We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Location of the home was great. Beautiful views from the living and master bedroom but also very close to amenities and restaurants. Home was nice and clean with a kitchen well equipped for cooking and with a few basic spices and condiments. Bedrooms were really nice, and a bathroom in each one was a bonus. Most of the living space is upstairs so as long as you are good with that I'd highly recommend this as a superb, pet friendly, rental home.

Absolutely loved this condo! It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels and linens were high end. And the decor was warm and welcoming. My family would definitely stay there again.

What an amazing, beautiful, peaceful location! I was very happy with the area. Initial entry, the lockbox was difficult, but finally managed to get it open. The main floor was very open and spacious and beautiful views from all windows! We were all looking forward to the lookout room that had the queen bed, but really only accessible from the outside spiral staircase, especially don't want to do that at night for bathroom needs. Yes, the view was absolutely breathtaking! I really loved that top room view! We were aware there was a loft that the grandkids were excited about, accessible only up ladder or down from lookout room through a tiny 3ft wide square with a short ladder that was not attached. My husband and I planned on sleeping on sofa bed on main floor (we are 60 yo) but the sofa bed was very old and the springs made it too uncomfortable to sleep on. So if you have any difficulty climbing up and down a ladder, especially in middle of night for bathroom, there is not alternative.

We stayed for two nights and had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals and was a close drive away from stores and restaurants. We had a nice weekend.

Great location and condo. Unit had everything we needed to cook and watch movies a few nights. And close to restaurants for the other nights. Very short drive to the ski lifts. Red River is a great town.

If you order food for delivery, give them clear instructions, as apparently they get sent to some alley? This place was beautiful, simple, had pleasant aesthetics. Sergio called to see if we needed anything. He was approachable, kind, attentive; one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve had. The kitchen has your basic cooking stuff and laundry access is nice to have. Extremely walkable area. The home, block, and neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. One can walk to a few restaurants and a grocery store (Smith’s), as well as to Route 66! :) 1.5 blocks away from UNM! :) In case it matters to anyone, the house is located two houses down from 2 5G towers but there are honestly so many in Nob Hill and in Albuquerque, that they are, sadly, unavoidable. Excellent stay, especially for young people and young families! :) You can have a quiet stay or an active stay; lots of options.

Taryn's place was just what we needed. It was comfortable and centrally located. Taryn communicated very well and was prompt in responding. We enjoyed our stay.

We visited this home to spend some time with local family and have a Thanksgiving dinner with them. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and silverware and a few things we forgot that were needed (a skillet and can opener) despite our best efforts to think of everything. We had a great time visiting and plenty of space for us to hang out. The home was perfect for our needs for this trip and Tracey was very helpful any time we had questions. The view is amazing!

Stayed here for a ski trip with friends and this house was extremely accommodating! Plenty of rooms, spacious living room and kitchen, and it’s in a beautiful area of Pagosa Springs. Would stay here again!

Fantastic location super close to everything. Love the parking right in the driveway. Everything was super clean and just as it looks like in the pictures. I did have a few questions and always received a very quick response. I highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Pagosa Springs!

We had a wonderful stay! The fireplace was so cozy to come home to after a ski day and a winter day at the Springs. Two of the days we were able to see hot air balloons right outside the front door. The place was very clean and welcoming for our family. We appreciated the full kitchen so we were able to eat at home. We look forward to staying here again.

Brody was an amazing host! Brody was flexible with us bc we travel with 2 dogs and a cat! Location was perfect! We walked twice a day every day. Old town is not far at all lots of great food the Breaking Bad museum! Very quiet neighborhood. Everything felt safe.

We enjoyed staying at Monica's place for an entire month. The place was very clean, had an abundance of amenities and the neighborhood was very safe. Monica was very responsive with any questions or concerns and the instructions to the place as well as what to expect were very clear. We are already planning to stay again in the future as this was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in.

We had the perfect getaway with our family for spring break. Steve's condo is in a great location for hitting the slopes (20-30 min drive) and to downtown Santa Fe Plaza (walkable to it, but we opted to drive because we were sore from skiing). The condo and property are lovely! Steve is a welcoming and responsive host and we would recommend his place to anyone looking for a spot to stay in Santa Fe! Thank you Steve!

The place was great. The host was absolutely wonderful. It was nice to have the small things like dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. Love the location as well.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Wow! The home is very, very spacious, clean and a great location for our group of 6 and what we needed! We have been doing our Girls trips for nearly 20+ years now and it was nice to have the space, and the number of beds available! Ashley was a gem to work with and the communication was professional and so easy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!! So happy!

We really enjoyed our stay at serge's place. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, plenty of closet space for extended stays. Used the kitchen a bit and was nice having a washer and dryer available. Nice carport and backyard area.

Our stay was great. We had several grandchildren participating in different sport activities over the weekend. The location was a perfect spot to gather and enjoy our families.

Alex's place is exactly what we needed for our stay in Santa Fe. The house is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt right ant home. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well stocked with towels and they even set out complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Very clean overall. We visit our family in Santa Fe often and we hope to make this our go to when we're there. This property is highly recommended.
