Genuinely welcomed, studio impeccable & well appointed, host could not do enough for us she is excellent, only very minor issue (which as identified before booking) was that we are used to a large bed & there was a small double bed but that was a minor none issue as Jules was an excellent host. Would definitely highly recommend !

We have stayed with Grace several times over the past couple of years. The apartment is private, quiet and ideally placed in Sale. Communication is excellent!

I am so pleased with the property - it was such good value for money! It's in a great location and it's so clean. The landlord was so helpful and responsive - he really made the whole experience great!

Lovely homely apartment in very quiet safe location with ample parking. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable beds, and extremely well equipped particularly with towels and bed linen if required. Had my almost walking, very inquisitive grandson stay with us and we were 100% comfortable with his safety, and his still clean clothes after crawling on the floor was testament to the cleanliness of the accommodation. Rachael was lovely, very quick to respond to queries and very helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Augustine is a great host and even went to the extent of calling the local gym to get me pricing as they wouldn't accept my calls from the USA. The accommodation was perfect location to be close to an aging mother who I needed to visit. The property inside is secure, clean and has everything that I needed for a functional stay. I didnt need much at all. The rear of the property (car park) and the shared hallway are not very welcoming but once inside it is extremely well kept, clean and safe. For me the host is doing a great job.

The apartment was great, very clean and just as decribed. Ten minute walk to Sale town centre and metro and ideal for Manchester commute or Altrincham.

Great location and an immaculate apartment very newly renovated. There was a small issue but Anthony dealt with it to the best of his ability instantly. Very happy to go back at some point

Shan's place was fantastic - a really lovely two-bedroom flat in Crumpsall (in very close walking distance to Prestwich), in a quiet close, looking out onto a small green. It was set up just like a hotel when we arrived, with towels and a chocolate on each bed, and with little baskets of sweets and chocolates on the kitchen and lounge tables. It's a very clean and very cosy place, but also quite spacious. Shan was extremely helpful (and very quick to respond to messages), she was flexible with our check-out time, and even dropped some fan-heaters off in the middle of our stay when the weather got unusually cold. I'd definitely stay again!

Brilliant stay at Laura’s. So close to restaurants and bars, lots of beautiful walks. The flat was perfect. Bigger than what I expected from the photos, actually! The bed was incredibly comfortable. Laura was brilliant at communicating, gave personal recommendations and provided plenty of information to feel at home immediately. Would absolutely come back again if I ever stay in the area. Great little flat, perfect for a weekend in Manchester for two couples. Alex was responsive and helpful throughout, the flat is clearly lived-in with belongings out on the sides - all as advertised - but clearly marked and suited us nicely as a base for heading out into the city centre. Would happily stay again as great value for a Manchester stay

Ett väldigt bra boende med helt rätt läge i Manchesters centralaste delar med mycket restauranger och butiker runtomkring. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende dock är det lite lyhört ut mot gatan men det ska man räkna med om man vill bo så centralt. Trevliga och bra värdar🙏🏻

The apartment is very close to the Northern quarter (with parking!). It was very conveniently located, very clean and a lovely apartment.

Was brilliant from start to finish. Hot tub was brilliant to say it was run from logs got really hot in a short space off time. Kane was fast at responding when asked a question. Would recommend. And we will be returing

Went for a stag do, fantastic location, easy access to bars and restaurants in the city centre. Great accommodation, nice and spacious for the 9 of us and very clean. Hot tub was enjoyed by the group. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to plan a trip to Manchester.

My best friend and I of 21 years, hadn’t had a girls sleepover just us in the last decade! I booked this for us to have a well deserved break and girly time, it was just perfect. We felt so special, the lodge is beautiful, so quaint and cute. The surroundings are stunning, it was just perfect for us. Hot tub was amazing and all the little details around the lodge were too. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’d love to come again one day.

Loft was both comfortable and well appointed, with everything you could need for a few nights stay. Stunning views across the dale from the Loft windows, yet a very private and peaceful location. Hot-tub was a very good temperature and a very welcome addition after a day's walking in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales! A great base to explore Hebden Bridge and surrounding walks (literally 15 mins away by car), also Haworth and moors (home of the Bronte sisters), around 25 mins away by car. Host was very friendly and responsive. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it highly to others.
