Large and well-appointed apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I really liked all of the cooking supplies and comfortable furniture. Another benefit was the large number of windows so that I didn't need to run the air conditioning except for the bedroom at night. Aun was a very friendly and cooperative hostess and let me store my bags both before I checked in and after I checked out. It is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores, but few are within quick walking distance. It really helps to have a scooter in this area, and there is covered parking for one with the apartment.

집은 쾌적하고 깔끔하며 넓었습니다. 헬스장과 수영장 시설도 있었고, 1층엔 카페와 여행 패키지를 예약할 수 있는 등 편리했습니다. 다만 콘도앞과 주변에 유흥업소가 있어서 어린아이와 동반한다면 조금은 불편할 수 있습니다.

Really great space to get to know Chiang Mai! It is quiet, secure, and the perfect “spot” within the building (2nd fl, pool view side). Walkable to all the “nooks and crannies” in Chiang Mai. Grab (Uber) car to Old Town was easy and picked us up at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the condo!

Great studio in a fantastic location within Nimman. Mam is very welcoming and helpful to assist with any help needed. The accommodation has two balconies, one in the sun and one is shade and these provide lots of natural light. The wifi is also a decent speed.

Great location in Nimman, easy to walk to restaurants and bars and more peaceful than in the old town. The host communication was great and the check in and check out was very smooth. The pool was lovely.

Nice unit that is close to everything. Our host John n his wife went out of there way to make sure everything was clean, the fridge had bacon, eggs, toast, butter and jam for us to use. All the appliances you need for cooking and staying if you wanted. Just like home! Will stay longer in Chang Mai next time and I hope this unit will be available. Thanks for a great stay!

We just spent five nights here and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped, in good condition and comfortable. The apartment block feels very safe and well maintained. We are a couple but I can see how this space could work for 3/4 as there is a sliding wall to separate the two sleeping areas. Nimman is a modern, bustly part of Chiang Mai, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. A Grab cab will get you into the old town or riverside area in about 15 minutes and 100bht

Das Beste, was ich bisher erlebt habe. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Wohnviertel Nähe Flughafen und Nähe Stadt. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Der Besitzer und seine Familie sind sehr nett und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kitti hat mich sogar kostenlos vom Flughafen abgeholt. Das Apartment ist absolut sauber. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber alles funktioniert und hat Stil. Das Bett ist groß mit einer guten Matratze. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen, auch weil es in der Wohngegend sehr ruhig ist und auf dem Grundstück sowieso. Hier hört man die Vögel Zwitschern und die Zikaden zirpen. Die Küche ist funktionell und es gibt einen Wasserkocher und eine Kochgelegenheit für kleine Gerichte. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und ebenfalls absolut sauber. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch und ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, was die Wohnung sehr gemütlich macht. Putzmittel sind vorhanden plus Waschmaschine und gefiltertes Wasser. Ich habe mich hier wie zu Hause gefühlt und mich wunderbar erholt.

Ik heb het 2 maanden uitstekend naar mijn zin gehad; volledig uitgeruste keuken, alles aanwezig om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Drinkwater wordt op bestelling bezorgd voor een bizar lage prijs. Wasmachines en droger op de begane grond, maar ik ging naar een laundry shop om de hoek. Achter het gebouw, van de grote weg af, ligt een leuke typisch Thaise wijk waar ik heerlijk door de kronkelige straatjes gewandeld heb

This place was exactly what our family needed! Close to everything and less than 10min drive to night market. Ben was extremely helpful and responsive. All staff members at the property were so halpful and kind. Cannot not recommend this place enough! Best views and don't even get me starred on the pool! just beautiful! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

В здании есть небольшой спортзал и бассейн с прекрасным видом на горы. Сама квартира хорошо оснащена, в ней есть все необходимое. Хорошего качества матрас, подушки и белье. Мы отлично выспались. Спасибо большое.

Condo is very nice and easy to find and come and out. The same as photos and descriptions. I want to recommend this house for other people

Loved our stay here- got beautiful views of the city and also enjoyed the neighborhood. Close to the night bazaar and easy to get taxis for longer distances. Xiyuan was very proactive in her communication and gave us clear check in instructions.

Overall loved staying in Hua’s flat - its great value for money, well located and the building amenities are really great. The flat was overall really comfortable and we would’ve loved to have stayed longer. The only improvements could’ve been more detail about how to check in and out, as well as more pillows and a comfier mattress but overall really good value and we loved our stay.

Appartement fidèle à sa description, très propre. L’hôte est adorable et disponible. Présence d’une machine à laver et d’un balcon ce qui permet de faire sécher le linge en moins de temps qu’il ne faut pour dire ouf ! Juste quelques petits bémols : la piscine était vide et il y a beaucoup de bruit avec l’aéroport pas loin ainsi que le coq thaï qui apparemment aime se réveiller de très bonne heure !😂 Merci pour le petit séjour !

Great place to stay. Walkable to night bazaar area and attractions. Across the street from Bella Goose for great breakfast. Check in was easy. Joy sent instructions ahead of time so we did not have any issues when we arrived at midnight. The place was very clean, beds comfortable, bathroom spacious, and plenty of parking for those driving to the area. We visit Chiang mai often and will choose this space again.
