We only stayed one night here. If we return to Chiang Mai, we would stay again. Sirisakul’s and her mother’s hospitality was top notch - super helpful and friendly. The description and photos are accurate. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The common space and kitchenette was well equipped. There are shops and eating places nearby. We 100% recommend.

2 Erwachsene und 1 Baby. Wir blieben 4 Nächte. Tolle Unterkunft, sehr ruhig, geräumig, modern eingerichtet. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Markt und mit Grab 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Fantastic location in Nimman area, with shopping mall, convenient stores, shops and food courts, night markets nearby. Apartment is well equipped for a long stay. Thought the building is along the main road but the apartment is facing the quiet, therefore, you won't hear any traffic. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed it! The place has so much character, it’s great value for money, walkable distance from really cool cafes, coworkings and bars. The owner is friendly, the cats are cute, and there are free snacks in the shared kitchen. It’s a container structure so don’t expect a great sound insulation between rooms, but that’s obvious in this kind of accommodation. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will book it again 👍

Die Unterkunft war toll und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sie war sehr sauber und wohnlich. Alles Nötige erreicht man fußläufig von der Unterkunft - Supermärkte, Night Markets, Restaurants, die Altstadt. Ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Auch Kately war freundlich und hat mir bei Fragen zeitnah geantwortet.

Good value and well appointed apartment near enough to most places you'll want to access in Chiang Mai. Pool isn't that great (very small and crowded) but we we went next door to the Shangri La's pool for 400 Baht each.

The home was immaculate. Manny was very responsive even before we came to Thailand from the USA. We took advantage of the chef and she was wonderful! My entire thai family was pleased and that says a lot! Highly recommend to others and will most definitely stay again when in Chiang Mai!

Calme dans le centre-ville, pratique

Sehr neues und super sauberes Haus. Geräumig mit einem kleinen Hof, in dem unser Kind spielen konnte. Betten bequem und Bettwäsche sauber. Weit ausserhalb der Stadt- das wussten wir. Mit dem Roller 30 Minuten. Ruhig und in der Natur. Gastgeberin Poy ist sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wärmste Empfehlung an alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen.

What an amazing place! We were lucky to be one of the first Airbnb guests to stay in this private one-bedroom unit that Aum and his family recently built. It is perfection! The room has a modern-rustic feel with some lovely design and personal touches. You still feel like you're staying on a farm, but in real comfort. The room has a large bed (firm, but this is typical for Thailand) with a very spacious bathroom. There is filtered water, tea, and coffee station set up in the room so you can brew a cup and sit on the outdoor patio. We woke up very early to explore the National Park and Aum's wife was very accommodating and made us a "to go" breakfast sandwich. It was deliiiicious, so I can only imagine how wonderful the full breakfast experience would be when you stay! The farm grounds are impressive. We spent some time walking around and I was so amazed by everything they are growing. We had a car so we had no issues going out into Fang for dinner, which was really fun and I highly recommend doing. In general, renting a car would be recommended if visiting this part of Thailand. It will give you freedom to explore the National Park, go into Fang for food, and see other parts that you won't see if you are without a vehicle. Many thanks to Aum and his family for opening their home to travelers so we get to experience their beautiful home and beautiful area of Thailand. Highly recommend this home!

Je is a very wonderful and friendly host. She personally greet us during check in and make sure everything is in place for us to have comfortable place. In addition, she recommend us a few local tourist spots and food. Her aunty restaurant, Ban Noi is just right next to the homestay and foods are delicious. I highly recommend her house for homestay in Chiang Rai 👍🏻👍🏻

I had a great 3-night stay at Natasa’s apartment. It is a beautiful place with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fast WiFi, living room/bedroom AC and good security. I enjoyed my stay so much I did not hesitate to book another night on my return to Chiang Mai next week. Thanks Natasa!

Das Zimmer ist schön. Es befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Hochhauses. Es liegt etwas außerhalb, ist mit Scooter jedoch gut und schnell erreichbar.

Beautiful unit located in a great area, countless of things to do in the neighborhood. The unit itself matches the description 100%. And Noey always responds fairly quickly with any request u might have. Overall, a superb experience

perfect place just outside the main area. lots of bars shops and restaurants nearby. only downside was the lack of pool loungers meaning it's hit and miss if you can use the pool

Очень качественное жильё в непосредственной близости к историческому центру, высокий этаж с прекрасным видом на исторический центр. Фейерверк в новогоднюю ночь был великолепен! Интерьер очень уютный, сразу чувствуешь себя как дома. Особенный плюс для семьи- 2 санузла и три кровати в двух спальнях. В непосредственной близости два 7/11 и два банка, где курс обмена валюты лучше чем в среднем по обменных пунктах в историческом центре. Огромная спасибо ЛаЛа, что вошла в положение, и продлила бронь на 1 сутки Немного негатива *При заселении заметили что была включена кухонная электроплита с посудой на ней. Скорее всего забыли выключить при уборке, но мы сильно испугались, так как уставшие после дороги могли не заметить и это могло привести к пожару *Бассейн на фотографиях - из другого корпуса, тот что могут посещать арендаторы меньше *Несмотря на отличную уборку обнаружили муравьёв на кухне, в прочем на следующий день они куда-то сами и пропали. *Не работало несколько лампочек Рекомендую

Cosy but cute place within condo block near the central shopping centre/ mall in Chiang Mai. Great to have a little kitchen with all that's required to feel at home. TV is on an amazing spinning bracket so you get TV in the lounge and in bed, which is an amazing feature. Overall clean and relaxing space, however bed & pillows are hard.
