A une encablure de la plage au coeur d'un quartier résidentiel, cet appartement propose un confort d'exception. Sur site, une jeune femme nous a acceuilli chaleureusement et a fait preuve de la plus grande disponibilité. Aussi, nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour y séjourner plusieurs jours !

숙소는 번화가에 있으며 찾아가기 매우 쉬워요. 건물에 엘레베이터가 있고 - 엘레베이터까지 계단 약 7개 있음. 객실로 향하는 통로가 안뜰을 사이에 두고 있어 아주 조용합니다. 내부 외부 모두 소음이 없었어요. 전망은 2개의 테라스에서 via dione 가 내려다보입니다. 욕실과 객실 주방 모두 아주 청결해서 쾌적하게 잘 지냈습니다. 세탁기 사용시 추가요금이 있고 (1주일 10유로) 잘 작동합니다. 체크인할때 객실관련, 주변 즐길거리 관련 상세하게 안내해주셨고 마실 물도 넉넉하게 제공받았습니다. 숙소 바로앞에 쇼핑거리이고 수산시장도 아주 가깝습니다 바로 앞에는 까페가 있어서 30초내에 도착 가능합니다. 대성당까지 도보 10분거리. 오르티지아 내에서 어디를가도 가까워요. 저는 성수기를 지나서 여행했기때문에 주차도 큰 문제가 없었습니다 talete 주차장에 주차하고 easy park 어플로 주차비를 결제했어요 주차 자리도 많았고 오가는 사람들도 많아서 무섭지 않았습니다. 호스트가 주차와 ZTL 관련 친절하게 설명해주었기 때문에 주차장소에 대한 걱정이 많았던 저에게 매우 큰 도움이 되었습니다 깨끗하고 좋은위치에 있는 숙소덕분에 시라쿠사 여행이 아주 즐거웠습니다 ^^

This place is what I was looking for, very close to the beach (literally 20m) but still not far away from other hotspots such as Noto. It was very clean and well equipped. Also communication with the hosts has been perfect. The host helped me book a parking spot for the week right in front of the Appartment which was convenient.

We had a great stay at this modern, clean apartment in Syracuse. It’s in a great location—easy walking distance to Ortigia, which made exploring super convenient. The host was incredibly thoughtful and even surprised us with a birthday cake, which was such a sweet gesture! Just a heads-up for future guests: parking is on the street rather than on the property, so it can be a bit tricky to find a spot, especially during busy times. Overall, a lovely stay with a very kind and attentive host!

Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Als es ein Problem mit dem Wasser gab, war es 15 Minuten später gelöst - an einem Sonntagmorgen um 7! Die Unterkunft ist vor allem aufgrund der Lage toll - man kann morgens über dem Meer den Sonnenaufgang sehen und dann den ganzen Tag zwischen Terrasse und Strand pendeln. In der Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken (Noto, Siracusa, Modica…), dass einem auch an Tagen ohne Strandwetter nicht langweilig wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Santo und Anna. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll! Super Lage, schön eingerichtet, sehr hübsch mit Maisonette-Etage und einer tollen sonnigen Terrasse. Anna ist super nett und hilfsbereit und wir konnten einen schönen Urlaub in Siracusa genießen.

Жилье расположено в очень красивой старинной части Сиракуз. чистая и уютная квартира! В которой есть все необходимое для туриста! Очень удобный матрас)) Роберто оказался дружелюбным и приветливым хозяином! Мы получили от него полезные местные рекомендации. Если вы приезжаете на своем автомобиле - рядом городской паркинг.

Thank you for a lovely visit to your apartment. The building was amazing and the apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The location was very central and perfect for a family or friends.

Sicilyanın kalbinde konaklamak isterseniz, çok güzel ve tarihi bir kasaba alan Grammichele'e bayılacaksınız. Matteo Silvano ve ailesi sizi evinizde hissettirecekler. Harika insanlar. Kaldığımız yer konaklama için temiz ve yeterliydi.

