I had an amazing stay at Le’s Airbnb! My dad and I were in Hanoi for just 3 days, and this place was absolutely perfect for us. The location was ideal—right in the heart of everything, yet quiet enough for us to get a peaceful night’s sleep away from the city noise. Le and her family were incredibly helpful, arranging taxis to and from the airport and even assisting with our laundry. Le went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay in Hanoi. We’re so grateful we chose this space and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!!

The space was really nice, the bed very comfortable and the location was perfect if you want to be in the old quarter but still want a relatively quiet room to sleep. We slept like babies after our long flight. The jacuzzi was a bit small for two Europeans, but hey, it's a jacuzzi, so we're not complaining😁. We never actually met Le, but she was always quick to respond to our messages and she left us some candied coconut and a bag of Vietnamese coffee as a gift, which was really sweet. As a suggestion, I would say two towels per person, a big and a smaller one and maybe a little bath mat in the bathroom would be a nice addition and would be that extra touch to make it feel a bit more luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to come back.

The owner decorated the room with some cool painting and artefacts. The room also got a nice view of the street, and I had everything I need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonably priced room located in the heart of Hanoi.

Quick response of the host is amazing even she is abroad. There were some small facility problems but the hospitality covered such everything!

My partner and I had a lovely time at Dieu's beautiful homestay. The room was spacious and clean, with breathtaking views of the valley from our balcony. The location was very convenient, right near the hustle and bustle but tucked away down a serene alley away from the noise. It was extremely easy to find with Dieu's directions. Dieu was extremely helpful, conscientious, flexible and warm, and helped us to organise multiple local experiences. Dieu's hospitality was among the high points of our trip to Sapa, and if we find ourselves back in Sapa we will gladly stay with Dieu again.

首先值得稱讚的是房主提供無微不至的服務從機場的交通接送安排 直至 退房後的行李寄放服務 都盡心盡力幫提供協助。出發前還附有PDF說明書，一步一步教導遊客，體驗越南河內，讓人留下很好的印象。十分友善和提供很多即時協助，這是十分值得欣賞。 住宿地點方便，鄰近環劍湖，前往各個景點都十分方便。房間空間足夠，雖然狀態不是十分完美，但設備齊全，生活機能強，浴室熱水亦足夠。樓下已經有很多地道食肆，咖啡店，不少辦公人員來食飯。 對住宿體驗和價格，對於房主親切的態度，我給予滿分的評價。謝謝你們，祝你們未來生活愉快。

It's a very good place to stay. Almost every landmark is walkable and alot of great food to explore. Host is good, friendly and helpful. Totally worth to stay again if I visit 2nd time to Hanoi.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit bequemen und großem Bett. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr verständnisvoll und zuverlässig ! 😊 Die Lage ist ideal, mit geschlossenen Türen und Fenstern war es nur leider Nachts etwas laut und im Bad riecht es etwas moderig.

I had a wonderful stay at Hai Anh's place! The room was clean, and the instructions provided were clear, making it easy to settle in. The host gave us a warm welcome, which made the experience even more special. The projector was a fantastic amenity—we enjoyed watching movies during our downtime. The basic kitchen amenities were sufficient for preparing quick snacks, adding to the convenience of the stay. The peaceful and private atmosphere, free from noise, was perfect for relaxation. The lake view was stunning and ideal for peaceful walks. While the rent is reasonable for a relaxing getaway in this area, it’s worth noting that if you plan to explore the Old Quarter frequently, the savings might be offset by transportation costs like taxis or bike rentals. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene setting with excellent amenities!

Phuong’s place is in a great location that’s a lot more peaceful than the rest of Hanoi. Really close to the river where there are a lot of coffee shops for morning sits and a delicious pho stall full of locals eating right downstairs. Phuong was also a wonderful host, answering all my questions quickly and helping me with whatever I needed. I was always so excited to get back to this comfortable home after a long day in Hanoi. Grateful to have stayed here!

This is our second time staying at Khánh’s place, and we absolutely loved it again. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and close to everything. We really appreciated Khánh's constant communication, even before our booking, and his clear instructions made the entire process easy. He was also very accommodating, especially since we had a late trip to Hoi An. We’ll definitely be staying at Khánh’s place for all our future trips to Hanoi!

Booked a room here for my 2 days trip to Hanoi and the location is just perfect. There's a lot to see, do and eat just within walking distance, and both Hoan Kiem and Tay Ho is just a short taxi ride away. I got a written guide for everything, both before and during my stay, and Yen was super easy to contact. My group of 5 had the whole place for ourselves, which is convenient. The rooms were comfy, although you might have trouble with the stairs if mobility is an issue.

I’m so happy to find this place. My family of 7 had a comfortable stay at very affordable price. Richard was very helpful to accommodate our request. I’d certainly stay here again when I’m in Hanoi. Thank you 😊

Mình book căn hộ dù chưa có đánh giá nào nhưng vì có ưu đãi nên mình quyết định thử trải nghiệm. Căn hộ có nét rất unique. Chúng mình đi chơi nhóm bạn nên book cả căn để có sự thoải mái riêng cho sự thoải mái. Chị Lý và Mint hỗ trợ nhóm mình rất nhiều và tặng mình quà cho mình trước khi check out khỏi căn hộ, mình rất thíc món quà này. Căn hộ rộng rãi đầy đủ tiện nghi, căn hộ rộng rãi và sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, căn hộ có cả phòng đơn và phòng dorm đủ cho 16 người nhưng mình chỉ có 10 người nên không sử dụng hết căn hộ. Đệm thoải mái và không gian trong lành. Rất may mắn vì đã chọn căn hộ của chị Lý và Mint. Recomend tới mọi người khi tới Cao Bằng trải nghiệm

Our group of 12 had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spacious, warm, and perfect for large groups. The layout allowed everyone to relax comfortably, whether in the cozy common areas or the well-appointed bedrooms. The location was excellent—right near the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore and capture plenty of great photos. We loved being able to walk to key attractions, cafes, and markets. A special highlight was the host’s collection of books, which added a unique and personal touch to the stay. Highly recommended for groups looking for a comfortable and convenient home base. We would love to stay here again!

We had a lovely time at Nguyen’s place. The location is nearby the lake hence very accessible and walkable to/from other tourist spots and restaurants. The host was very responsive to our queries and even let us store our luggage upon check out while we roam around the city. Clean rooms and everything was working. Will recommend this place to others.

Tommy was a wonderful and friendly host. Always responsive and helpful. The small townhouse was comfortable for the two of us. The top floor is equipped with a projector and it was a nice touch during our lazy evenings. We initially booked for 4 weeks and decided to add a fifth one since we liked the area and the place. It's close to old town and the main attractions by foot while still being removed enough to feel local and quieter at night. The only thing to note is the stairway is quite narrow. It was not an issue for us at all, but people with mobility issues might find it difficult to navigate. We would gladly stay in this Airbnb again or in any other place Tommy lists in the future.
