Lovely place to stay! It was a in a perfect location for the event that we had planned for the Saturday night and Emma was very accommodating for an early check in to ensure that we could make it to our event on time :) Thank you for a lovely stay

I can only echo all the positive comments from previous reviewers. Wendy was a delightful host, friendly and conscious of my needs but not intrusive. We had some lovely conversations. The bedroom was quiet, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had my own bathroom; again spotless. There was good choice for breakfast and all was freshly and beautifully cooked - perfect eggs! Many thanks Wendy. I will look forward to a return visit at some point.

An absolutely delightful stay, brief as it was only one night but Maddison is the perfect host, totally adorable and very considerate. I will definitely be returning.

Our group had an incredible time at this Airbnb! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The host Fin was super friendly and made sure we felt right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay again!

An ideal place to stay with cheap transportation into the centre. Hosts were great and communication and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place. Beds were comfy and the place was clean

This is my third day and I had the pleasure of staying for two nights this time. Each time I visit I realise just how much I love about this place. This time it was being appreciative of there being nice big towels, quite rare in a lot of places. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous for relaxing after a long hard day at work. This morning I woke up to sunlight streaming in through the windows! Such i a beautiful room in a really nice neighbourhood. A bus stop a few minutes walk away takes you into the city centre. Or you can walk over the bridge to be on the banks of the river Trent. It’s little touches that make this place stand apart from the rest. Breakfast cereals, the coffee machine.. I’m a bit gutted I only found this place when I had a couple of months left to work in Nottingham, but I will make a point to visit just to come back here. My husband has heard so much about it. He’s already asking me when we can go together Thank you for another lovely stay

Lovely house in a good location. Very clean with a great lounge, also comfortable and nice sized rooms. Jasmine was really helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again!

We had 2 nights at Butler’s Retreat. Really good and top quality accommodation. Exactly as it shows on the photos and description. Sir Richard was very helpful and responsive in every way. We had amazing weather for February and took a lovely circular 2 hour walk from the property and enjoyed the tearoom lunch at the end.

Really good value for money, we visit Nottingham a lot, so will definitely come back here!! Nice quiet location in The Park, but so walkable and close to everything. Really nice yoga studio next door that I was able to use for a quick workout- thank you! The most comfortable bed too!

A fantastic few days staying at Dijon Annexe. Joy and Richard are so welcoming and very helpful. We stayed for a few days while attending a wedding near by, with our toddler. The annexe is very well equipped, clean and very comfortable. It’s a real gem in the most stunning garden, we’d love to return one day. Highly recommend x

We loved our stay at Kate's apartment. Firstly, Kate is a fantastic host and communication was spot on prior to our visit. The apartment is well looked after, spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. Everything has been well thought out and you will absolutely 100% have everything you need for your stay. We loved that the apartment had a 'home from home' feel to it; our 3 year old and 19 month daughters loved exploring (it's a bit of a tardis with plenty of space!) and really appreciated the toys that were there. The local area is ideal for exploring all that the peak district has to offer. Highly recommend trips to Thornbridge Estate and hiring bikes along the Monsal trail. If you want to stay in and cook then it's no problem as the apartment has everything you need however you won't go far wrong if you decide to eat at Toll Bar Chippy (about a minutes stroll down the hill) or Stella's Kitchen located not far from Eyam. Overall, highly recommended. Would love to return.

Great stay with David & Justine, very welcoming hosts. Great location in the heart of picturesque Duffield with easy walking access to bars, restaurants and amenities. Really appreciated the breakfast provisions which were topped up daily. All in all a lovely weekend visiting family, would happily return in the future.

A beautiful place to stay in wonderful surroundings. Every little detail considered and lots of extras in the room. Superb breakfasts and extremely pleasant hosts. Bedroom and bathroom spotless.

Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

Steve's property was a great find. It's a perfect location for visiting students at the nearby Universities of Nottingham and Loughborough. The accommodation was well laid out and immaculate. We were welcomed by Steve, who always replied to messages quickly. The breakfast provided was an added bonus. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again when we are next visiting our daughter at university.

We had a lovely one night stay at The Stables whilst visiting for a wedding. Very clean and everything was very comfy. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and Angela was very accommodating!

Mark was a great host and we got on like a house on fire. Perfect position, lovely and clean and with great breakfasts. Will definitely recommend it.

What a beautiful place to stay. Ed and Charlotte are friendly and helpful. The cottage is so cosy with everything you need for a perfect stay. The bed is super comfortable. Ed recommended pubs and restaurants that were walkable. You can even walk to Chatsworth. A perfect place. Made even better by seeing and feeding newborn lambs. Thanks for a lovely few days.