Die Unterkunft ist schön, praktisch und liegt sehr zentral. Ortigia ist in gute 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dort hin und auch auf die andere Seite viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. 10 min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Um einen Parkplatz zu finden, braucht man etwas Glück (was wir hatten). Sonst ist es sehr laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist, aber das ist halt wenn man so Zentral wohnt. Die Gastgeberin immer git zu erreichen. Wir waren zwei Wochen in Oktober dort.

Originallyour group of 5 would like to book the larger apartment of Rudia but it wasn't available. So we came up using two smaller apartments which were fitted with all the necessities in a stylish way. The location of the complex was convenient to most sightseeing places in Modica, except that it was quite humid due to the geographical nature of Modica. The problem was eased out by the use of a dehumidifier. Rudia sent me all the related and information beforehand and they are useful for planning our daily schedule. She and her helper Liliana were very accommodative in letting us check in when we arrived earlier. It was a very pleasant stay and I recommend her apartment to other users.

Clean; comfortable (AC, stove, microwave, hot/cold water...everything worked); centrally located with easy access to bars, banks, walking distance from train/bus, lots of quality things to do w/in walking distance; and most importantly, communicative and caring hosts (thanks for the cookies and bottled water). Do heed the instructions for getting in the building and turning on electricity. Oh yeah, and the stairs to the pad and the bedroom may be challenging for some--good for those who want to offset all the good eating.

Great flat with superb views of the harbour. Excellent location right in the middle of all places of interest and bars + restaurants. The flat is perfect for 2 and there is extra space outdoors with the 2 terraces. Angelo was a great host and always willing to provide extra information with regards to the ZTL , parking etc….

La cordialità di tutti, è stata l esperienza più bella, una nota che contraddistingue tutti i Siciliani, il papà di Vittorio una persona squisita che ci ha dato delle dritte eccellenti, su ristoranti, parcheggi, orari... ma soprattutto su un opera di Caravaggio a 5 metri dall appartamento, che è stata veramente una sorpresa. cordiali simpatici e sempre a disposizione, l appartamento pulito e fedele alla discrezione, forse meglio dal vivo che dalle foto! abbiamo fatto un soggiorno veloce ma perfetto per noi!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

From start to finish this was just a terrific experience for our trip to Noto.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

It was a great, quiet, and safe location within walking distance of the Archaeological Park (30 mins) and the city center (10 mins). Public paid parking was 2 min walk. Easy and clear instructions for self-check-in and flexible check-in and check-out. We needed an extra key, and Mauro brought it straight away. They even offered us a homemade meal, but we were not going to be around for dinner to receive it.The hosts were super warm and attentive. We would stay here again! Thank you again!

Le gîte est à 15min en voiture de Syracuse. Nous avons apprécié les recommandations de Roberto et nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi à tout moment de la journée.

Marta jest wspaniałym gospodarzem! Bardzo dobry kontakt zarówno przed przyjazdem jak i w trakcie. Mieszkanie jest bardzo komfortowe, ciepłe i posiada mnóstwo sprzętów codziennego uzytku i wszelkie udogodnienia dla małych i większych dzieci (nawet zabawki!). Wspaniały widok z okna, lokalizacja w centrum, idealne miejsce dla rodzin! Dziękujemy za gościnność, czuliśmy się jak w domu! Napewno wrócimy.

La casa de Alverio es increible! Las vistas frente al mar, la luz, tiene todo lo que necesitas! Alverio fue muy majo, nos recibió en persona y dio algunas recomendaciones de Siracusa, muy útiles ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos sirvió para ubicarnos. Levantarse todos los días mirando al puerto con los barcos en el mar... ojalá pudiera quedarme más! Si puedo, volveré sin duda!

Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen. Die Bushaltestelle/der Busbahnhof befindet sich unmittelbar an dem Haus und von der Terrasse aus zu hören. Grundsätzlich hat Sizilien ein massives Problem mit Müllentsorgung, was in manchen Vierteln leider deutlich zu sehen ist.
