Northland : locations de vacances avec piscine

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Die Kirsche auf der Torte ist der riesengroße Garten und die Pools! Jo ist sehr freundlich, gibt gute Tipps und ist immer erreichbar falls etwas sein sollte. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

THE BEST AIR BNB I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!! Absolutely amazing thank you so much for your hospitality. All of the amazing extra chocolates and fruit and baked goods to make you feel at home. The best banana bread we’ve ever had. This is the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. Great spot walkable to Russell Main Street. I hope I get to stay again!

Wonderful view, clean large apartment, and the host was very quick and helpful with arrival information and so. A great place to relax and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is a good choice for both short or long term stays. It appears as if the home is occupied by the owner when it's not reserved by guests. The positive of that is the home is truly well equipped with everything you need from spices, to a decent array of pots/pans, and cleaning supplies. The negative (really, only slightly) is that some of the closet and dresser and pantry space is in use. Still, there is plenty of room for your stuff. Bathrooms had good showers with plenty of water pressure. Kitchen knives were sharp. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely. Host was responsive and very pleasant. We stay in a LOT of AirBnB's, and this one is in the top 10%.

Enjoyable stay in beautiful surroundings. Spacious and everything we required. Wonderful outdoor area with the added bonus of spa pool to enjoy in the evenings. We so enjoyed getting to know the Kaipara area. Thanks for everything

Beautiful spot in the Hokianga. Bryce is lovely and welcoming and the space is tidy and homely. Would recommend staying here if you needed a spot in this region 💪🏼

Vanessa & Paul's place was prefect for out stay. It met all our expectations and many more. So nice and quiet which we like. Kids really made use to the swimming pool and spa. Plus, also the fire pit was a hit doing s'mores and telling stories and if you love cats take a look around the cattery. Thanks so much Vanessa and Paul for allowing us to share a piece of your home. We will of course recommend your place to our friends and when we are back up it looks like it will be our go too place.

Excellent emplacement loin des tracas urbain, mais assez près de plusieurs activités dans la région. Être à Cocozen c’est être en paix avec sois même…. Un environnement paisible et charmant. LeiLei est très sympathique, attentive et disponible. Le chalet est spacieux, d’une propreté exemplaire et LeiLei fait un pain exceptionnel. La piscine, le spa sont numéro un. Tout est parfait pour un repos total tout en étant à proximité de plusieurs trucs intéressants. Merci à LeiLei qui nous a rendu la vie facile dans des conditions pas si évidentes pour elle et son conjoint. La santé pour vous deux chers hôtes admirables 🙏

Great space and the pool was a nice pleasure. Great ground level unit as well we’re travelling with an elderly friend. Fantastic sunrises and very private!
