The apartment/condo is just as described. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots/pans and everything else I use in my kitchen. That was a treat. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home was quiet and easy to come and go from. There is an electric fireplace in the master bedroom which made the room so warm and cozy. The parking was perfect, right outside the door and we never had a problem getting a spot. Chandra’s communication was punctual and very helpful. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday and it was so festive as she had a beautiful little Christmas tree with lights and ornaments and a wreath on the door; it made our Christmas feel more like home since we had to travel. The place was wonderful and highly recommend to other guests.

We loved our stay here! The place was gorgeous and perfect for a small getaway in Richmond. Check in and out is as easy as it gets. The balcony and skylight makes this airbnb a total 11/10.

Excellent location, cozy, quiet, light-filled space, great neighborhood! Comfy couch and bed. Walked to the VMFA, watched the 10k, walked the neighborhood. Easy street parking too!

The rental was just as advertised. The place was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very walkable. Even though it is a busy street I was always able to find a parking space either in front of the building or around the corner.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb during the GFNY cycling event in Cambridge, MD. The property was spotless and located just about a mile from the event site, which made getting to and from the race incredibly easy. The quiet neighborhood and proximity to the water provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding before and after the event. The two-bedroom unit was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Jason was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out to fit our event schedule, which was a huge help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, whether for an event or just to enjoy a quiet getaway. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The location could not have been better. Rachel's place was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Communication was great and getting in was super easy. The apartment was very clean, smelled great and you could tell that they went out of their way to make guests feel at home. They provided coffee and welcome snacks as well as a list of options for places to eat which we found super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I've used this space now twice, as I have been working on a project and need a space away from home. this has been my go to.

This was the first time I stayed in an Airbnb and was nervous. But, this place far exceeded my expectations and I will for sure use Airbnb again. And, when back in Richmond, I will for sure book this property again!!! I highly recommend it!!

Lots of space inside. Kitchen well furnished, with new appliances. Bathrooms were spacious, both with huge walk-in showers. Water temperature was lukewarm, at best. Water heater needs adjustment. Bed configuration was strange. Master bedroom had two single beds, with no flexibility to put beds together. Only one TV in 3 BR home. Overall great accommodations, away from busy streets and noisy neighbors.

Until we parked the car and got out, I couldn't imagine how this could be a "bamboo" bungalow. WOW! Could you look at all the bamboo trees? Are they normally found in this part of the world? Seeing so many trees doing such a good job of making the bungalow private was fun.

Joseph was very responsive before and throughout the stay. The property felt very cozy and comfortable and private, which is not often the case with properties. Conveniently located. There was a heavy snowstorm which is rare for the area, and Joseph had the long driveway cleared straight away, and salted the walkway before it arrived. Highly recommend.

This home was a great location for us to enjoy all the sites in the area-it was easy to get to and parking was superb. The house was clean and orderly. Our family had plenty of space and was very comfortable for the weekend when we were visiting. Our dog was at ease the entire time at the house and loved walking the neighborhood among all the other local pups. The beds were comfy, clean, and well appointed. My boys loved the room with twin beds. All Linens and towels were clean. Thank you for our stay and helping us to enjoy a great family weekend in Williamsburg.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Little House for our Christmas vacation. It was like staying in a bit of history while we explored Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The location was smack-dab in the middle of everything we wanted to see making it super convenient. Spence was a very responsive and helpful host, making himself available if needed. We always have to travel with our special needs house chicken due to her deformity and hand-feeding requirements, which can make finding a property and understanding host challenging. Spence was completely understanding and treated her like any other pet asking us to just keep her off the furniture. We would absolutely stay again if we visit the area.

This was one of the best stays we had in Richmond. Very easy going, and exactly what was needed.

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

Reagan, thank you for hosting us. Your place was the perfect sanctuary to come home to after a full day of exploring the city of Richmond + the use of the building's gym. Walkable to almost everything we want to see...The State capital, the many parks, the different neighborhoods (so many hidden gems), museums, the city's history and its fabulous restaurants. Restaurant recommendation to other guests: ZZQ (MUST get there early to avoid the out-the-door-down-the-street line) and right next door BrickFire Wood Oven. We were very pleased with our stay. Check-In was very easy with plenty of text notifications. Check out was easy as well. We were greeted by Club Wyndham timeshare staff and invited to attend a presentation, but the offer was very friendly and not pushy at all. It was a very good experience, and we would love to stay again. We visit our Aunt who lives in Ford's Colony and found this location we'll suited for all of Williamsburg.

Look no further… this place is amazing! The main living room / kitchen area is huge, comfortable, and gets TONS of natural light. The private elevated patio is a great place for breakfast or general lounging. Both bedrooms are spacious and well equipped with very comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed being in the space! The location is excellent, right on the main drag close to all the restaurants and eateries. It’s also a very easy walk down to the pier or over to the Shanty. Khyber was very easy to communicate with and helped accommodate our little one. 5-stars all the way!

Excellent stay and amazing host! The place is huge and has wonderful outdoor spaces. The rooftop deck is incredible. Wonderful views of the town and river. Walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Highly recommend staying here! 10/10!!

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.
