This place was magical. The home is so private and peaceful. We saw deer off the back porch more than a few times. Bruce & Cora were wonderful hosts. The house was stocked with eggs, cereal, coffee, juice etc. What a nice touch...especially when it snowed and we decided not to go into town for food one night. Bruce even used his personal plow to scrape the driveway so we wouldn't have any problems with the snow or ice. Highly recommend this home. This is a great place to stay for the Groundhog Festival. Close enough to all the fun but far enought away from all the crowds.

We loved our stay at Jenica’s beautiful Craftsman home. It is a very warm, inviting, spacious environment. If you are looking for a quiet, serene, peaceful place to stay, you can’t do much better than this. I would encourage anyone vacationing in the Punxsutawney area to skip the hotels and stay at this nice oasis of tranquility instead. It has everything you need in terms of amenities for a fantastic weekend stay. The place was clean, inviting, and free of distractions. We were close by for all the festivities of Groundhog Day. I appreciated the local info provided by our host as well. Hope to be back someday!

Really enjoyed everything! Beds were comfy - we were just in the space for sleeping as we were in town for work. Would have loved to enjoy the outside surroundings. On our last night we pulled up to the house and saw the most stars we have ever seen in our lives. IT WAS MAGICAL! Only thing is getting there is a bit tricky since the address doesn’t get you directly to the house. I dropped a pin on the entrance from the main road once we got there so I could just plug that in for directions the rest of the stay. Thanks Robin!!

This is a lovely house very close to Firestone Park. There is an EV charger in the garage, which is great. It was certainly too cold for us to use the hot tub when we were there. We were also in town for a funeral so that wasn't what we were there for. All of the amenities were as described and the host was very responsive. I forgot a piece of meaningful jewelry when we left and they went out of the way to make sure I was able to get it back. I would highly recommend this listing.

If I could give this a 10-star review, I would! Julie was very intentional with her space. There are lots of amenities and everything you need in your first few days. Instructions from check in to check out were very clear. The beds are super comfy and the entire place is extremely clean! It’s also very conveniently located to downtown Franklin. If it’s not already obvious, this is the place to be if you’re going to be in or around Franklin:).

This Airbnb was more than we hoped for! It exudes charm and is decorated in every corner; It was honestly more space than we needed too. The cupboards are well stocked with just about anything you could need as a cooking utensil. The sleeping spaces are quaint and cozy, just like grandma's house. The host has really done a great job at keeping the space well furnished and clean. Not only is the indoor space great, but the outdoor space, back porch specifically, is just the best place to sit at any time in the day. On a smaller detail, I personally appreciated the notes the host left scattered around the house. Things like TV instructions are small, often over looked details, but appreciated none the less. One example that stuck out to me was a note saying you can take the drift wood from the beach for fires. TL;DR If you are looking to get away and just relax, this is the place. Great for families. Great for adults.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Ellicottville for our ski trip with friends! The location was perfect—right downtown and within walking distance to great shops and restaurants. It made everything super convenient, and we loved being able to explore the town so easily. It was a quick and easy drive to the ski slopes. The house itself was fantastic—beautifully designed with a great layout, modern furniture, and stylish decor. Everything was extremely clean and well-stocked, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. We appreciated the cozy duvets and warm blankets after long days on the slopes! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Ellicottville. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Tammy’s place was great! We came in for the weekend and couldn’t have been happier with choosing Tammy’s place. It was very clean, easy instructions getting in, and centrally located to all that the area has to offer. Tammy was both responsive and very kind. Would gladly stay again and recommend to all that are considering!! We look forward to returning in the future!

This place was exactly like the photos, my husband and I were looking for a peaceful place to spend a few days for our anniversary away from our children. This place checked all our boxes. Everything was pristine. super clean. The bed was also quite comfortable and the couch was comfy to curl up and read a book on. Joe was great with recommendations for local places to eat and he even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend renting this place and my husband and I look forward to renting from Joe in the future. We plan on making it a few times a year thing.

We loved staying at Laurel's apartment. She was very welcoming and friendly. She offered great advice on where to eat and shop. The apartment offered everything we needed. We were very comfortable and slept great.

Erin’s place is so sweet! I was traveling for work and this looked like a cozy stopover. Erin has really cultivated a beautiful underconsumption core aesthetic, full with plants and pleasing color palettes. I could definitely go back and bring friends for a weekend. Kane also has a sweet little downtown with some good thrift shops and artsy shops and a brewery. Erin’s cafe/store downstairs is also a great spot. Erin was super friendly and helpful leading up to and throughout my stay!

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

Our stay was just wonderful! Check in was easy and we had everything we needed and more! Our room had the jacuzzi tub which I really enjoyed after a day of hiking. Breakfast was delicious! Lake Erie is beautiful and we will be back!

Great place to stay while visiting Ellicottville. The space was very clean and Deb and JY were friendly and accommodating.

Hall House was our "home base" for a week of hiking and sightseeing in the area, Cook Forest SP, Allegheny National Forest, Kinzua Bridge Skywalk, elk viewing, etc. It was nice to come back each night to a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. We loved learning about the history of the house and seeing how well it's been renovated. One afternoon, we hiked up the hill across the street to view all the old homes, many, like Hall House, were built in the 1800s. Lots to do in the area. Arthur was a congenial host, setting out Continental breakfast every morning and ensuring we had what we needed. He took us on a tour of the property when we arrived. Arthur was a great conversationalist; he was eager to hear about our latest adventures and share a few stories of growing up in Brookville. He also provided information about the town, things to do, and places to eat. We will definitely consider staying at Hall House again.

Oh my word this place was so magical! Mariah and Dustin were amazing hosts and the Bella Donna was so perfect for our girls trip to grove city. The second floor, and all it encompassed was just amazing. The bedrooms were beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, everything down to the temperature! Too cold?… turn on the fireplace in any room. The library and coffee nook were such a wonderful touch. And the breakfasts!!!! Mariah is an amazing chef and the space was so beautiful. Mariah and Dustin were so welcoming, sweet and the most wonderful hosts. We cannot wait to return to the Bella Donna! It casted a beautiful spell on us all. Thank you for everything again Mariah and Dustin!

Diane was very sweet and extremely accommodating!! It felt much more like a classic BnB than a modern AirBnB (in a good way!) One thing I’d note is the bedroom door/bathroom don’t appear to lock and there can be another guest staying at the same time. But beyond that it was a great stay. It felt homey and safe. Would definitely recommend to others hoping to stay in Butler

We’ve stayed here almost every year for 6 or so years and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else in EVL! The inn is adorable, breakfasts are amazing and Jean has thought of every detail. Walking distance to everything downtown and 1 mile drive to 2 ski resorts. Jean is a wealth of knowledge about the area too! We will be back!
