Will always use Stephen for stays. I’ve stayed in multiple of his properties now and this one was breathtaking. Will be staying here anytime I visit Birmingham

Would highly recommend Silverwood lodge. It was clean and well equipped for a loft apartment. Bathroom was excellent. We had two adults, 2 kids and a dog and there was enough space for us! Lots of food places a short drive away, perfect for a stop over if you’re in the area. Communication with Amanda was excellent before and during our stay.

Our stay in Birmingham was made truly wonderful by Samantha's exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly communicative and responsive, readily available despite the four-hour time difference, which we greatly appreciated. We were initially a little concerned about potential street noise after reading a previous review, but our group of three found the house to be perfectly peaceful and quiet, allowing for restful nights. The backyard was an absolute delight, offering a serene and beautiful space to relax in the mornings and evenings. We are so grateful for Samantha's attentiveness and for the lovely experience. If we return to Birmingham, we would be absolutely thrilled to stay here again. Thank you, Samantha!

We have stayed here before and it is a fantastic location if you want something relaxed and such a spacious place as well All the beds are really comfy and me and my friends would definitely come here again

Great stay as usual

An amazing little cottage perfect for our stay. Host was very helpful and communicated throughout with anything we may need to know such as how to find it etc. Accommodation was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, it was warm and cosy and quiet through the night. Honestly cannot fault this lovely little place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Second time staying and couldn't fault anything and ideal location for work.

We had an impromptu stay at Jessica’s place. We arrived at night and whilst we knew we were at the right place, Jessica was on hand to confirm and to welcome us to park on her drive. The hut is placed to the side of their home with a little walk through the garden to get there. The hut was just what we needed, spotlessly clean, ability to make food, tea and coffee and with a lovely open space with a bed so you can choose to watch Netflix or the beautiful log burn fire up! Or both! Jessica was so responsive and positive, providing us additional logs for our stay. Not really a downside but something to note, the toilet door is on sliders so make sure you’re staying with someone you feel comfortable with! Also the lights in the bathrooms are on sensors but you can turn the electric off to those by the fuse board if they cause you a problem. Very very happy with our stay and highly recommend ❤️
