We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the house! Plenty of space for four adults and two children. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything in the house was as described in the listing as well. The host even sent us some great local recommendations for food and entertainment!

We had such a nice time at Rose’s place!! We rented a boat, which made all the difference in the world. The house was very spacious with plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely back patio. Pool was not heated, so be prepared for that. We had hoped it would have been warmer, as it wasn’t really swimmable. But the lake was fantastic and the house was great! Would stay again next year!

Location was super close to all of the places we wanted to visit and see in the downtown area. The house was easy to access and had plenty of parking for our cars (could easily fit 3 in the drive, possibly 4 if they’re smaller vehicles). The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. Checkout was easy and straightforward, and the instructions were communicated well in advance. The house is in front of an active rail line and trains run all hours of the day and night. They do not blast their horns though so we had very little actual disturbance from them. If I need to stay in the area again, this listing will be the first I check for availability.

Nice appartement in energy corridor, perfect for a short or longer visit for job or just to visit Houston.

Carmon’s place was really nice, very comfortable and modern place. We felt very safe in the area. Carmon was very responsive & even helped accommodate our needs. We loved the amenities such as the pool.

Host was very responsive An notified us there was a huge leak from the roof our reservation was quickly refunded thanks so much!

Me and my husband flew in from Michigan and stayed here for 3 days and I loved it! Felt like home away from home. Very clean decor was pretty exactly like the pictures. Great communication, great area. I will definitely stay here again next time we visit Houston! I highly recommend
