Christopher's place was ideal for our group of 8 adults on a ski weekend. We enjoyed the main floor and fireplace while still having our own space. However, parking was a bit challenging as we had 4 cars. We knew there was only one spot at the top, but upon returning from dinner, all the spots were taken, so we had to walk. This wasn't an issue for our group, but it might be for others. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was great for my daughter and myself for our visit with family in the Springville area. Everything was exactly as advertised and the beds were very comfortable. I did miss the fact that there was no hairdryer listed in the amenities. Staying in the renovated building that is now part of the Springville Center For the Arts and having a cafe right downstairs was a real bonus. I grew up in Springville and being a bit nostalgic, it was the perfect place for me.

Rob’s place is well equipped and we had a good night at the charming house.

You felt like you were at home. Enjoyed our stay. We will return.

This was a perfect place to stay in the area. We were very happy with the communications prior to my trip to the place. They were very quick to respond and helpful. The rooms are big enough and had plenty of room. Everything was very clean and organized. I will be using them again since we have family up this way.

This home met all of our needs for our stay in Ellicotville! It was a beautiful home. Plenty of room for 6 of us. A peaceful and stunning property with a view of the slopes from the living room. This home was fully stocked with anything we could’ve thought of! The host was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very accommodating. Highly recommend booking this for your next trip!

What a great experience we had. Came into Grove City to spend time with our college students. The space was open, quiet and had enough space to us to welcome their friends for breakfast. Comfy bed and furniture and great bathroom. Troy was very personable and professional.

We had an excellent stay at this home! We were able to have a very quiet and relaxing weekend here. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the deck was great for coffee in the mornings. Really great spot!

Nice house and plenty spacious. Too cold to take advantage of the deck but we did hit the hot tub a few times. Extremely convenient to town and skiing. The house could actually be treated as two separate places with a full (and lockable) living space downstairs with a full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Lots of fun playing air hockey. The living room couch was VERY comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Sadly the conditions weren’t desirable to go out and do things in Jamestown so we decided to stay inside, and man did we love it! Having the choice between 2 buildings to be in was something I never even thought I could get for so cheap. Totally recommend this place, definitely deserves more attention!

We had a wonderful time! The home was so beautiful and clean. We felt very at home. Jessica even left us snacks and waters! The coffee bar was stocked as well. She really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Everything was clean and fresh. The location was great as we were able to walk to dinner. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
