Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

We LOVED our weekend on Arrowhead Lake! Great house for families. We have three teenagers and loved having separate spaces for everyone, as well as places we could all gather together, inside or out! There was something for everyone! Perfectly set up for those who love to cook, fish, kayak, walk or just read a book outside! Nearby we enjoyed the farm stands, our first attempt at disc golf, my son's first catch of a small mouth bass and shopping at the Limerick Grocery Store (very well stocked!). We hope to return again soon!! Elizabeth was a wonderful and attentive host!

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

Great little spot in the woods. We jetted up to NH on short notice for a quick ski trip. My wife being from the area, we wanted to be close enough to the mountain but without any crowds. That’s exactly what we got. Check in was breeze, house is clean with plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked! We had a ton of snow on the ground which provided amazing views of the woods behind the property. The kids loved playing in the snow down the hill in the back yard. We hope to come back this summer to see this beautiful property in another season.

Absolutely perfect! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings! Roomy and clean and had everything you could need. Loved the windows and the views from the windows! Harry and Bonnie were just the right around of friendly; they were nice and interacted with us but not at all intrusive! WiFi worked great but I really enjoyed not having a tv, we sat around in the evening having a glass of wine and playing games. Our daughter recently moved to the area so we would definitely love to stay at the cottage again!

Great stay! Kristin and Marty were amazing hosts and were very responsive. The place was very comfortable and clean, and the little touches like seasonal decorations, bagels and cream cheese, and creamer for coffee were so nice! I would absolutely recommend this place for a stay in Keene.

Loved staying in Korene’s place. It was very comfortable, bright, and clean. Korene was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home. I highly recommend the space and the host!!!

Kevin's place was great! Very clean, comfortable and in good area as we stayed for a week of skiing. Easy to get to Attitash ski resort and quick drive to Wildcat Mountain. Kevin was easy to communicate with and would return again next year for sure!

I needed a special place for a special weekend. I didn't want to propose in a loud, busy Boston location. I wanted private, quiet and intimate. Thats what the photos felt like and I'm happy to say that was the exact experience. April is a perfect time with sunny weather in the 50's. We had a pleasant conversation with Susan in the shared driveway on our way to dinner. She recommended Seaport Grill, specifically the Chilean Sea Bass. It did not disappoint. Plus the Hammond Castle. It was an unforgettable weekend. She said Yes!

A lovely place to stay in the Salem. Great location that’s very walkable to downtown Salem and all the attractions therein. The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals when not dining out. Host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

We had a nice time at Jennifer's apartment. The place was very comfortable and in a convenient location. It was isolated with nice views and we had a great time. Internet, TV, fire, heat, etc... all worked well. The host was extremely communicative. The only two minor negatives were 1) the person who was supposed to shovel the walk didn't come and so we had to dig our way in (Jennifer DID communicate about this ahead of time) and 2) the hot water tank is small. That said value was excellent and we would stay here again!

This was a great place to stay! It’s in a great location and everything is walkable. It’s super close to the beach which is so nice. The house is super clean, very well organized, and Nick was very good with communicating!

We gathered with our adult children and their spouses for Thanksgiving week at this beautiful and tranquil estate. The owners have managed to deliver a property with the charm of a warm/cozy home, along with all the first class amenities that resemble a mini resort. We felt right at home. We watched college football games in the downstairs theater room, played boardgames, did lots of cooking and the occasional walk around the scenic property. It snowed on Thanksgiving morning! This home is squeaky clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you could ever need. Comfortable beds, fluffy pillows, soft towels, the list goes on and on. Owner/property management are extremely helpful, accommodating and generously hospitable. We will definitely be back!

Great place! Must rent when in the area, will definitely stay again.
