We absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. Even though Karen was out of the country, she was incredibly communicative and her husband was very easy to get in touch with as well. Any questions that we had were answered, the house was clean and inviting, and we felt right at home. They had also set out different brochures of things to do and had some supplies for us that we might need. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful day at Susan‘s place! She was incredibly friendly, greeting us upon arrival and was quick to respond to any questions. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bars—yet tucked away in a private, quiet neighborhood. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

Amazing!!! Spent the weekend with my besties celebrating our other besties birthday. This was such a cozy sweet spot with the most COMFORTABLE BEDS (not being dramatic) that all four of us girls have ever slept on. Haley made everything very clear and we were of course respectful of that :-)

The house was beautiful and we had a reallygreat stay! It was spacious and clean. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Ryan was very responsive and overall we would recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Nate's place. It has an authentic and lived-in feeling (unlike some places with that sterile Ikea-Airbnb-kit feeling). It feels like a real home with warmth and character. The beds are comfortable, and there's an excellent couch for watching TV, reading, or lounging. The kitchen has everything you need. It's in a more residential part of Portland, but it's close to everything great in Portland. The location was excellent for us because we had a family member in nearby Mercy Hospital, just five minutes away. Nate's place provided a comfortable place to decompress. Nate was very responsive and just excellent. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

Great stay at Dermot’s place. Very close to Waterville Valley and North Woodstock. The space was very memorable and unique, would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Kathy's place is by far one if our favorite places we have ever stayed! The place was clean, private and peaceful! Our pups loved roaming the fenced in back yard! Highly recommended if you have doggos!

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb was a great stay! Walls were clean and not scratched up. Everything was clean and the home smelled great and clean. Would definitely return.

From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

Stayed at Lori's for a ski trip with my family of four. The house was great. Clean, stocked, and perfect size for my family. Close enough to Crotched mountain and really peaceful. Highly recommend.

Jade described the place to a tea, and all the amenities and extras that weren’t mentioned were there. Except for some minor picadillos, we were quite satisfied and even the distaff member of our party was exceptionally happy. I most certainly would come back.

Overall was fantastic experience. The home was better prepared and stocked compared to other passed Air BnB experience. All in all family voted as one of the better Air BnB places to date.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

This was my second time at Diane's beautiful condo. Highly, highly, highly recommend. I cannot say enough great things about Diane and the entire experience here. Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

We had a 5 week stay - in depth of snowy cold winter with extra family for shorter periods. Space was just right for us plus 2 grandchildren and their parents. Both sleeping and living space sufficient. Do note the spiral and steep stairs down to lower floor as potential hazard for old or young. It's very much a family "lived in" apartment with lots of "other" stuff rather than pristine rental property, but more comfortable for that. Jaclene not local while we were here, but super responsive with any issues. Cleaner and building manager also accessible via her. Very convenient for pool / spas and skating pond! Heated outside pool / spa in snow was much enjoyed by all! Steam room good, sauna not so much! Easy parking just outside. great snow clearance from site maintenance staff. Simple drive to North Conway for almost anything. Jackson Falls, Diana's Bath, Cathedral ledge and many others were fantastic in deep frozen snow. Easy travel West NH302 and Kancamagus highway for scenery.
