This is a wonderful house , the host is super nice and always helpful. We stay more than one month for Chinese New year , the house location good it is in nice village . The room are very bright and big . Everything is great. Strongly recommend for family long stay .

Truly one of the very best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in! Our four days here in this gorgeous, spacious Villa were heavenly! The host was exceptionally helpful, friendly and proactive - thinking ahead to recommend activities and attractions and offering useful advice to get around Chiang Mai. The Villa itself was well stocked with snacks and drinks and the breakfast offered each morning was scrumptious and substantial! Rooms and beds were extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful, unforgettable stay!

The place is spacious and clean. It was a great time to rest before our flight home. Tip to get to villa, search up the Bird Villa in google map instead of using the address listed above, it will take you to other places. If you search up Bird Villa in google map, it will take you right to the villa. A lot of restaurants and bar nearby.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

My families love this place. We have big and clean rooms. The little garden is surrounded with green plants. To me, it’s a perfect local place where you can experience real local home. Highly recommended!

The villa is stunning! We spent two weeks there and didn't want to leave. It looks exactly like the photos and is even more breathtaking in person. All bedrooms have their private bathrooms, which were meticulously clean. The outdoor area is also very cozy, with a private pool cleaned regularly throughout the stay. You can reach the city center via a 10-minute drive. The villa is located in a brand new neighbourhood which can be hard to find by some drivers. But the hosts gave us photo instructions that really helped. The area is very quiet and private, great for relaxation. The hosts were so nice and responsive. They left fruits and water for us, they sent us recommendations for the festive days in Chiang Mai, and they also gave us extra towels when we asked.

If you're debating on booking. Just go ahead and do it! The pictures don't do this house justice. it's beautiful and super clean. We had another placed booked and the week before, the host cancelled. Traveling as a group of 11, we needed a large home. Booking was easy and communication was top notch. The hosts arranged our transport to/from the airport as well as a driver for our day of exursions. When we arrived we were greeted by the management team for a quick tour of the house. Even though there were 11 people, we never felt crowded. plenty of seating for large groups , which some houses do not have in common areas. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything that was needed. The pool area is very nice. Our group only spent 2 nights there so we didn't get to take advantage of the pool or jacuzzi Highly recommend and this house, you will not be disappointed!

實際入住的感覺比照片美的太多太多了！ 泳池非常乾淨又很寬敞，還有按摩功能❤️ 客廳、廚房非常乾淨明亮、採光很好、器具齊全，挑高的設計讓人非常舒服。 每一間客房都很精心設計且都有衛浴設備，熱水穩定、水量多！ 如果再來清邁一定會再來入住🥹🥹🥹 超級棒的住宿體驗！

fay was very helpful and always responsive to our enquires. She even waited for us to arrive and explained the facilities at her place. Always so ready to solve any problem that arises. The house was amazing! filled with alot of activities that we spent so much time in the villa :). Lovely big compound my group of ten friends really loved it. We gathered around mostly at the big dining table and housekeeper was too helpful with our towels after swim and even helped to run errands. Happy to always come back to a clean room and a functional house! The location maybe further from town but the owner provided transport with driver that makes it easier to move around. Thank you for the lovely experience, your hospitality and we truly had great memories with your villa. You made this trip amazing! Recommend for big groups as this villa is such a home away from home.

It was a pleasant stay and it felt like home in Mae Rim Grace. House keeper Pen was very friendly and responsive, her team did a great job taking care of our needs .

是一座很大的别墅，工作人员很多，服务态度特别好，都很热情，因为是中国新年，还送了我们水果，中途孩子突发疾病，还赠送鲜花送到医院。临走时还为每个人做了芒果糯米饭。过程当中服务都非常及时。你不需要担心任何事情，他们都会协助解决。厨房很大，我们可以自己做饭，还有工人帮忙洗菜洗碗，非常推荐。

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

I had a fantastic stay at this pool villa! It has 5 spacious bedrooms, perfect for accommodating a big group. The private swimming pool is great for relaxing, and there's even a snooker table and card games to keep everyone entertained. Lovely spot overlooking the lake. Has a beautiful outdoor covered deck with couch, the area is rural so there is not alot to do in the vicinity, we saw this as a positive thing as the location is beautiful and meals are provided. Peaceful and serene, lovely walks around the property.

Very good host, reply promptly, fulfill all the requests that we asked. Nice villa but if the swimming pool more bigger will be perfect, it is just fit for 2 persons to swim at the same time.

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

It's a very good place. A huge house for 2-8 people is in the heart of Chiang Mai. If you want to feel the culture of the city, this house is a good choice. The Host team helps you with any questions very quickly.

Wir waren begeistert. Alles hat gepasst in der Unterkunft . Unsere Gastgeberin hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und uns ein sehr gutes Restaurant empfohlen ganz in der Nähe von Haus das ist spitze. Auch bei Fragen zum mieten eines Autos hat sie Unterstützung gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Gastgeberin und das Haus jedem empfehlen der nach Chang Mai reist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können nur sagen danke für unser erstes Mal in Chang Mai.
