Dylan was very helpful with making sure my request to be on the first floor with a ramp was met for my 87 year old grandmother. He responded back quickly and was super nice. Would definitely go back. My family loved it there it was so much to do. Everything was in walking distance.

We’ve stayed at Governor’s Green multiple times, and Brad and Sarah’s place at least twice. It’s always really clean, comfortable, scenic, and, for us, perfectly located. It’s also cheaper than some hotels, and you get a lot more space and amenities for your money. It has become our go-to place to stay in Williamsburg. I highly recommend Brad and Sarah’s place.

Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Most comfy bed we have ever had @ an Airbnb ( and we have stayed in many). Very quiet & peaceful.

This is a Hilton vacation rental booked thru Airbnb if it isn’t clear before booking. Space was very clean and had basic necessities.

Place was just as described. We had a good stay at the host’s secure and quiet apartment. Would certainly consider staying in the future. A good place for a couple people staying for a brief trip to RVA. Host was very responsive and provided all listed amenities.

The rental was just as advertised. The place was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very walkable. Even though it is a busy street I was always able to find a parking space either in front of the building or around the corner.

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

Reagan, thank you for hosting us. Your place was the perfect sanctuary to come home to after a full day of exploring the city of Richmond + the use of the building's gym. Walkable to almost everything we want to see...The State capital, the many parks, the different neighborhoods (so many hidden gems), museums, the city's history and its fabulous restaurants. Restaurant recommendation to other guests: ZZQ (MUST get there early to avoid the out-the-door-down-the-street line) and right next door BrickFire Wood Oven. Everything matched the description. The location is close to everything; 15 min from Busch Gardens, 10 min from Warhill Sports Complex. When you check in they will chat to you about doing a timeshare meeting but when I explained we would be gone all day and that I was from the area the girl backed off. Very spacious place and clean. Would def stay here again.

Loved the condo! Great space while we waited for our new home to be ready. Enjoyed all the amenities and options on site. Nicholas was also great to ensure we got in and were satisfied with everything!

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

a perfect stay to experience Christmas in Williamsburg

This was a stressful stay as our mother is almost 100 years old and we got the message that she was close to dying. It was quite nice to have this quiet place to return to after the time we spent with Chris' mother. So we really were not able to engage in any of the resort offerings. It was a surprise that, after we paid for our regular fee, we were informed that we had to pay an additional "resort fee" for using the facilities. If we had known that we would have looked elsewhere as we felt like we were paying for something that we were not going to be able to use. Otherwise, this is a nice, clean place, quiet and with beautiful grounds.

This place was a great value with tons of attractions within a few minutes driving time. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to visit Williamsburg as the resort has several amenities and is super clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home with a lot of amenities, including lake access with kayak, peddle boat and canoe. As well as a hot tub! David provided us with household instructions ahead of time and listed surrounding restaurants and grocery stores. Would love to stay again

Kristi is an exceptional host. She's so warm and helpful - and she thought of everything! The beds were comfortable and the house is cozy and warm feeling. I was surprised and delighted to find that she even had the little strainer I like to make my morning tea! I was also surprised that even though the neighborhood is close to the main road, the house is very quiet. I would definitely come back!

The coffee -grinder, the expresso maker, the stackable washer and dryer and dishwasher with the pods supplied, the restrooms with the sanitary items supplied, the enormous amount of wash cloths and towels, the soft beds and bedding, the complimentary shower gels and lotions... the board games supplied, the parking passes for street parking supplied, the outdoor patio and furniture, the outdoor storage, the "City Life" theme throughout the home..... all FABULOUS! Warning: The showers are explained, but the water goes from scorching hot to warm. You can only adjust it either after you get in or reach into the shower as the water is hitting you. The street parking is tight. If the neighbor in the back decides to park close to you, you'll need to let your passengers out before you park because of the shed. The lights in the bedroom are very chic, but they get very hot quickly. Trouble walking, bad knees...not the house for you. For me and my crew...LOVE!

The area and view are beautiful and the home's decor is welcoming. The home was very comfortable for our family group and had a VERY well-stocked kitchen. The master bed was VERY comfortable as were the rest of the beds. My husband and I slept well. We all felt at home. MJ was very responsive when I had questions and communicated about the property in clear, concise language. The host provided many outdoor recreation opportunities, which included paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets. There was a nice sized pool but we were visiting out of season so we did not use it. The exercise room downstairs has a lot of equipment. We all enjoyed our time together. Our family is asking to come back again next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Such an amazing stay with Kimberly! I felt right at home from the moment I walked in the door. The space is beautiful, and I felt very comfortable. The kitchen was the highlight for me (it always is!) because I love to cook, and it's so nice to be able to cook for myself when I'm traveling. I had plenty of room for my computer and workspace, since I work remotely. Kimberly was so friendly and welcoming, I couldn't have asked for more. It happened to snow quite a bit while I was there. Kimberly was very proactive, giving me updates about salting the driveway, path and stairs to the basement. She let me know when there would be someone to shovel (twice during and after the storm) and offered to let me walk through the house if the stairs became slippery with ice (they did not). It was a beautiful, peaceful place to stay, surrounded by houses and trees. I absolutely loved it, and highly recommend Kimberly's place to stay.

This place was modern, extremely clean, comfortable, and had a lot of little extras included like snacks, coffee, bottled water, etc. DeSean and Mindy were responsive and proactive with their communication before, during, and after our stay. Great hosts! I highly recommend them!
