We had a lovely night's stay at the Coach House, thanks to Lyn and Marcus. Communication from Lyn was great, even offering to book us a table at the local pub as I had asked for a recommendation. Really easy to find and get in, super-clean and comfortable with everything we needed for the night. Appreciated the little touches like shower gel, shampoo and hand lotion and also essentials for a cup of tea and cereal and toast for breakfast - perfect. We had a peaceful night's sleep and didn't feel rushed out, in fact had a nice chat with Lyn before we went. Great hosts, comfortable accommodation and very good value for money; would definitely stay again and recommend :)

This was our third attempt to visit due to various health issues of my parents and so we had been looking forward to staying for a long time! Ken has been so helpful and flexible with the changes we have had to make with the booking. Third time lucky and we made it. We have nothing but praise for everything to do with this property. We had such a great stay. It was perfect as a location to visit my sister. My elderly parents were really comfortable and the disabled facilities were excellent for my father who is very immobile. The property was immaculate and we had more than we could have wanted. Everything is thoughtfully put together and of a high quality. The provisions are bountiful. Parking is easy, on the road but directly outside. We will want to make regular bookings as it made it such an easy stay for everyone. Thank you Ken and Sally.

We had a wonderful stay at Alicja’s Garden Retreat. We had everything we needed and the photographs describe the retreat beautifully. It was easy to find within a quiet suburb of Nottingham. Alicia was extremely helpful and we would definitely stay here again if in the vicinity. Restaurants and shops are close by, just a few minutes walk away. We had a delicious tapas meal at La Zenia, and brunch the following lunchtime at The Old Flower shop, also very good. Mapperley is a very friendly area of Nottingham. Thank you Alicia.

first of all lynne , thankyou ! lynne has really gone above and beyond with detail within this cosy loveable get away . it's everything you would possibly need and more under one roof the bedroom is set out so lovely to be able to enjoy , the space is just perfect for any couple to enjoy the glorious surroundings there are to offer and lynnes on hand at anytime , me and my partner stayed for a local ghost hunt and didn't get back till 3.30am and lynne had the gates open for us to just drive back in ... absolutely amazing host , definitely will be back

We had a lovely last minute weekend away, was lovely being able to take the dogs and knowing they could feel at home as much as we did. Lots of thought has gone into what customers need. There is a folder of shop addresses, dog friendly pubs and even a number for the local vets should you need them. Right next door is a nature reserve, and locals are very friendly.

Amazing stay! Would not only recommend, but come back myself. Everything is just like in pictures. Place is great with a very comfortable bed, clean space and a bunch of amenities. Area itself looks beautiful and very quiet. Distances are walkable and the stay is very close to the train station.

Sonja’s place is a little gem. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It is immaculate in terms of cleanliness and beautifully decorated, opulent was what my son in law called it when he saw the photos. Sonja’s communication was excellent, she was proactive when I booked, responsive when I messaged her and both kind and friendly. She also has a beautiful garden which I’m looking forward to exploring more when I return. Thank you Sonja!

James and Kirsty place is a hidden gem, tucked away in the countryside with a tree-lined path leading to their charming home. It’s peaceful, beautifully designed, and every detail feels carefully considered. The interiors are warm and inviting, with plush furniture, a blissfully comfortable bed, and a spotless bathroom stocked with essentials. The real highlight? Their incredible book collection, organised by genre and even colour-coded—a dream for any book lover. The porch is perfect for a morning coffee, and the mix of rustic charm with modern comforts like fast Wi-Fi makes it an easy place to unwind. We only stayed one night, but if my partner and I didn’t have work, we’d have extended in a heartbeat. James and Kirsty are exceptional hosts—warm, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

An unforgettable stay! Our hosts went above and beyond, decorating the room for my wife’s birthday and even gifting us champagne.
