Host is responsive which made us booked this place. The location is inside of a private subdivision that makes us feel safe. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. House is spacious for our group of 9pax and still can accommodate more than. Very easy to talk with especially when we requested to have a late check out to accommodate us after our water rafting activity. Thank you for letting us in to your place. Till our next travel 🫶

cherry is accomodating and responsive to our concerns. We were not comfortable with the place we booked due to our being seniors so she offered a better place w/in their cmpd that suited our needs and we are grateful for this condideration.

The host is very responsive from my queries. The place felt right at home. Ate Vicky is friendly and approachable. Their massage chair is what made us booked the place 😆 They provided bath towels and toiletries. Their living room is spacious and enough to accommodate our group of 9pax. We were able to get a good sleep. It’s along h-way and nearby bbq places. We weren’t able to go to hot spring but were told that it is near the area. Thank you for accommodating us! Till our next travel 🫶

Needed a last minute stay as the errands we we're doing in the city took too long and we found it to late to drive the 4/5 hours back. This fit us perfectly and being able to book it so quickly was great! Christopher answered me quickly on messages and was very nice and acomodating.

Great place to chill and bond with your friends or family. Board games, Netflix, wifi, playground for kids, spacious garden,there's plenty of activities to do here. The property is a 30-min drive to Dahilayan Adventure Park, 5-10min drive to the market, talipapa, stores. My family really enjoyed our time here!

Second time staying in this place the host was very welcoming. The house was clean and had a great time with family. Only issue I had was that check out on Airbnb said 12pm and the staff came and told us to leave at 11 but I had no issues other then that it was ok .

We had a fantastic stay! The place is definitely worth the price—affordable and spacious enough to accommodate up to 10 people. We were just 3 guests, so we had the whole house to ourselves. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the other room with the queen bed was perfect as well. The property is super quiet and peaceful, making it a great retreat. Internet was super fast, which was a big plus for us. The house was also spotless, very clean throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Great place to relax. Beautiful location and gorgeous view if you're looking for a cool place to escape the heat. We had a little trouble with the booking error, but the host fixed the problem and upgraded our villa to a much better and more expensive one. Will definitely come back soon.

Es wahren ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Lezyl Haus. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr schön, man kann auch mit mehr als 8 Leuten da gut leben, da es sehr geräumig ist. Man hat echt genügend Platz und dazu noch einen großen Pool, der einen Kinderbereich hat und bis ans Ende ca 160cm Meter tief wird. Wir haben uns hier direkt wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt verlängert, was auch ohne Probleme zu machen war. Vielen Dank Lezyl

Wide space and minimalist design. The internet is very strong, and the wide-screen TV is a nice touch. However, the shower needs fixing, and the toilet doesn't auto-refill. Despite these issues, the price is somewhat justifiable.

My stay at Mae’s place was fantastic! The space was incredibly spacious and luxurious, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The quiet atmosphere added to the serenity of the experience. The attention to detail and amenities surpassed my expectations. Mae’s hospitality, responsiveness, and the cozy ambiance made it a perfect home away from home. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

A Home Away from Home at Mark’s Place. Staying at Mark’s Place was truly an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, Mark was incredibly friendly and accommodating — he made us feel right at home. The place had a warm, cozy vibe that instantly put us at ease. Most of my friends are Virtual Assistants, and we were so impressed with the allocated working area. It was well thought out and really helped us stay productive during our stay. One of the highlights? Mark surprised us with free food delivery — and guess what? the food and snacks that they have in their place is yours too. how cool was that? Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended, especially for remote workers looking for a relaxing and work-friendly environment!

The house is very nice and comfortable like a nature retreat place with beautiful garden to disconnect from the nosy city. The caretakers live onsite to fix anything. (Lolong opens and closes the outdoor blinds for us in the morning, evening, rain time.) Our 3 nights stay, Electricity was NOT available 24x7. Make sure your mobile phone, power banks, flash lights, head lamps are fully charged. (The town center people said “it is normal for this region NOT to have electricity for a several hours, 1-2 days without electricity during typhoon, WiFi and mobile internet is very weak.”) There is NO hot water shower unit. (The electric ball heater for the water bucket is not efficient as the previous reviewers said.) Faster method is to boil water with electric kettle and add hot water to the water bucket for shower. Else, boil water on the gas stove if there is no electricity. Bemwa farms (06:00 - 18:00) next door sells cooked food for 120 - 200 pesos. Better than the food in town center.
