Me and my boyfriend stayed for a night and absolutely loved it 🥰 couldn’t have asked for a better time or better hosts! We have already decided that we will be staying again on our next trip to Northumberland. Fred and George the ponies, and all 5 doggies were lush. Both ponies greeted us as we were driving in and it absolutely made my day. Highly recommend this wonderful place 🫶🏼

I really enjoyed my stay at Sara's Garden Room. Perfect size for one or two people. Sara hadmade some Ginger and Chocolate cookies, hand made and waiting for your first tea or coffee. I let Sara know what time I would arrive, so the lights and heating were on. Christmas lights on for an added affect. The room is exactly as described. Will hopefully be going back next year if it's available for the datesnext December.

The location was great for us,being in walking distance from our son and his family.The studio was perfect,Spotisly clean and so easy for my Disabled husband because everything was on one level and beautifully fitted everything was of excellent quality.

First of all, Jacinta is the best Abnb host we have ever encountered. 💜 This is an historic building full of character. It was welcoming and warm with everything we needed. Jacinta kept in touch to check out if things were ok which was so helpful. The house was cosy, beds comfy, great warm shower and a thoughtful welcome pack and fresh flowers. Thank you Jacinta.

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

A great place to stay in Berwick. Clear guidance to find the house and to check in. Easy parking instructions which worked well. The house was as advertised and was very clean. We particularly appreciated this as we are not dog owners and 2 previous occupants had dogs, but absolutely no trace of them. The house was spotless! Kitchen well stocked. Nice bathroom and lovely shower Great location for walking the walls and all that Berwick has to offer. The Barrels pub was a good place for a drink. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend

Miriam’s place was just what we were looking for. It was homely, clean, comfortable, warm and only 15 minutes walk to Freeman Hospital and 5 minutes walk to the Metro station. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Sainsbury’s Local was just down the road handy to buy something for meals and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It was quiet at night so no disturbed nights. Highly recommended.

Gary’s place was ideal for our family getaway! We have a 2 years old and 1 year old and it was the ideal place to stay. Gary had gone above and beyond to accommodate us and ensured our sleep arrangements were thought of. He also was extremely generous in leaving lots of wonderful treats such as bread, snacks and milk. Gary was extremely responsive and friendly which made the stay even better. Gary’s place is right next to the beach and shops so a great location. It was also very clean and spacious! Would highly recommend.

Adham’s property was perfect for the one night we spent in Durham. Really easy to access the city, easy to find and great communication from Adham. Thank you - we’ll be back

Stayed here as my house flooded. Matthew helped take some stress away by making it so easy to check in and the house was like being at home. Very quiet and we are looking g forward to staying again in a few weeks. Well worth the money

This apartment is a hidden gem. Beautiful, stylish, contemporary, comfortable, and homely. The location is the heart of Alnwick - nothing is more than 10 mins walk away - yet it is tucked away on a quiet lane with no through traffic and not overlooked by other properties. It’s so peaceful and quiet at night. Loads of great pubs and restaurants and of course attractions like the castle and Playhouse are just a short walk away. It was the perfect base for our group to explore Alnwick and Emily was a wonderful host - very friendly and responsive. Thank you so much for a magical stay! I will definitely book again.

Nice house 100m from the sea, easy to walk out to harbour and coast. All clean, tidy, warm, had all we needed. Good local shops and restaurants. Amble is a small coastal town with a marina and a working harbour (fresh fish at the restaurant was superb).

We had such a lovely weekend at Castle View. The location was perfect to walk into Amble. We really appreciated the private parking space at the house. Paul's house was spotless and so welcoming on arrival. This beautiful house is so well equipped, we ate out every day, but had we chosen to stay in and cook, everything was there at our fingertips - nothing had been forgotten. Lots of lovely homely touches too. The location makes it a perfect base to explore beautiful Northumberland, I cannot recommend this gorgeous house enough. Thank you Paul.

I grew up in that area so it was convenient for family but it's also easy access via bus into the centre of town. right near some nice take aways. Nice spacious property to allow room for myself and my wife and also a separate room for our toddler. Kitchen was spacious. Nice feel to the property. We'd been staying in rented apartments on previous stays to Newcastle. This has for sure taken its place as the priority place to stay in the future.

Brinkburn Cottage was perfect as a base for exploring beautiful Northumberland. The cottage is warm and cosy, well equipped and extremely comfortable. It’s a lovely quiet spot and there are lots of walks nearby. We had our two dogs with us and the cottage was perfect for them too. Comfortable beds and heavenly pillows, a wood burner for chilly evenings, a large kitchen, and a little garden room to sit in and watch the birds on a feeder outside - I counted seven different types including a woodpecker. There was also a lovely garden in front of the cottage and walks down to the river for the dogs. A perfect stay, thank you.

This is a great Airbnb and we have really enjoyed our stay here! It’s really spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. There are lots of local amenities nearby and it’s not far away from Saltwell Park. You can take a bus to Newcastle city centre in about 15 minutes and it is also not far from Gateshead or the Metro Centre. Sara was a great host and was always in touch to help with anything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here!

A small but perfectly formed flat which was immediately welcoming and everything we hoped for. It was very clean with good heating, a nice hot shower, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Excellent for a quiet stay and has decent Wi-Fi and TV if needed!

We used this as accommodation for some of our pantomime cast. A great home away from home with everything they needed. Will certainly book again!

Lovely spacious place and felt at home from the beginning. Nice personal welcome from Richard who took time to show us round and explain everything. Lots to do in Morpeth, great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Loads to do in the area too and would love a return visit.

We first stayed at Elaine’s in October and it was as perfect and our second visit the same. I highly recommend this accommodation, it has everything you could possibly need. Beautiful well equipped kitchen, lounge area cosy and comfortable, outside seating area is very private and we were able to sit out this time. Beds are very comfortable with lovely sheets etc. and the bathroom has separate bath and an excellent shower. Location is perfect and Warkworth beach is very clean and dog friendly. Another perfect stay , will definitely be booking again.

What a great place to stay. It's a great location in beautiful Warkworth. We've visited many times over the years and we were very pleased to find somewhere so lovely and comfortable to stay in the village. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Warkworth in the future.

Sarah was very easy to contact with any questions and gave us good advice with things to do locally. The location is quite and peaceful but within a 5 minute drive you can be close to shops, restaurants etc should you wish. The bed was sooo comfy. I would definitely stay again. 1 thing I would suggest is to read the instructions on how to get there provided by Sarah. I didn't until I got lost, then followed them exactly and took me right to the door 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
