I stayed at James' for a month in August 2019 and it was great. James is an amazing host that since the beginning made me feel welcome and went out of his way to help me in anything he could. He showed me around Tamale and was always available. I was there because of work and being able to have fun in the evening made a big difference! The area where the house is is a very nice area with also very nice neighbours. Staying there made my stay very different and more authentic than if I had been in another place such as a hotel. Overall, James' hospitality and the location made me have an amazing and local experience that I would fully recommend. I made a new friend and felt home, and I will definitely go back!

Fantasztikus afrikai hangulat a környéken, mi mégis megbízható, kényelmes, rendezett, európai körülmények között nyaralhattunk. A közeli főúton állandóan közlekedő yellow-yellow-k segítségével olcsón, gyorsan lehet eljutni bárhová. Tamalében és környékén sokkal inkább érezheted magad Afrikában, mint a fővárosban. Néhány órányira van a Mole szafari park és más irányban egy krokodil farm is. Az emberek és a gyerekek barátságosak, édesek. Érdemes ruhát venni vagy varratni, de minden más szolgáltatás is olcsó, de ne akarj sietni! Ha végül úgy érzed, hogy segíteni szeretnél hatékonyan Afrika felemelkedésében, a fantasztikus, elhivatott szemsebész háziasszony klinikáját segítheted, ahol a szegényeket ingyen műtik, gyakorlatilag sokszor az életüket mentve meg ezzel.

I had an amazing stay at Rahama’s house! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and secure. The security team was highly professional and always available, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding. The cleaners did a fantastic job of maintaining every corner, making the place feel fresh and inviting. It was clear that great attention to detail went into keeping the space spotless and comfortable. A special mention to the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and provided great recommendations for the area. Their hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed place to stay, I highly recommend booking Rahama’s house. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I would definitely stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Adnan’s Lodge, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The infrastructure is top-notch, offering a comfortable and modern environment that made my stay truly enjoyable. The employees were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any needs. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience really stood out. I highly recommend Adnan’s Lodge to anyone looking for quality accommodation with excellent service.

Went With 4 friends go spend two nights at adnans lodge. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was much nicer than expected. Our stay went very well and we will be happy to recommend this place to others who travel to tamale.

I really enjoyed staying in this room, the bed was so soft and everything was as expected, breakfast/Wifi was included. I really enjoyed how quiet the place was. If you're wanting a getaway FROM Tamale, I suggest booking. This ABNB is about 15-20mins outside of Tamale downtown area. So if you book here please bring groceries to cook. Nice kitchen area. Like your own apt. Very secluded area. If you're wanting a break away from the fast pace and noise of Tamale, I highly suggest here. You can contact someone to get a yellow to go into town but it could get expensive depending on how long you're staying. There was one issue BUT I was able to communicate with Adnan and he helped explain and resolve the issue. I would book here again.
