is a great plus I wish all host would add their properties. Quite useful for 1st timers in CDO. Thank you so much Lorraine for making our stay one to remember. Expect future bookings. 😊

Lanie was communicative and prompt in addressing all my questions and concerns, which made the booking process smooth and stress-free. We had an enjoyable stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 8th floor of Tower 1 in Aspira Towers. The unit was clean and welcoming, with a lovely corner view of the city. The beds seemed new and were comfortably firm, which we appreciated. The location is fantastic, especially for those who enjoy nightlife, as everything is conveniently close—a big bonus for my husband and me, as we love going out. The only downside we noticed was the presence of small flies coming from the drains, which was surprising considering we were on the 8th floor. I mentioned to Lanie maybe considering adding mesh screens on the drains. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Mabait at nagulat din po ako since valentine's day ako nag check in hehe may pa wine din si host po. Maraming salamat . Naging memorable po oath taking KO dahil din SA place or room San ako nag stay. Sauulitin . I recommend this place po or room po Kasi dika talaga magsisisi. God bless po and thank you once again.

It was an amazing stay at Tonnie Mae’s apartment! ☺️ The place is located in the heart of the city and very near to everything ( shops, restaurants , mall and etc ) Tonnie Mae is very helpful , friendly and response quickly with my queries and etc. It was a smooth guest - host transactions . Very responsive host. Space was perfect for our small family over the holidays. Strategic location beside mall and main highway. Airport shuttle also in the mall was helpful for transfers.

We booked this at short notice, and it was no problem for the host. She also allowed us to check in much earlier than would be the norm, which was super good. It was only a short walk to the places we needed to go, so very convenient. For the price, this was a great place to stay. :)

I have stayed in Centrio Tower in the past, though in a different unit. With pay parking in the garage, to a 7 eleven on site and the Centrio Mall next door, I never needed to drive my car anywhere. I will stay here again when I revisit CDO.

We had fun and we're very happy on our short stay at the place. Ate Inday is very responsive and they make sure that all is set upon our check in. We checked out earlier than the prescribed time and we'll surely re-book if we'll visit CDO again.

Very tidy and lovely place, close to everywhere and equipped with everything you need. My family had a great stay. Esther was a great host and easy to communicate w/ and always quick to reply when you need her. Highly recommended.
