Pure Paradise! This was such a great place to stay, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Jon is an amazing host. He met us at the house, showed us the shortcut into town, and gave us all kinds of information. He popped by a few other times during our visit just to check on us, and he always responded quickly to our messages. It was a real pleasure staying here and we really hope to come back. It truly was blissful staying here. Views can't be beat!

Colleen’s place was wonderful!! Staying on the Coral Bay side of the island was a nice change of pace for us. The house was secluded and quiet. The flowers, fruit trees, birds and lizards added to the beauty. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner in a few nights. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax in the evenings. The beach chairs and cooler were an added bonus. The location was great, we enjoyed getting to the East End beaches easily but also being close to our favorite beach, Maho. It was also nice being so close to the Love City market grocery store. Colleen’s place was the perfect place for our family of 4!! Thank you!!

This unit is absolutely stunning inside with beautiful fixtures, high end materials, comfortable furniture, endless space and truly tasteful appointments. There isn’t a thing we can think of that needs improving! Even though it’s not directly on the beach, you’re about as close to “off beach” as it gets with great water views of Chocolate Hole from the first level patio and upstairs deck. We loved snorkeling with the turtles and tropical fish as there’s a beautiful reef and coral along the left shoreline. The availability of paddle boards and kayaks, right on the shore, was also fun and made it super easy to explore. The location is perfect, just far enough away from the action but also close enough to get to all the restaurants and shopping in Cruz Bay, as well as endless choices of beaches and hikes. Our hosts were very helpful, always responsive and made our stay truly care free and memorable. Hands down, 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ !

What a view! Clean, nice cottage. Bed was comfy. Kitchen has what you need and some extras. The deck was a great way to start and end the day. There was some extra reef friendly sunscreen. Appreciated that! Great place to spend a week. Hummingbirds were cute. Made me happy to see them every day.

I really don’t want to write this review for fear this villa will never be available when I want to come back but… Villa Capiz hands down the best choice we could have made for our honeymoon trip. This Villa has it all from a extremely well stocked kitchen (minus food and drink) to comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds, there are coolers beach chairs/towels, drinkable water from the faucet and so much more. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We spent our mornings and nights in the hot tub overlooking one of the most majestic views you will ever see in your life, I promise you the pictures you’re looking at for it, although great, do not do this place or the view justice. The Villa is also completely private to the point you feel your the only ones on the mountain. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing. We loved the Villa so much that most of our stay on the island was spent here. Do not look any further you found your dream place right here.

Beautiful place. Nicely planned. Two couples or family of four can be accommodated very comfortably. Has absolutely everything you need for very enjoyable stay. Mary, co-host, who greeted and instructed us is very responsive, friendly and overly nice person, very easy to deal with. But above of everything is a VIEW! Gorgeous view from practically every spot of the house. Absolutely amazing, always changing view that we enjoyed a lots! Thanks Eugene and Mary for this unique experience we received by staying in your place.

Beautiful home with a hillside view in a convenient location to the national park, to Cruz bay and shopping and dining. The place was sparkling clean and had everything we needed and the outdoor space was lovely! I highly recommend a jeep or a 4 wheel drive SUV to get around the island and to get to this home as well, it is really helps to have one.

The Tropical Treehouse in Paradise is by far the most magically relaxing and fantastically fun residence we have been fortunate enough to call our temporary home. From the moment we arrived at this stunning Airbnb we knew we found our private slice of paradise. The Treehouse is less then five minutes from the shops and restaurants of Red Hook and the ferries to St. John. In the opposite direction from Red Hook is the Ritz and a fabulous hidden gem, appropriately named Secret Harbor. The Treehouse was immaculately clean and we had so much space we almost felt guilty that we had it all to ourselves. The home was equipped with everything anyone would need for a relaxing getaway, including a bidet (which I now purchased for my own home). Additionally, the host went above and beyond to make us feel at home and to ensure our stay was unforgettable. If you're looking for the perfect Caribbean escape, look no further. The Treehouse is a one of a kind and the ultimate getaway.

Having access to the Westin and all of its amenities definitely came in handy while traveling with kids. The Westin ferry is pricey but worth the cost if you want the easiest trip to/from airport to resort. While we did rented a car for on island exploring, it was great having the Westin approved safari taxis onsite for trips into Cruz bay where parking can be hard to find. The condo was well appointed and more than comfortable for our family of 5. We will definitely be making a trip back soon!

This was 11th trip to STJ and have previously rented many different homes, mostly in Coral Bay. This stay was for 5 nights before we moved to a larger home when others joined us for another 11 days. Host Tony was VERY communicative and helpful both with the stay and with the complications of transitioning to the larger house, extending himself beyond what we should be able to expect. He even had the cleaning staff bring a left-behind phone down to town for a handoff! As for W&S, the unit was exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortable. Pics and description were right on. And yes, as usual for houses over town proper, the drive up to the house has its bumps and ruts. We laughed every time we went up or down.🤣. Thanks, Tony, for a great place in beautiful Coral Bay!

We really enjoyed our week at Casa La Timone! The condo was clean, spacious, and well- stocked with thoughtful extras such as reef- safe sunscreen, travel- sized toiletries, snorkel gear, books, etc. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and having the end condo was an added bonus! We are very familiar with Cowpet Bay and have stayed in many condos, and this was definitely a favorite. Our only complaint (which we had read about, but it was actually a bit more significant than we expected) was the water pressure. It really was impossible to take more than one shower at a time, which was a shame because there were 4 beautiful bathrooms. Plenty of hot water, though! We worked around it and just planned accordingly:). That being said, we hope to be back next year!

Happy with stay. View was spectacular. 100% need a Jeep or SUV to get to the house. Wonderful experience. Would go back.

Great location on the East End. Amenities at the AIrbnb were well stocked and reminded us of the AirBnB of old. Doug and his team were responsive, the recommendations for activities were spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would book with Doug and this location again without hesitating. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is disconnected from the others (it is down by the pool) which if staying with young ones is good to know. Additionally, it is a duplex which was not a problem at all but also helpful. The views are incredible, the amenities are plentiful and the location is ideal for an East End exploration.

Our stay was wonderful. communication up until our arrival date and even got us in the house a little earlier and unexpectedly. house was very clean and the amenities as described. The location is great for unwinding and the view from the top of the street was INCREDIBLE.

Our stay at Lime Time was perfectly amazing! Catherine was fabulous and the communication was wonderful - the property guide had tons of useful information and she touched base to make sure check-in went well and provided some additional Coral Bay recommendations! This was our 2nd visit to STJ and the first at Coral Bay. Loved seeing all the donkeys this trip and we loved being closer to our favorite beaches! It’s an easy drive to Cruz Bay, but Coral Bay has so much to offer as well! Lime Time was perfect for our family of 4 (kids aged 19 and 15). Cannot wait to come back!
