Lovely, and peaceful overnight stay. Well equipped, clean and cozy. Very comfortable bed. Spacious and lots of natural lighting. This is definitely a place I would rebook when back in the area.

Such a peaceful and rejuvenating stay! Kathleen was incredibly generous and wonderful to deal with. The cottage was beautiful, well equipped and private. I spent a weekend alone but would love to return with my husband and children - definitely worth booking!

My three daughters and I spent the weekend at Phil’s place. The house is beautiful and spacious with so many extra touches. The pool is large and beautiful and kept at a good temperature. We had such a great time. They supplied everything needed for a comfortable stay. Phil is friendly, accommodating and helpful and responds very quickly to any questions. Our only problem was that our visit was too short — we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We’re already trying to find a date when we can come backs and bring the kids/grandkids. Highly recommend!

The house was great. It is situated right on the West River. We say so many different birds including osprey, eagles, geese, ducks and many others. We could hear fish jumping in the evening and several stripped bass were caught and released.. We were fortunate to have clear skies for viewing a comet and shooting stars. The communication with Valerie was good.

Everything you'd ever need is right here in this beautifully laid out and cozy home! Activities for days are all around you, the views are stunning, the neighbours grand. The beds are so comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need to cook a feast. We will be back to enjoy Brent's best Nova Scotian hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful. Enjoyed being able to sit outside with our coffee in the morning, so peaceful and quiet. This is an excellent location, super close to Cavendish. Would definitely stay again. Angela was super friendly and responsive! Thank you so much!
