This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

We only have good things to say!!! Helen and family were so lovely and welcoming. We felt right at home, and what a gorgeous home! So many thoughtful touches and had everytbing we needed and more!! The sauna and natural pool were great fun, and it was so relaxing to have a fire on in the evening. This was the PERFECT setting for our group holiday (and perfect place for our celebration!). Also we would recommend booking Eva their daughter for a yoga session, it was incredible and very restorative. Have left the holiday feeling very grateful and restored! Thank you!!!

Wonderful characterful, peaceful farmhouse in a great location with lots of uncluttered space. Fourteen of us from three generations and a dog stayed three nights for big birthday celebrations. The kitchen was really well equipped with plenty of crocker , cutlery, dishes and glasses etc and we loved using the Aga. The kids loved the pool, which was kept at a great temperature, and the games room. Beds were comfy, and the house was warm. We remembered to bring bath and pool towels as requested but everything for the kitchen was provided. Clair sent all info a couple of days beforehand. We had a really lovely time and made great memories!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is lovely, well furnished and modern. The pub at the end of the road is very handy. We took a walk around the marina which was very nice. Hosts are fantastic and have very quick replies and answering any questions. We would definitely come again.

This place has everything you would want and need for your stay, even provided phone chargers. Spotlessly clean, beautiful towels and bedding, communication was on point. Very helpful and accommodating. The welcome “goodies” were a lovely gesture. Fully stocked with Tea & coffee even provided milk so we could have a cuppa on arrival after a long drive. Recommend 5 stars ✨ ✨✨✨✨

We had a wonderful stay at 1CC. Beautiful property in an amazing location. The cottage is so inviting whilst being spacious and cosy at the same time. The whole family loved it and can't wait to return. Loved all of Deb's fabulous artwork too.

Couldn’t believe what a beaut of a place this is. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Kristel was responsive and very helpful, even allowing us to let ourselves in early when it turned out we were a bit stuck on arrival day. Short walk into Wells, peaceful cul de sac and good parking. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Was a splendid place to explore a part of Norfolk I used to visit with my late husband Scolt head Island. Our group loved the house and we celebrated a friend's birthday there. Lovely garden and Nelson pub was well worth a visit. Frances was a conscientious host.

Cute cottage in an ideal quiet location - not just near to the shops and cafes in Holt but also everywhere else like Sheringham, Weybourne etc. Host was really helpful with a long paragraph of local recommendations for bars, beaches etc. House seemed clean :) cosy. And Netflix on the TV 🫶 Only thing is, if you’re a bit spooked out by portraits maybe pass this one because they’re in the hallway before the bedrooms - we’re both scaredy cats and had to keep the light on 😂😭

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

We couldn't have asked for any better. Sarah was responsive at all times and so friendly. The accommodation was better than expected, lots of room for 6 adults and a dog plus more if needed. This is our second stay at this property and I would highly recommend. At the last minute I was unable to join my family due to parental illness, and the hosts were very kind and patient dealing with my husband in my absence. It's a lovely set-up owned by great people.

We just enjoyed a lovely long cold but sunny March weekend at Rachel's cosy cottage annexe. The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated (just like the photos) and wonderfully peaceful and quiet, on a beautiful and secluded road near the golf course. Easily walkable to the beach, town centre or the wonderful Whelk Coppers Cafe, where we had breakfast every morning. The house was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking. Just a note, no victuals provided, so bring your own milk, tea, coffee, salt, cooking oil etc or buy them at the nearby shops, a short walk away. Rachel's excellent instructions made everything easy and she was on-hand if we needed anything. We also loved the sitting room being on the 1st floor, as there was a view and lots of space there. The shower was good and the heating kept us warm, once it got going. We really loved our stay at Little Lodge and would highly recommend it as a base for exploring Sheringham and the surrounding coast.

We had a lovely stay in this quirky, characterful house. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was easy on-street parking. The really good thing was that the owner went above and beyond to sort out an issue we had. Many thanks for that David. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Julie's property. She communicated exceptionally well and even met us in person, making the experience warm and welcoming. The house is huge, modern, and perfect for our group of 14, ranging from adults to an infant. The kitchen was a dream, especially the oven – as someone who loves to cook, I was in heaven! One small suggestion: a guestbook with more details on appliances, like the hob, would be helpful for future guests. Julie mentioned some exciting updates for the summer, and we can’t wait to see them! The pond and ducks were a peaceful highlight, and the quality of the mattresses, bedding, and pillows was top-notch. We would definitely return, and so would the whole group. Highly recommend!

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay here, the location was perfect for our new years break. The house was just want we were looking for as a group of 14 with 2 dogs. There was a pub, shop & cafe directly across the road which were all very nice. The space downstairs in the house is ideal for a group as you can all socialise together & we even cooked a large roast dinner on New Year’s Day in the kitchen, which worked out really well as the kitchen had everything that we needed & the dining area meant we were all together. The house is just a few minutes away from the beach with some lovely walk’s & fantastic views. We would 100% recommend this house & location. The communication I received before, during & after our stay was also most appreciated & personable with helpful instructions for check in, what not to forget & tips to make our stay the best it could be, Thankyou June!

Great location. At least one double bed would be good and a second toilet when 4 people are staying and a cloths line would be good. The house was fantastic everything we needed we were very happy with it and would stay again.
