Highly recommend Nadia & James as hosts for their beautiful home in AF! Home was accurately portrayed on Airbnb and was beautifully appointed, maintained, well laid out and kitchen was perfect! My husband and I had a fabulous 1 week stay during September. Could not have asked for a better set up - easily comfortable for 2 couples given 2 spacious bedrooms and 1&1/2 bath floor plan. Beds are also extremely comfortable. Backyard deck is relaxing with ample comfort & stylish seating along with a great rope hammock. We were close to the best of AF hikes, restaurants and grocery etc. Highly suggest this home for your perfect memorable AF visit.

We loved staying at Maxx’s beautiful home and property. We had all that we needed for a quiet holiday with our dogs. The area was so peaceful, quiet and was the perfect getaway we’d love to come back to!

This home was perfect for our overnight stay. Easy to get to and had everything we needed. The home smelled so fresh and clean from the moment we entered. Loved the spacious backyard and so did our dogs. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer to enjoy this comfortable home.

Area was convenient and close everything we were looking to do in Santa Fe, as well as a Sprouts. Also a short walk to a trail we used to walk dogs. The place itself was comfortable and had enough space for both of us to work during the day, and a great patio area to enjoy the outside.

It was a wonderful place to stay, the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating!! Would definitely stay again!

Donna was an excellent host. She contacted us before the snow storm to give us a heads up on the weather forecast and helpful information on how to find the place in case maps took us somewhere else. Her hospitality and communication was second to none. Highly recommended!!!

This place was the best around cortez. I loved how comfortable and cozy I felt immediately arriving, our host was considerate and friendly 😊 would recommend!

We had such a great stay at Kathleen’s place in Madrid. The “shack” felt modern and stylish but still has that cozy charm. Everything was really well thought out, and it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and the linens were so plush and soft, which made it even better. One of the little things we really enjoyed was the radio. We kept it on and listened to KMRD-LP 96.9 FM while hanging out, which just added to the whole small-town feel. Madrid itself is such a cool place with tons of unique shops and a fun, artsy vibe. Kathleen and her partner own Range West Gallery in town and even offer a discount to guests, which was such a nice perk. It was also really easy to find, especially if you screenshot the directions ahead of time and check it out on Google Street View before you go. The area felt completely safe and easy to walk around, even at night. If you’re looking for a cozy and unique stay near Santa Fe, this is a great choice!

Jody is a wonderful host. Jody knows history of the area & made excellent recommendations about where to visit. The accommodations were comfortable, cool, quiet, except for dogs barking ( which can’t be helped). Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place!

Had a wonderful stay, in a quiet neighborhood. Will be wonderful place to stay when the rail yard market opens up, just down the street.

We had a great stay at Robbin and Ash's place in Angel Fire. While the place isn't huge, it's great for a family of four. The kitchenette really had all we needed to make meals, and we loved the hot tub. Wish we could go back in the summer to experience the outdoor spaces more fully! Great and quick communication throughout!

My wife and I booked this property for our 5th anniversary. We wanted a quiet place, a little outside of town, and it couldn't have been better. The scenery is fantastic! The location itself is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were excellent and were quick to respond over text if we needed anything. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in the beautiful San Jaun mountains, I can't recommend this property more! We look forward to visiting again! Thanks!

The place is awesome! Its in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees which makes it feel like a secluded cabin. Felt right at home and enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the deck (we even got to see a few blue jays!). The place is big for four people but this made it feel more comfortable. A couple of the things we enjoyed while in the house was cooking, hanging out by the fireplace and the kids enjoyed running around the house outside. This place is about a short 15min drive away from downtown. We had an unexpected need for home repair during our stay but was resolved promptly. Autumn communicated with us at all times. She even offered some pointers to navigate during a snow day (we rarely see snow at home).

my girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Kyle and Devin's air bnb! they have everything you need when it comes to the kitchen and cooking and grilling ! the pictures are exactly what the home looks like. beautiful surroundings and a bunch of trees ! the hot tub was nice and hot. everything was clean and they have plenty of board games and things to occupy your time! very peaceful and relaxing. oh && they are very responsive and helpful with questions over the app! we will be coming back here for our next trip in the durango area ! thank you guys for letting us stay in your beautiful home !

We had an awesome stay at Lazy Bear, right on the San Juan River. One of our favorite pastimes on the trip was just watching the river every time we were at home to see how it changed - we saw a beaver and ducks, as well as lots of ice in the morning! The guys in our group went looking for gold in the river and foothills, and everyone used the hottub nightly and joyously after 4 full days of skiing! Really quick and easy access to Wolf Creek which we loved. Really well stocked kitchen and lots of amenities (extra towels, bath products, linens, pillows, and blankets), which made us feel cozy and right at home. We loved the gas stove which warmed the house right up after skiing, and all the windows and doors that opened. We had a great visit! Great WiFi, that was awesome since we were out of cell range; and we were also able to watch all of March Madness that our hearts desired! We had a great trip!

Dan’s cabin was one of the most beautiful listings we’ve stayed at. The inside was comfortable and super well stocked. The outside and the view—so incredibly beautiful. One of the best views we’ve had when traveling. We definitely plan on being back!

Great for a couple, lots of keys, but very nice place

This cute cabin was a great jumping off point for visiting Chaco. Super serene, the wood stove heats the cabin fast and keeps it cozy.

Bruce’s cabin is terrific! Super clean, quiet and well appointed. The location is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
