Spacious property that met our needs. I would stay here again if & when we have a need in the future.

We loved our stay! This home is updated, clean and very accessible. Hugo was very responsive with any questions we had, I would highly recommend staying here.

This property is stunning. The airbnb has 3 floors , very spacious and close to all the hot spots in Houston. The hosts are quick to respond to messages and also friendly. I gave this airbnb 5 star and would recommend to family and friends.

The house was just as pictured! Only thing happened was and unfamiliar guy came to the house twice on two separate days that freaked us out.. but the house it self was great! And we wish we knew about the outside house too because we we’ve booked that part as well

The home was beautiful, clean and came with everything you could possibly need. Not far from cute old springs town that is great during the day or night. Neighborhood is quiet and host was responsive, kind and accommodating. Would stay again!

My family and I loved staying at HTX Pad’s! The house has a warm cozy feeling to it as soon as you walk in. You’ll feel right at home. The host is very kind & responsive! If we had any problems big or small they were happy to help & eager to fix it. They didn’t mind answering any of our questions no matter how simple they may have been! Great place for a getaway to get away from your daily routine so you can rewind & reset! Lovely safe neighborhood! There’s many stores & food places nearby so you have to go to far if get hungry! :) The pool is beautiful not only during the day time but also the night time. The pool has a light that will turn it into various colors so you can definitely enjoy the pool at night as well! :) If you’re afraid that the pool will be too cold to swim in at night… they offer the option to pay for pool heating for only $30 so you can swim comfortably. The kids loved the home if they could stay there forever they would’ve. Definitely recommend! Definitely will b

Quiet area with easy access to NRG area. Secure location. Parking is easy and close but tight in a full size suv.

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

We had a beautiful time in Houston. Kim’s place was just what we were looking for. It’s just as described and she takes great care of all the details. We forgot a couple of toiletries and she even had that available. Beautiful place and location!

When we landed the communication was very fast and descriptive so there was no confusion when we had to check in or wanted to check in early. The house was set up exactly like the pictures and nothing was no more than 30 minutes away specifically from traffic. Checking out was very easy as well. If I needed to stay at this location, I would stay again definitely recommend-especially for the pricing. Due to us coming up the stairs that is something I didn’t like, but that had nothing to do with the Airbnb itself and the host, that is just me being lazy. Highly suggested location!

I highly, highly recommend Brent's place. My favorites: Brand new high-end kitchen cabinets, new appliances. In-door ice and water refrigerator. Deep, walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Water pressure is nuts! Plenty of very hot water. Will certainly start with his place next time in Houston.

Listen, do not let the outside fool you. Ms. Tonya’s place was everything we needed and more. It was very spacious and had everything we needed plus more! If you’re on the edge about booking, don’t be. Book now!
