Bett’s home was a true reflection of what the ethos of Airbnb should be—a thoughtful and authentic experience. Though I never met her in person, I felt like we were friends through our communication and interests. It was endearing to get to know her through her space from the books she read, her petrified wood collection, post cards on the fridge of places she’s been, personal artwork and photography on the walls. It was clear that Bett loves her home and is deeply connected to her community, landscape and the culture. I enjoyed staying in someone’s home and getting the glimpse into their life where I was visiting. Too often, Airbnb properties feel like hollow, investor-driven spaces, full of cheap staging furniture and no heart, but Bett’s home was a genuine reflection of her passions & who she was as a person. This place is something magical. Hotel Luna Mystica is just far enough from downtown that you’ll feel like you are staying on the edge of the middle of nowhere, with a clear view of the mountains as your front yard and a local brewery in your backyard with amazing food, beers, and live music!The airstream hotel is perfect for solo travelers or families, has a nice neighborly vibe, and is dog friendly. I took a road trip all over New Mexico, and this is the most breathtaking views I’d seen from an airbnb location. The airstream I stayed was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Nothing beats making fresh coffee from a french press and drinking it on your front porch while you watch the sun rise from behind the mountains. The staff was friendly and also made great recommendations for what to check out for my day in Taos. I WILL be returning.

Goji farms is a slice of heaven. If you want to experience spring and fall simultaneously, visit in September. My stay in the tipi was unforgettable! I enjoyed my time so much I decided to come back next week and try out Georgia’s cabin 🥹✨🩵 Thank you for creating a place to come and reconnect with myself and nature.

Very nice stay . you wake up right in the nature and in front of the mountain. And the trailor / room has everything you need , kitchen , sofa , bed . It’s perfect.

my stay at Gerald was during the winter so there were many things that made it difficult. Gerald as a host did what he could to provide propane for heat and wood aswell as an outside kitchen area with utensils stocked and camping burners. the bathroom need to be finished but the saw dust toilet is awesome! overall i really love my month in the land of encampment thanks to Gerald place

I spent a weekend with my dog, relaxing, cooking on the grill, and hiking local Carson National Forest trails. The owners, Debbie and Giil are my kind of people. Gil was there to greet me and show me how things worked and when I messaged them needing more firewood and coffee, Debbie was right there with it. They are nearby in their farm home but totally respectful of your privacy. They own the only restaurant in town and invited me to go hear live music on Saturday night. I'm glad I went for the food and the local talent. If you want a getaway in the lush green Tusas Valley with horses running g through the grass on the other side of the river, cows lowing, roosters crowing, lawns of Canadian geese and coyotes calling, stay in this beautiful valley with these welcoming people. For me, it was perfect. Will. be returning.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a stress relief and pleasant environment, Michael and Susan are such great hosts, they are very attentive but they give you privacy! I loved the tent, I slept so good and my dog was so happy running around. It has a beautiful trail near the tent, great for a morning walk. I strongly recommend the burrito breakfast, as a mexican born in the city where the burrito is our preferred meal, I can say that Susan's was one of the best I've ever had! I loved the whole experience!

Very beautiful campsite. We were the only ones camping so very quiet. You can buy wood at the store and an extra blanket if you need one. Also stop in and have a burger and a beer at the cafe.

Such a unique place to stay! The views outside of the rv were beautiful. So peaceful and quiet. Tons of space we had for the two of us. Donna was very helpful by sending instructions and pictures where to go. We fell in love with the two dogs on property. They had a huge DVD selection that was pretty awesome. Only downside is we couldn’t figure out the heater situation, it was to late to call Donna. Other than that it was a perfect stay! Would love to come back.

The accomodations were as described very cozy and clean. Travis was very responsive with questions and requests. It was a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend his place and would stay again if back in the area.

Victoria contacted me twice prior to our stay to make sure I had the address & instuctions to get there accurately. It was easy enough to find and a lovely setting.

Dana and her husband were wonderful hosts, friendly and made us feel right at home. They met us upon arrival and guided us into the spot for our trailer, and helped make sure everything was set up. The offer to view the balloon launches from their yard was much appreciated, and would have been a great view, though we ended up going into Albuquerque to the festival both days. It was a very easy trip to the festival from their home. The full hook-ups were great, and they had extra blocks that we needed for leveling. The chickens were beautiful and fun to see, and they were extremely quiet. We never heard them at all. The view was fantastic, across the valley and mountain range. We were so surprised and thankful to find this site, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Kesha and Curtis worked hard getting their extremely nice rv set up and ready, including outdoor rugs and seating and snacks too, so that we could enjoy the Balloon Fiesta AT the Fiesta! It was a very well done stay.

This was a really cute little RV well styled, equipped and comfy and not to far out of town. I really enjoyed the outside space. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Not too far from town and lots of hiking trails nearby. Host had great recommendations. Keep in mind: it’s an RV not a house so be prepared to navigate lots of little buttons and switches to make things work. And you definitely want to read the manuals and watch the videos they send along. As long as you know what you’re signing up for this place is really wonderful and a great deal. Would stay again.

We enjoyed so much our stay at Nate’s camper it was the perfect night with the most beautiful stars and sunrise. Nate was very accommodating and helpful if you need something don’t be afraid to ask him. Definitely we recommend staying here!!!

This RV was great! It's roomy, clean and comfortable. We used the fire pit one night. It was so nice to sit under the stars while roasting marshmallows. The was plenty of wood. We did a few hikes in the area so the RV was a good landing spot.

Great place to stay, quiet and peaceful.

Really enjoyed this peaceful stay off the beaten path. I've attempted to stay at other quirky, artsy air bnbs but I have had really bad experiences of the reality not matching the photos. Something felt different about this one, and I'm glad I trusted my gut bc it was so clean and had a great vibe. The campers truly are remodeled inside, and I even was given a personal tour of the community ammenties when I arrived. Definitely recommending to others, should they find themselves passing thru this part of NM!
