Matthew’s property stood out from the many options on Airbnb when we were looking for somewhere to stay for 6 nights in Darwin. Having lived in Darwin for 15 years in the past we wanted somewhere in the city with the necessary creature comforts. And we weren’t disappointed. From the moment we booked the communication with Matthew was comprehensive and helpful. The property itself was wonderful. Quite spacious and with everything needed for a very pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable and being a split king meant plenty of room. The block-out curtains worked well to keep the early morning light out. The sofa in the living area was very comfortable - quite unlike other sofa/bed combinations we have encountered in the past. The kitchen was very well equipped and having a Nespresso pod machine PLUS a milk frother was an added bonus. The bathroom was spacious and the rainfall shower head was great. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Free car parking was appreciated.

I stayed here for 2 and a half months whilst I moved from Adelaide to Darwin, and used this place to get myself acquainted with the area & find a permanent rental. It was an incredibly comfortable stay, all staff were extremely friendly, I had no issues with noise and the amenities were amazing. Even met the hotel owner a few times and he was always so invested in everyone having a wonderful stay. The kitchen was great to cook in, loved having a full size fridge considering how long my stay was. Bed was very comfortable. Make sure to get out on the balcony around sunset, you have an amazing view of the sky which turns the most beautiful shades of pink. The cafe downstairs was great, nice food and coffee. The bar upstairs was a cool amenity, mostly to watch the sunset as I don't drink. The pool was great, always clean and a great temperature. Watched the sunrise from the infinity end a couple times which was lovely. Easy walk into the city. Would absolutely stay again in heart beat!

Erin’s apartment was just perfect, close to all amenities, great views from the balcony, it was exactly as described. Erin is a wonderful host and would definitely recommend her place when in Darwin. Definitely a plus having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. We felt very comfortable during our 5 night stay. Thank you Erin…5 stars!

The appartment was beautifully presented, clean and every thing we needed. Sayes city location. But is a bit of a walk as we had no car. Area was a little unnerving after dark. Id stay there again for sure .

A very convenient City stay with this spacious apartment and access to the pool. Everything you need and a short walk to a multitude of fabulous eating places, bars, and other attractions. Steve is a friendly and helpful host. I would book again.

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect in every way. Beautiful, relaxing, quiet and very comfortable with a great combination of space to share and privacy for our group that included a couple and 2 separate friends. Everything you need in a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook plus an easy walk to either Coles or Woolworths for stocking up. Very close to all tour company pickup points. We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and loved the apartment. Location is perfect to walk to Darwin City, Mindil Beach and Casino, Cullen Bay. The views are amazing, sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone. Having the comforts of home when on holidays was great.

It was a nice well presented and reasonably well equipped, we enjoyed the stay !

The apartment was our home away from home for several days while in Darwin. It was clean, comfortable and the view was exquisite. It is located in the heart of the CBD and just a few steps away from shopping, groceries and lots of restaurants to choose from. Cassandra provided some drinks and snacks that were greatly appreciated. Best of all was the washer and dryer. Thanks Cassandra for making our stay a joy.

Nice area and very central in CBD with everything you need nearby. Room was cozy and had everything essential.

The accommodation is huge, could easily travel as two families/groups family of 4 upstairs and a family of 5 downstairs. Plenty of room to move. The beds are super comfy. Benji is a great host to deal. You also have an underground car spot with a lift to your floor. With a pool and gym to use on the ground floor as well. If looking for the bin room to take all of your rubbish it’s right next to the carpark ramp, it has white door. It took me sometime to work it out. Yes I would stay here again.

Big house with a lot of space and a nice pool. Great for bigger groups!

Kaia was an amazing host. We had a couple of questions & she was right there to help us out. She went over & above our expectations. We throughly enjoyed our first nights of our holiday in the NT. We would love to come back again.

Great place to stay, Stephen is courteous and respectful. The offer for an airport pick-up was very much appreciated since I had experienced lengthy delays with Jetstar. Other guests are quiet and respectful. Thanks Stephen for a great stay! highly recommend.

Stephan was always responsive. The house was very quiet, peaceful and I had suitable privacy. I liked how the house is surrounded by nature and there is no traffic noise. The house had everything I needed.

We had an absolute 5 star experience in all aspects of our stay here. 7 days of pure luxury and we didn't want to leave. We really needed this holiday and this place provided us with everything we imagined and more. Would definately recommend and have already shared with friends
