Loved our stay in Emerald Beach. Keith and Maryanne are lovely and we will certainly be returning to Emerald Beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Olivia’s place. Great spot just a few mins walk to the beach. The kitchen was super well decked out which was awesome. Would say it’s a much bigger house than the photo show! Plenty of room for everyone

We had a lovely stay - beautiful location right across from the beach. The house also had everything we needed to feel comfortable and to cook up a meal. The sound and smell of the ocean put us right into relaxation mode :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tallow beach house. It was in such a great location, close to the beach and a short walk to the Suffolk park shops and restaurants. Our stay was made even easier by having a high chair and cot made available for our stay as well. Would definitely recommend!

A perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Would come again for the view alone but Lucy has made sure you’re wanting for nothing. Clean, comfortable, thoughtful touches everywhere. You feel a million miles away from everywhere, even though you’re five mins from Dorrigo town. Thanks Lucy, we hope to visit House on a Hill again soon.

Lovely, well designed small home, with unique touches of decor and artwork. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Lovely property with kangaroos and birds galore. Good base for exploring surrounding national parks and countryside , and great for clear night skies. Only negative was noise from trucks on highway interrupting the peace and quiet

I was doing a 3 day course in Cabarita and wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to reflect on my studies at the end of each day, do meditate and do yoga in the morning. Somewhere in the bush with the sounds of nature. This cabin excelled on all, including my delightful visit from young Pickles the Boxer and her company as we went for a walk around the property in the rain. She was delightful. Kerry and Ian were both very helpful and friendly including driving down to a problem spot on the road into Cabarita that was possibly going to flood, and letting me know if I could cross that way or take an alternative route. I would go back there in a flash. The sounds of the frogs at night, and the rain on the roof and dripping from the trees was delightful. Very peaceful and highly recommend.

An amazing place to escape and forget about the world. So quiet and tranquil. We will be back as the location is perfect.

This accommodation is unique. Really feel the Bali vibe. Easy to park and you can walk to the beach although we drove as there is a diversion between the main sea front road as there are long term road works in place. Burleigh heads is ‘must’ walk, then stop at the creek for a refreshment.

Lovely rustic and relaxing accommodation with stunning views all the way to the Goldie. Our vizsla absolutely loved all the land to run around on to - if you have doggos, this is such an awesome spot!

Matt and Anna were great hosts and the Mesa Bus was just a wonderful experience. The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful. A great vista to watch the stars come out, have a drink and unplug. The getting back to nature is everything a city dweller needs - and this would be so romantic if you were travelling without kids (or, like us, travelling with kids allowed us some family time around the firepit, easy meals, and conversation). Nearby meat markets and local produce are nearby to complete the picture. Definitely recommend.
