Great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. The location was perfect, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Clear, easy instructions for getting in. Jake came down to introduce himself the first evening and gave a few helpful instructions and was very friendly. After that he responded to all questions and requests by text within a few hours, but otherwise was very respectful of my privacy. He was also extremely helpful and understanding when I needed to cancel after only a few days of a longer stay. Truly beautiful location for a retreat from the hustle and bustle, with beautiful walks right from the edge of their property, but 10-12 minutes drive to all shopping and restaurants in Bernalillo. This is a Great Place close enough to Sante Fe but yet far enough out to enjoy the peace and quiet on 44 acres and enjoy some hiking trails, the home was exactly as described, and the host was always there if needed. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!!

The space is a beautiful guest suite in the owners' house, but there is no separate kitchen. We needed a place to sleep and prepare for the next day, so it worked out great for us. Access to the property required navigating through 2 closed gates on a dirt road, which is very common in northern New Mexico. We found the setting almost idyllic, but there were no food or shopping options within walking distance. In fact, the location is about 8 or 10 miles from the heart of Chama, which is already in a remote part of New Mexico. The house, however, is a very beautiful, recently completed home, with some surrounding acreage on which a few goats graze, along with a wild cottontail or two. It wonderfully met our needs.

The house was amazing and exactly as described. It fit our large family (adults and kids) perfectly with plenty of bedrooms, linens, pillows, etc. The WiFi worked great the entire time as some in our party needed to get work done. The front porch and hot tub were great after a day of skiing and the record collection was an added bonus! The location was perfect being only 6 minutes from the mountain base. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at this lovely place! They set up a beautiful Christmas tree upon request, which added a warm, festive touch. The accommodations were very comfortable with plenty of space to relax. I truly enjoyed my entire stay and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Had an amazing time the place was beautiful it is a little pricey but totally worth it. We would love to stay here again in the future.
