Beautiful place right beside the river out in sticks of oil city, super peaceful, the only thing you hear at night is the river running and wind blowing. Will be staying here in the future! Liz was very responsive and gave alot of information as well!

I had an amazing stay at this place! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming feel that made it feel just like home. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and easy to get around. Everything looked exactly like the photos, which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

This was the second time I stayed here and absolutely loved it all over again! View is amazing, place is nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. Will be back!

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

just stayed with my 2 daughters had a great and relaxing time.very nice and clean place with amazing water view from inside and out I recommend anyone to go there.definetly worth the price for the view and everything offered

The pictures were beautiful, but seeing is believing. A comfy lake house with anything you could ask for. clear instructions, a manual with the house rules and instructions for check out. The bottom floor has ample room with a bar area, access to the back yard and beautiful views of the late. Having a laundry room was a great touch. The ground floor, where most of the rooms were located, has a family room with board games, ample space for sitting, eating with a group and cozy for watching movies. I was extremely impressed that they had a PS3 with Little Big Planet, we played that for hours after dinner. I highly recommend this beautiful home by the lake and will book again when I’m in town next season.

Jill was an excellent host, and her place was perfect for a short getaway. She provided everything we needed for our lakeside trip. The views were spectacular, and the location, between Conneaut and Ashtabula, was ideal for accessing restaurants and wineries. We enjoyed the Easter decorations, the fireplace, and the hot tub. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and my wife slept soundly. The heated mattress was also a welcome addition during the cold weekend. While we wish we could have experienced it in the summer, it was still a beautiful weekend getaway. I really appreciated you opening your home to us and I hope to come back again in the future! Stayed for a month and everything was amazing. Very quiet with great views, I can’t wait to stay there in the summer when we can use the outside.

Wendy's Lakehouse was exactly what my husband and I needed for our mini-retreat after our daughter's wedding. We were mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted when we arrived; but after a couple of days of complete quiet and privacy in the house, walking and laying on the private beach, listening to the water, watching the sunsets, and basking in the fresh Lake Erie breezes: we felt restored and refreshed. The only thing that disappointed us was that we couldn't stay longer... life rolls on! 😅 Within hours of our arrival we were making plans to return- next time with our 4 sons- as soon as possible! We even were dreaming about bringing future grandkids in years to come! 🥰 Thank you, Wendy, for providing this peaceful retreat!

Brian’s place is one of our favorite places to stay away from home. This was our second stay and hoping for more. There is a lot of space in the home and the surroundings are beautiful!

The house is in a great location in Conneaut...we were able to walk to the beach and park but also just a few steps away from a park with overlook where we watched a sunset one night and fireworks another night. The beds were comfy and Mary was quick to respond.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was impeccably clean, lots of fun stuff to keep the kids entertained, and plenty of space for our family. We hope to come back again!

This is my third stay in Stephan and Sylvie’s Airbnb. They are great hosts. Quick to reply and always making sure that the client is satisfied. I have visited Ellicottville every year since 2019, and have stayed in various Wildflower condo units. While other hosts and units were good, I keep going back to Stephan and Sylvie’s place. I don’t give out recommendations lightly, but I think that if you try their place you will find value and a responsive host.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable occasion. The location was absolutely stunning! Each morning and evening, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of Lake Erie, with the sun casting a golden glow on the water as it rose and set. We spent our days lounging by the inviting heated swimming pool, relishing the warmth even during the cooler hours. The convenience of being close to delightful restaurants added to the experience, allowing us to indulge in a variety of culinary delights. In the evenings, we would unwind by curling up together and watching our favorite shows, easily casting them to the smart TV in our cozy bedroom. Overall, our time there was incredible, and I wholeheartedly recommend this enchanting place for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories.

We’ve stayed at CHQ Lake Estates a number of times over the years. This was by far one of the best places! Quiet, clean, and comfortable—We took AM walks (just the best) and people are so friendly. The pool is amazing. And you cannot beat the view of the lake anywhere. We even took time to sit out on the cushioned deck chairs at sunset and just relaxed—something we don’t do often enough. Well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc.. Soft sheets & comfortable beds. It was great to have 3 bathrooms—having 2 showers meant we could all get ready in record time. Be sure to bring your TV sign-in information so you don’t have to reset your passwords! (Voice of experience… lol) Great instruction book with local recommendations and fast wi-fi. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was very nice. It's in a great location easy to walk to the strip or the walking trail at the lodge. The kitchen had everything that you would need to cook. I loved the directors chairs that was on the porch and it was a beautiful view of the lake.

It was a perfect week! It was in a perfect location? Very comfortable and clean. It was everything we hoped for and more.

Shells on the Beach was perfect for a long weekend away. The unit itself is pristine and looks exactly like the photos. We loved the balcony with view of Lake Erie and hearing the sound of the waves in the living room. We were there in the winter so much of Geneva-on-the-lake was closed, but the wineries were all open and within a 15-20 minute drive. The amenities were great. There were copious amounts of towels & linens, coffee, tea, creamer, laundry & dish soaps. Although we never cooked, there seemed to be every appliance you’d need to cook and feel right at home. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this newly updated condo in downtown Conneaut Lake! The space was stylish, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, making it the perfect place to relax. The lake views from the deck were absolutely stunning—a great way to start and end the day. The location couldn’t be better. We opened the window to Rising River Brewery and could smell bacon every morning while on the outside deck from the Lake Dinner below. The spacious layout, comfortable king bed, and 2 Queens, which was prefect for our little family. If you're looking for a peaceful yet conveniently located getaway, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
