They thought of everything, stocked with the small things. On an amazing beach with great scenery. Pangea is an excellent restaurant right next store. I would stay here every time I visited.

The location can’t be beat! We were literally 10 to 15 steps from the beautiful clear, blue, warm water, and excellent snorkeling. It felt very private, yet one minute away were great restaurants, bars and shops. We had originally planned to visit several beaches in St Thomas, but we loved Coki beach so much, we didn’t want to leave. James and Tavi were wonderful hosts. We booked a boat excursion with them to Jost Van Dyke and St. John. That was so much fun island hopping! I can’t wait to go back and stay there again! Highly recommended!!!

Views were very nice. Apparently it is 125 feet above the ocean below which helps your view. Quick 1/2 mile drive to RedHook. Shorter than that to Secret Harbor Beach. BTW there is additional parking for Secret Harbor up behind the tennis court, but first drop off passengers below. Easy snorkeling there off to the right around the rocks. Bed was comfortable. The place was kept up with maintenance and clean as well. The Beach Buzz cafe at Sapphire Beach had good Jamaican coffee or Lattes to get you started. Sun & Sea bar at Point Pleasant had a nice menu with pretty views and Tarpon Fish to see from the patio. Ferry to St Johns is close but parking got full for us. You might want to take car over for $60 or you'll pay for both parking and passenger ferry tickets, then additional taxi rides on STJ. We did go out to Cinnamon Beach and I think that is relatively simple to drive, but beyond that or to south beaches I cannot vouch for. Again the place was very nice, we had no complaints.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was spotless and comfortable, and Kelly was a great host! We will be back!

V was so responsive. She quickly got back to me with any questions I had and she was very thorough with instructions and recommendations. The place was just as described and extremely relaxing. Sapphire beach is so beautiful and I loved being ocean front and being able to walk right down to this gorgeous beach. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. She was truly a great host.

Perfect location and the beach is beautiful albeit a little windy while we were there. The beach near the restaraunts are busier and louder but you can go down towards the point and it is pretty quiet. The apartment had basic cookware, AC worked well and it's very nice having the porch overlooking the ocean. Cab far to red hook is 6$ per person each way.

Do yourself a favor and book this spot. Larissa could not have been a better host and was so easy to talk to. We were exhausted when we got in after a very long travel day and Larissa helped us figure everything out. The unit is also spotless and the views are incredible. We loved it here. Wish I never had to leave.

Amazing Airbnb with beautiful sunset views! The villa had all of the amenities my family and I needed for a week stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this place to everyone!

This was our second year in a row at this incredible home, and we adore it. The views are unbeatable, and morning coffee on the patio is pure heaven. The house has everything we need, and Erin, the manager, is responsive, proactive, and a joy to work with. We cooked most meals, stopping at the grocery store when we landed in STT. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we did enjoy a Friday night dinner and amazing fish tacos at Heidi’s Hilltop Grill. TIP: Our first year, we rented a golf cart from Rachel’s, which was great. The second year, we walked everywhere—and wow, did we get our steps in! Easily 10K+ a day between morning walks and beach time. Honeymoon Beach is less then 10 minutes downhill, but uphill on the way back. If you’re looking to tone your calves, this is the place—our neighbors thought we were nuts! The Beach is absolutely pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. Drinks and food at Dinghy’s make it even better. This is THE place to stay on Water Island!

We really enjoyed Julies dwelling. It was in an area that was laid back and comfortable but had all the amenities needed in walking distance. The beach front was amazing with its clear clean water and access to two reefs that provided fantastic snorkeling. Coffee shop, bar, restaurants were just a short walk away. Julie was very flexible with us and was very very responsive to any of our questions.

The view from this house was just breathtaking. We saw beautiful sunrises every morning. House was beautiful too with gorgeous views from the bedroom windows. Beds were also super comfy! A lot of personal touches made this house so easy to stay in. We had beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and even sun screen stocked. Groceries were preordered and waiting on us from the get go. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place to stay. We have memories we will never forget! The property manager Tarcia was great too. Gave us great information about the house so we knew where everything was and how it worked. Thank you so much Tristen, and Phil and Keri. We loved our stay at Blue Skies! It accommodated my entire family leaving us with common areas to come together but also separate sleeping spaces for privacy. Shawna and Marina were very responsive and helpful with recommendations and suggestions. The view was amazing….from ability to see Magens Bay and beach to several rainbows during the daily showers.

This place has INCREDIBLE views. The outdoor space is perfect for breakfast and coffee with views every morning and the infinity pool is amazing. We loved every moment spent here. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was large and spacious. The driveway is a steep hill down but there is street parking at the top if you are not up to the challenge. It would be difficult with someone with mobility limitations to get to without pulling down into the driveway. Otherwise this is a 10/10 place. Location is about a 5-10 minute drive max to Secret Harbor beach which is my personal favorite for snorkeling and drinks. I highly recommend this Airbnb for your next trip!

Villa Maxine was amazing in so many ways! From the entrance to the gated community to the stunning views, the property did not disappoint in any way. Exactly like the photos and super well appointed on the interior and exterior as well as spotlessly clean, you could not ask for more. We enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool looking at the amazing view during the day and s’mores at night around the fire pit. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed staying there and would absolutely return. For the money, I am not sure you could find a better property in St. Thomas!

We LOVED our stay at Sea Salt Villa. Super responsive host and a gorgeous view. Loved the infinity pool and the kitchen had everything. So nice to have privacy yet still be only 10mins to Red Hook. Hope to be back again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!🏝️

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Beach very much! The condo is right on the beach and steps from the water! Proximity to the Marina is a plus! We took the Sunset cruise one night. We also took a sailboat ride with Deb and Rob who run the Cosmos sailing adventures. Sea Salt restaurant provides fine dining while breakfast food, pizzas and burgers are available within the resort. Daryl and Deb are Super Hosts in the true sense of the word! We recommend H2Oh What a Beach.

The condo is great and had awesome views of the shore and marina from both balconies. They had everything we needed and more. They’ve thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and fun. This location was great for us to go everywhere on the island. Plenty of parking and we enjoyed the bars and restaurants at the resort which is a quick walk. We loved this place!

We had a lovely stay at Thomas’s place! Clear communication and very friendly. The condo was very clean and provided all amenities listed! Easy walk to the beach and the backpack beach chairs provided made it even easier to get there. What a little gem paradise! We will be renting again.

Just returned from a week at Beachtime. It was the perfect setting in Sapphire beach. The view from our balcony overlooked the marina and other islands in the distance. It was beautiful and so relaxing! Sapphire beach has so much to see and do John was by far the most responsive host I’ve dealt with and the room has everything you need for a great stay Don’t hesitate to book. You will be happy you did!

I'm an old engineer who worked on ships for many years, mostly research vessels, I live in Kansas now, and miss the sound of the ocean. Problem solved being close to the shore in Red Hook harbor. The bed was fantastic. Peter, the contact I had at the condo office was invaluable. We even had a flat tire as we were set to leave for St. John's on Sunday morning and I walked over to see if he was around, it was Sunday after all, luckily he was. He repaired the flat and we were on the road within a half hour. This was above and beyond normal operation. The various sail boats, catamarans and other vessels coming in and out of the harbor meant there was never a dull moment. We had a great time.

This was the best outfitted condo that my wife and I have ever stayed in. The location is absolutely beautiful and I especially appreciate the recommendations provided.

Our stay was wonderful. Great host. Comfortable bed and amenities. The condo had a gorgeous view where we got to have coffee each morning. Heidi was accommodating as we arrived a little early. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend.
