Great place and location. Already have another stay booked here. Love the layout. Upstairs unit. And downstairs is a little oyster bar. Shawn was a great host.

This was our second stay! A most serene and beautiful spot. We love the little apartment, it has everything we need. Vickie and Scott are wonderful hosts! They even had a tiny Christmas tree in the apartment for us! We will be back for a longer stay in the summer.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire stay. Check-in was smooth, and the space was very clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—right on the river and was very peaceful listening to the water. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a very enjoyable place in such a unique space -- right on the water with an amazing pier. The hosts made excellent recommendations.

Erin’s place was the getaway that we definitely needed. We spent our time enjoying the sunsets (stunning pastel colors across the water), watching movies, cooking together, and had a nice meal at a local diner, too (which was recommended in the listing)! The place was so clean, well equipped, and very homey/comfortable. Being situated right on the beach, where in the mornings you can see all of the bay from the windows in the living room and kitchen. Erin was so personable and responsive which we so appreciated. She gave all the information you could need about not just the AirBnB, but the surroundings as well. We felt right at home. They have wonderful neighbors who we met on the beach one of the evenings. Everyone was just so friendly. They were enjoying a beach fire and we talked for a while about how amazing the area is. We have already decided we absolutely will be staying here again! This is the best kept secret quiet beach hideaway! My partner and I LOVED it!

Great space, location and amenities at Haley’s place. The home itself was perfect for my husband and I as we traveled around southern Maryland. Clean, spacious, well thought out in terms of amenities (mirror, hangers, bathroom was perfectly outfitted.) The location was terrific as we enjoyed walking around town, and enjoying the nearby coffee shop (Social.). Haley’s directions and photos shared with us prior to checking in made it very easy to locate the unit, and the self check-in was terrific/easy. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Haley’s home.

I had a lovely time during my stay. The home was neat, clean and located in the heart of town. Dayna was proactive and responsive. And I look forward to my next visit. Thank you again.

This house was absolutely gorgeous! It has everything you need ! It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The view every morning was beautiful. We had so much fun and it was so peaceful. We will be back for sure

Absolutely perfect! Easy check in, cottage was pristine, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Literal perfection--> kayaks, board games, foosball table, private beach and plenty of space. Close to town full of fun shops and excellent restaurants. Cannot say enough of how wonderful our stay was! Even with the rain we had plenty to keep us busy and entertained.

We had the most relaxing stay at this wonderful property! It truly had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a highlight, complete with shampoo and conditioner for both humans and pets—such a thoughtful touch! The place was stocked with firewood and a starter kit, which made our evenings by the fire so cozy. Our family loved kayaking and fishing nearby, and the tables were perfect for some fun card games. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, including seasonings, and there were even pet bowls for our furry friends. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, well-equipped getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, all-inclusive retreat!

We really enjoyed our stay at rhis beautiful house. It was very clean, spacious, and well kept. The house's surroundings were well kept too. Jennifer, the host, communicated with us proactively and was very responsive to all our inquiries. We stayed early March 2025. The weather was cool but sunny. We were able to walk, sit on the dock in the sun and enjoy the peacefulness. Not everything was open yet but we did enjoy a dinner at the Reedville Market. We also walked to Fawn's Delectable Cafe which was very good. We drove to one of the preserves for a hike. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay.

It was a perfect stay! View was amazing, hot tub was amazing, kayaking was amazing and having time to get away was what we needed. Definitely plan to bring groceries or stop on your way in. There are also not many restaurants close by. Back Draft was good though. Got a chicken cheesesteak and tots... tots were delicious). Would definitely return.

This place worked wonders for our family vacation. the place is very new and updated with 2 full bathrooms that were clean and spacious for beach time and baths with kids. colonial beach is a hidden gem in a historic little town that seems as though at one point was hustling and bustling but isn't quite as popular as it once was but trying to come back. if your a family looking for a uncrowded beach and some activities to do in the area then this place is great! we actually read about this place being in the heart of historic downtown. only thing we would have loved to see with this place is some outdoor patio spot at the home directly to be able to sit outside together. the location does not really have any night life during the week, not even on 4th of July. we went out at 9 pm and the bar closed at 10 pm which seemed way too early for a Thursday and holiday and being on the beach.

After a little miscommunication on the arrival time, everything was at it should be or better. Great location, clean, responsive well worth it. Great experience and will be back regularly.

Excellent stay and amazing host! The place is huge and has wonderful outdoor spaces. The rooftop deck is incredible. Wonderful views of the town and river. Walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Highly recommend staying here! 10/10!!

Had an amazing beachfront experience! I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival.

Very good spot for a small family trip to Tangier (I came alone, so it was more than enough.) The house is spotless, and Travis has some extras there for his guests (coffee, water, fishing rods, board games for young kids on a rainy day.) Travis also sent me the phone number for an evening ferry off the island, which was extremely helpful. I had a great stay at Travis' place, and would stay here again. I hope to soon.
